I was a fan of this place until this evening. We went to get a cake to take to the Redlands Bowl. The samples were there and delicious. We chose our cake and requested that it be cut as we were going to share. She said she could not cut it. We asked for forks and she said they did not have any so to go next door to Augies to get forks. What??? We asked if the businesses were connected and she said "no" but we could go there to get forks. The staff at Augies could not have been nicer and gave us forks explaining that often "Nothing but the Bundt" sends customers over as they do not have a public bathroom and cannot have people eating on site. SO ridiculous to use items from another business. read more

I have never in my life written a yelp review, but today will be my first due to what I felt was completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Today, I ordered a dozen Bundtini's for pick up. I arrive to the store and an associate of this location yelled out at me "Sir! We are only allowing 2 people in at a time!" In a rude manner. (Keep in mind there was already 3 customers inside). So I wait outside and as soon as I come in, she still had an attitude. I understand these times during COVID-19 and respect your wishes, but All I wanted to do was buy my girlfriend Bundtini's after coming back from deployment. However, I will never come back to this location after this experience. I'be heard great things about this place and was very curious to check it out. Pros: Store is neat, clean and desserts look great. Ordered a chocolate Bundt cake that was moist and I'd order it again. 3 Stars Cons: My son had a certificate from a school scholarship nomination. When he presented the card he was informed by a young women that this was only valid in the LaVerne store!? But we don't live in LaVerne. And isn't this a franchise? Franchise businesses typically focus on building brand recognition and a culture of rewarding students for accomplishments. He returned from the store disappointed and so I returned to purchase one for him as a reward for his nomination. When I entered the store, the girl on the register was on the phone with 5 people waiting in line. While paying for the cake my wife mentioned very nicely the situation, hoping someone would do the right thing. Unfortunately the owner informed us that she will not get compensated for this and will not honor it. I've ordered Bundt Cakes numberous times and they are always delicious. However, I placed an order to be delivered for my mother's birthday dinner. The order was not delivered and I was not informed that they wouldn't deliver the order despite the fact that I paid $20 to have it delivered. I had to call the day after to ask what happened and I wasn't given a reason for why it wasn't delivered or why they didn't call me. They offered to "waive" the delivery fee for the late order. That should've been a given at that point but yet it didn't seem like enough. I just asked for a refund instead. I would caution anyone against ordering delivery for something special. They might not make the delivery. read more

I'm always downtown shopping at sprouts and found this little gem right smack dab in the middle of the shopping center! My what can i say ! This cute place serves the most moist bundt cakes I've ever had ! And they have so many varieties as well . I had the red velvet bundt cake & omg made my mouth water ! Lately staff seem to be more focused on playing around in the back then assisting customers. Place and order over the phone after being put on hold 3 different times. Once when they answered I was asked to hold, then when they answered I asked to place and order I was told to hold again because there were customers ahead of me. Again I waited when the girl got back on the phone I requested 2 different flavor and was told to hold while they checked to see if the flavors were available. I finally placed my order and when I got to the store the girl who took my order over the phone said she goes to the back and comes out a few minutes later and told me she couldn't find my order. By this point I'm annoyed because they had me pay over the phone and asked for my first name ,last name and number. She asked if I was sure that was my name..... she goes to the back again and is talking to the girls in the back(not work related) and minutes later finally comes out with my order. I love there product it is always delicious and consistent but the newer staff it seems still need some guidance on what is a priority while at work. read more

This is a very nice place. I have visited this business twice. The first time that I visited I got there at opening time and they opened 5 minutes late. However, it was worth the wait and I really enjoyed their cakes. The cakes are moist, fresh and delicious and the icing tasted the same on all except for the carrot cake which appeared to have more of a cream cheese frosting. I do recommend this place. read more

The bundt cakes are moist and tasty. The signature thick frosting is not for me but they do offer skinny version. All the flavors have been delicious. And the bundtlet is the cutest treat. Even smaller are the bundtinis, bite size morsels, great for tea parties. May be a tad expensive but cheaper than macaroons. I would minus one star because of the store hours. I've seen people walk away because they're closed but that's not a reflection of the food. read more

I came in for a pick up and I was told if I didn't already pick up? Or if I sent someone else for the cake a family member or someone? I've never had an issue I felt that I was accused. I was told I was going to have to wait for them to make another cake and no wait time was given to me, when I was about to finally get my cake, they asked me if anyone in the family picked up to give them a call really?!!!very frustrating and humiliating. The store is clean and staff friendly. Gluten free okay. They have one option chocolate chip Bundt. The presentation of cake is nice enough. The gluten free cake itself was overly sweat and the texture was a bit gummy. The cream cheese frosting was way over the top sweet. If they get another GF option I might try a little bundtlet instead of an 8 inch. I think the price of 25$ for the 8 inch for what I received was a bit pricey.and now I feel like I have been "glutened" read more

I want to start by saying, this is a very quaint place and the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY friendly. However, the 2 bundt cakes I tried didn't leave me wanting to try anything else. My Lemon bundt had a beautifully delicate crumb. The texture was the perfect combination of moisture and density. The taste was reminiscent of a lemon box cake. I expected a fresh lemon flavor, instead I was met with an artificial lemon candy taste. The 2nd bundt I got was the carrot. The taste was PERFECTION, the frosting wasn't overly sweet and the two combined complimented each other nicely. The crumb was a disappointment, as was the lack of moisture, and the presence of carrots. I would've liked to see bits of shredded carrots in my carrot cake. I'd like the crumb to be on the smaller side, and I don't believe cake (in any shape) should require a beverage. There's a part of me that believes my carrot cake was old. My frosting was starting to break down. I was really hoping to find a "go to" cake place near my house... I guess, I'll have to keep searching. Please give this place a try, your experience may be better than mine. read more

I needed some dessert for Super Bowl and decided to order some bundtini's. I was able to order over the phone which was convenient. I went in a few days later to pay, to make picking up easier. When I went to pick up my kids were asleep in the car, I called the store and they met me at the curb with my order. There was a little confusion as to if I had come in to pay or not, but luckily the person who brought me my order was also the person I had paid with the day prior. I get the feeling this place is still so newly opened they are still working out some kinks but over all I would say the customer service is top notch. The buntini's however were not the freshest. I have had them from other Nothing Bundt Cake stores and these ones although good seemed much dryer then others I have had. Due to the excellent customer service I will definitely give the cakes another shot. read more

I received horrible service. I requested decorations to be added to my order and they had me wait outside for 30min and forgot my order. When I asked for my order the girl in the front responded "we are quite busy so yeah" she has glasses and reddish hair. I will not be returning to this location.
