I always had very good service since this bakery opened until today. The Riverside location has a loyalty program. They use a business card to punch a hole every time you purchase a bundt cake. For the third time, they did not give me credit. When I brought it to the cashier's attention, she stated it was a loyalty program that they didn't need to do. I pointed out that they decided to offer the program so they should do it right. It turns out the cashier is the owner. Her employees are far more professional than she is. This store is fantastic. I struggle to find gluten free options and they have a chocolate chip flavor that is delicious. The employees are always friendly and I've met the owner on several occasions and you can tell she loves her business. I highly recommend this bakery. read more

The most amazing little cakes I've ever had. My favorite is the red velvet. The store is adorable bright and lovely with little gifts and fun trinkets to choose from. So I was going to a get-together on Saturday and I was looking for a dessert to take. I went on yelp and saw this place so I decided to go. As soon as I got there I was impressed on the flavor of cakes, location and decor. I didn't wait in line for long. As I got to the register i had high expectations. Being new to the place I expected the cashier to be helpful and nice. Turns out she wasn't helpful at all. I asked a couple of questions and she short responded back. She wasn't in the mood to be there. When we were paying she gave us the receipt to sign and Walked away without even waiting for us to sign it. We left it on the counter! And well I get it sometimes you got things going on and you are tired or whatever but as for someone who worked retail. You have to be helpful and nice, pretend you know? Have been buying Nothing Bundt Cakes for years. Was so excited when the Riverside store opened. I have ordered from here at least 5-6 times and have been satisfied every time. Online ordering makes it so easy, but if I call with a question always get a answer with a nice person on the other end. I love the packaging and the options. Love they have a seasonal flavor. We normally go with the Lemon (amazing) or the seasonal flavor. We buy these cakes for several different occasions and everyone ALWAYS loves them. The employees in store always are nice and helpful when we come to pick up. Hopefully soon they will add some new themes for birthdays. I show up with the same cake often lol. I usually love this place. I've never had a problem till today. I don't usually leave bad comments but today upset me so much. I came four days before Mother's Day to put in my order. We were so excited because my entire family loves their cakes. I showed up 30 minutes after my scheduled time & it took them about 30 minutes later to tell me they gave someone my cake by accident. I was told they can make me another one but would take some time. When I came back I was referred to as the "rude lady" which didn't make it better. Yes I was upset but I never made a scene or acted rude. I came when they told me it would be ready (and I live 30 minutes away), & still had to wait almost 45 minutes. At this point we missed our reservations & everything we had planned for my mother was ruined. When I asked for a refund because at this point I just want to go be with my mom I was told, "unfortunately no we can't but you can wait till we finish remaking it" I scheduled my pick up at 1:00pm & I didn't receive my cake till almost 4. I was really disappointing, I used to love this place but after this experience I don't think I'll ever return to this location. read more

I grew up in northern Los Angeles where Nothing Bundt Cake stores were plentiful. So you can imagine my excitement when this store finally came to Riverside!! I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday a couple months ago, and I won't go into much detail, but they had made a bit of a mistake. So I called the manager to inform her of the issue, and she not only went above and beyond to apologize, but she made sure that the next time I purchased a cake from them, it would be on the house! You don't get many honest companies these days, but I was unbelievably pleased with the way they corrected their error. Not to mention, every time I go into their store, the staff is so pleasant and kind. So so impressed and will always return for more! read more

I've have always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes so I was so excited to hear that we were getting one in Riverside. I used to go to the Temecula, Rancho Cucamonga, and the San Diego stores. I've gone 3 times to the Riverside store and two of times the store has been closed. Just wondering if the owner would consider operating on Sundays like the Temecula store or closing later on Saturdays. We went last night (Saturday) at 6:10 and we're disappointed that the store was closed. We weren't the only ones trying to make a purchase. There was a big group that walked up as we were walking away. Even though the business hours are less than desirable, the cakes are wonderful! I gave 4 stars because of the business hours. read more

I wasn't really sure if I liked bundt cakes because I didn't don't really like the end pieces of the meatloaf. Stick with me here. I thought that since there was more surface area of the cake touching the budt pan that it would end up like the rock hard meatloaf my mother used to make. That was not the case! Our office stopped by Nothing Bundt Cakes to see what the deal was. The woman at the counter gave us some free samples and now we're hooked! First, this review is primarily based on poor customer service. I absolutely love their cakes but what I experienced today really disappointed me. I parked a little more than 5 minutes before they were closing but figured I could make a quick purchase and leave. As I walked up I saw a couple stop in front of the doors and then leave. I thought it was strange but kept walking. When I got to the doors it was closed up with a girl washing the window. The girl washing the window just shrugged and kept washing.
