I placed an order on September 8, 2026 for a dozen of the mini bundt cakes to be delivered to my son on September 13, 2026 for his birthday who is away at school. I received confirmation that they were delivered on 9/13/26. On 9/14 I received a call from a business stating that they received my order. Obviously, it was delivered to the wrong address. I called the corporate office and left several messages to call me back. I called the local bakery that the cakes were came from and left several messages. As of today 9/18/26 I have not received any returned phone calls back. I emailed wecare@nothingbundtcakes.com on 9/14/26 and immediately received a return email stating that they did receive my email and that they are looking into it and will get back to me within 48 hours. Still have not received an email back. I went from loving this company to never wanting to do business with them again. It is unbelievable that not one person would care enough to call back or correspond back to clear up messing up someone special occasion. This might not be important to them; however, it is very important to me since this was for my son's birthday and he is away to school out of state. Be forewarned about this company's customer service. If they mess up you will not be able to get ahold of someone to clear it up. They claim to not "do" reasonable accommodations for disabled employees. Kayla (she oversees the managers of the stores that Jannette, the franchise owner owns in the STL area). my original manager allowed me reasonable accommodations, but as soon as she left for a better opportunity, Stephanie took my accommodations away and would belittle me for being unable to do the job of two people as one with chronic pain. I'm not even the only employee that's been mistreated and had their rights violated, but they just keep getting away with it since they're a franchise and corporate won't step in. read more

I came here to pick up a fairly large order and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff. While I didn't catch her name, she was incredibly polite. I loved the fact that my order was ready before my actual pick-up time and they even went the extra mile to label all 5 boxes. We ordered these at work to celebrate a coworker's wedding. I had a confetti Bundtini which is basically a cupcake. The cake was good but I really liked the frosting better. There were a few Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie flavored bundts leftover. I'm not gluten intolerant but I decided to try one later in the day. It was the best gluten-free dessert I have ever tried. The cake texture was so soft and moist and the flavor was fantastic. I would have never thought it was gluten-free.
