Love the bundt cakes, bundtlets, and the bundtinis... but I was disappointed in the effort they made on these little flags that they charge extra for. All six flags I bought for my son's birthday were messed up. They're just stickers on a toothpick, but since they were already stuck I couldn't fix them. I placed my order on line. When I arrived to pick it up at 11:45am it was not ready. I asked the young lady" did you not receive my order " she responded back by saying yeah! She then turns her head away from me and started to help another customer. Mind " you I was on my lunch break so I was late returning back to work. I am very disappointed with the situation but more with the customer service. I ordered my baby a cake from here and one of the decorations on it had a defect, which made it look like there were hairs on the frosting. I called and spoke with Cassandra and she was so helpful and accommodating. She replaced my cake for free and it was ready within an hour. When I went to pick up the cake, the staff was so kindly apologetic and made sure I was satisfied with the replacement. I sure hope a higher up in this company monitors this Yelp page because this location is stacked with rockstar employees. read more

Who ever is managing your store is not managing properly. This is the 3rd time I have encountered the same issue with this particular store. It goes like this. I order online. Schedule pick up time. Arrive at said pick up time. My order is not ready. My order is missing decorations that I ordered. No ribbon, no cards, no balloons etc. Again I am told "we are just so busy" . Well this is the last time. I arrived on time. Order was not ready. Decorations and personalized card was not printed. Balloons not blown up. Flippant attitude by employee who issued the refund stating "I guess you have come to expect this from us". Um yes actually.  Shame on me for coming back. This past Saturday Easter weekend,I stopped by a bought an 8 in lemon cake so we can have it for dessert on Easter Sunday . However, that night when I sliced the cake I was disappointed because it was raspberry flavored. My family and I never tried raspberry before but it was delicious anyway. My daughter didn't eat any because she's allergic to berries but the rest of the family enjoyed a sliced. Anyway, I called the store the following day and told them the mistake I was told to come in and look for Cassandra. I went in today after work and told Cassandra the story. I asked for a buntlet so my daughter can enjoy it but Cassandra was so nice and offered me 8 in instead. She said she wants to make it right. Cassandra and staff was very nice and professional. I came to this store on the opening day, I found out on Facebook, that they are giving free cakes or samples, but I didn't see any, I asked and said they don't have anymore . Oh btw I was told if you sign up online, you get free cake on your bday. I signed up last year online and I never get my free cake , my coworker said the same. I signed up again, I hope I get it this time. Anyways the red velvet cakes is my favorite. It's flavorful, the cheese frosting is to die for, you have a variety of decorations that you can pick, with additional price. I usually buy cakes for occasions like birthdays at AJ's, a cake that serves 12-16 people for $25, Nothing Bundt Cakes is a little bit pricey, $21 serves 8-10 people only.
