Sweet Tea is up there with the best of these! Plenty of choices for flavors and variety at the customer's disposal. My sugar free black and white coffee was ridiculously good! The shop itself also includes handmade goods - soaps, jewelry, decor - again favoring local artisans. The atmosphere is adorable - warm and inviting. The service could not have been "sweeter." It has been a hot minute since I've been here and I'm not sure why I slept on it so long. While out and about this week I decided to stop in before finishing my errands. It is now under new management and still as amazing as it was years ago if not better honestly. Vibe is still the same and full of cute decor and seating. There are some great things for purchase such as jewelry, tea kettles and more. I love the rocking chairs out front and was greeted right when I came through the door. There was one person ahead of me and took only a few moments before it was my turn. Once I knew they offered heavy whipping cream I decided to try out their cold brew. I also added a ham breakfast sandwich . I pulled up a seat and had my drink in hand shortly after. My sandwich was brought to my table, great service. The cold brew was smooth, perfect cream amount and flavored well. I hate when it's more cream/milk than actual brew. They listened to exactly what I wanted. Food was ok, but not sure I'd order that same sandwich again. Great stop. read more

The quaint interior is reminiscent of a seamstress parlor with drapes on the walls and homemade goods on the shelves. It was a pretty simple menu and easy to order as they can make any coffee hot, iced or blended. We both ordered white chocolate mochas, mine blended and hers hot. While I fancied mine toot suite, bae found hers to be too sweet with not enough coffee flavor. They also offer loose leaf teas and various flavors of lemonade accompanied by cotton candy. The dessert case was indeed deserted, so we opted for a mermaid tail cake pop which was featured on the counter. Unfortunately, when bae bit into it, the tasty morsel became dislodged from it's paper straw and fell to the floor. Upon hearing my wife's sobs, the proprietor brought her three new cake pops, each more adorable than the next. We'll return to try an Arnold Palmer and possibly a cupcake. I had a caramel latte with oat milk with cold banana sweet foam on top. It was awesome. I assumed that the food would be good too. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese and jalapeños. I'm not exaggerating when I see that there were 50 jalapeños on that sandwich. The cheese Was the grossest cheese I've had in my life. It was probably cheese whiz. The egg was like a fake egg that you get it McDonald's. The bacon seemed like they had warmed it in the microwave to cook it. It was literally the grossest sandwich I've had in my life. , and my total was $20. That included my 20% tip. Brand new to the area, this little shop is in a row of shops close to Reems and Bell Rd. Although the signage on the front door boasts sweet tea, coffee is available too! In my quest for good local coffee this kept coming up on a Yelp search of the area. Never judge, for my first visit here was aloof. Not knowing anything about the place my daughter and I ventured in. The shop is so inviting. In fact it's a local haunt for gathering and socialization in the area. This was our first experience here. Now that we have relocated back to Las Vegas from Arizona that aloof and frightened feeing became a warm and friendly atmosphere that I will forever cherish. Giggling and laughing are what come from the small lobby. Families surrounded with coffee, tea, and little treats. What could be more important? Love exists here. Love is the reason. Not only can you purchase and eat here the owners have made their space a locals market of what has to offers in the area. If your looking for something old to make your space have some soul look no further. Coming to a new spot many of the antiques that were in my lobby made their to my own home. The back of the cafe is a beautiful place to catch some "you" time. As woman, mothers, and strong female influences we rarely explore time for our selves. My favorite spot was back in the back, nice comfy chair, my favorite hard cover book, and coffee. Perfect afternoon done. Whatever makes you, find time to explore it for "you" matter. From the amazing farmhouse ambiance right when you walk up from the outside in and the warm welcome from the owners, this place is definitely a hidden gem. OMG my new favorite place!! Cute, quaint and the owner and her family are amazingly nice!! They sell some local goods -- honey, signs, oils, mugs, etc. The rustic decor is amazing and makes me want to hang out!! Now the coffee -- Im a tried and true Starbucks girl. Buuuuttt.......This place is delicious!! I got a large Caramel latte -- OMG!!! This was great -- could have used more ice to be colder, but would order again in a heartbeat!! I can't wait to come back again. We also got 2 cupcakes...the cakes were a little dry but the frosting was delicious!! I would try them again! In the midst of Christmas shopping I needed a place to recharge that wasn't your typical Starbucks. Enter Sweet Tea Café in Surprise. Tucked into a little square of random businesses, this little gem has a lot to offer. Their Cranberry/Orange bliss bar was exceptional with a good dose of citrusy freshness. I matched that with a creamy Earl Grey tea (at last, a true "large" size!) that was heaven in a cup. Charming and calming, Sweet Tea May become my new favorite place to relax! read more

The coffee from here is my favorite over other local coffee shops. You can tell it's quality coffee. I love that my lattes I can still get a hint of coffee taste. We were looking for a spot to wait with our two youngest kiddos while our oldest was at a birthday party. We are so glad we found this cute place! The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and genuine. We ordered cotton candy lemonades for our kids and it came with real cotton candy on top!! The kids loved it! Iced coffee was great as well! My husband and I stopped for a beverage for the first time this afternoon. I had an iced latte and my husband had an Arnold Palmer. Both were incredibly good. We also tried the Red Velvet cake and cookies and really enjoyed both. Very sweet mother and daughter working here! I told them I enjoy the sweeter side of coffee and would like to try something vanilla and they told me to not worry, they know exactly what to make. It was one of the best lattes I've had. It has a homey feeling with a farmhouse style. There's plenty of seating, inside and outside. I especially love that they have homemade soap, local honey, and not to mention super cute decor all for sale! I will definitely be coming here more often! (And I live in Tempe). read more

This place is definitely a hidden gem! I found this place by chance when walking by some small signs on the sidewalk and came in. The owner was sweet and extremely pleasant! The decor was absolutely amazing. Normally, due to my faith in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its restriction on coffee and tea, I don't go to many drink stops. If you're a member and wondering whether or not you're accommodated, you are! Italian Cream Soda, Lemonade, and many other compliant drinks are there in a delicious and expansive array of flavors! There were not many food items on display, but considering I arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon you really can't fault that to anyone. If you want the pastries, definitely go earlier in the day! I got the passionfruit and banana cream soda as the owner recommended and it was absolutely amazing. When I tasted it, I couldn't stop saying 'wow'. The passionfruit gives it a sweetness and a unique tang, the banana makes it filling and refreshing, and the cream soda base is neutral enough to make it worthwhile. It came with whipped cream on top and while I normally don't care for whipped cream, it was extremely fitting and delicious. My grandmother tried the lemonade when I brought it home, it was tasty and sour. The place-- despite its small nature-- is COVID-19 compliant and I had no issues with navigating the area. The only real upset I had at the place was the lack of signage and exterior advertising. A tourist or newcomer might have trouble noticing the place. However, that's not enough to take away from a glowing 5-star review. Will be back in a few days to try out more items! Shop local and support hard-working people! read more

We found this wonderful cafe as a recommendation from another local business. I'm so glad we stopped here before heading out of town. We almost missed it because you can't see it from the street. It's behind the shops in the shopping center, next door to State Farm. My family and I fell in love with this place. From the delicious food, treats and drinks to the happy and fresh energy that welcomes you in to browse and stay a while. I've driven by this darling business for awhile and I'm so sorry I didn't go in sooner. The owner was as gracious as she could be. Nice variety of sugar-free syrups. My sf mocha iced latte was the best one I've had in years. So superior to Starbucks and less expensive. I got the Carmel popcorn to go and my husband and I ate it in one sitting. It is addictive & delicious. The inside has all sorts of fun items to buy. It is so quaint and cozy inside, I can't wait to return with a friend for coffee and a cupcake or lunch.
