I hate to leve this 2 Star review because nothing is wrong with the products, my favorite flavor is the lemon Bundtlet and if I have to choose between treats I will always prefer nothing bundt cakes over any other, but it was very disappointed to walk in to the store (by the way I just moved to Tucson 10 days ago) and have a bad customer service, not polite at all, and she roll her eyes at me when I asked her for a new punch card (because that one that I have is from California and obviously doesn't work here) and she told me that they run out from cards. I asked her if she will write something in my receipt so next time I go I can get a new card and the can punch it for my purchase from today and she said "no! We don't do that" but she told me that she was gonna check in the back for more cards and she came back and said that they run completely out and at the end offered to write it in my receipt and she did but she was bother, she was upset and that is what I didn't like... just in case if you don't know, All Nothing Bundt Cakes stores offer an "appreciation card" that after you buy 12 bundtlets ($4.50 x 12= $54) you get one free or when you buy 12 dozens of dundtinis ($19.50 x 12=$234) you get one dozen free so pretty much it is an appreciation card for buying their products and I love it, but not the ugly attitude from the girl that was working there and I perfectly know her name but I am not gonna write her name for respect to the rest of the employees, thanks for reading! read more

I've enjoyed "Nothing Bundt Cakes" several times since they opened in Tucson, mostly bundtini's. This review is for a special event we recently had - for the celebration of Life for my Father in law. I ordered a double layer cake to feed most of the attendees. The on site manager, walked me through the various options regarding flavors and decorations. My father in law was a huge Minnesota Viking Fan, so we found that Nothing Bundt Cakes offered a Purple and Gold bow to add a bit of splash to the cake. She also offered a slightly different frosting technique to make the cake a bit more elegant - for the same price. I love Nothing Bundt Cakes and have been a loyal customer for years. They are absolutely delicious. I was puzzled by my most recent experience... It was Valentine's day and there was a long line. I approached the counter and I assume the owner (?) was the one attending me. I ordered 3 Bundletts and asked for a 4th Bundlett without frosting. I was told there were no unfrosted Bundletts whatsoever. I then asked if I could purchase a couple bundtinis without frosting for my daughter who has a dairy allergy and I was told they were only sold by the dozen. It was Valentine's day and I was just trying to get my daughter something she could actually eat and enjoy. I understand the store was busy but it really demonstrated a lack of customer service to not be able to sell me an unfrosted cake. I was perfectly willing to pay for it. The owner only wanted to sell me a dozen. I get that but I also get that being accommodating on a special occasion means a lot to people and it meant a lot to me.I will still come to your store. I am just very disappointed in how the situation was handled. I am a business owner myself and I know this is not how you build relationships and goodwill in your community. read more

I think I made the UMMMM sound with each bite, then I stared at my daughter as she ate hers. Very tasty cakes. Received a Facebook offer for a buy one get one free and we are hooked. A bit larger than cupcakes and just a drizzle of frosting, which is a plus. This size is about $4 and easy to split with another person. Multiple flavors. We have tried cinnamon swirl, red velvet, chocolate, white chocolate raspberry. Favorite is cinnamon swirl. These are the best little Bundt cakes ever !!!! They have several sizes and lots of flavors. They are all so good but my personal favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip. My husband loves the carrot cake and the lemon. This is nothing like cakes you see in bakeries as this is 100 times better. It's rich and moist and the icing is great. You will not be disappointed...I guarantee it !! They will also do party Bundt cakes, cupcakes and a great size just for 2 people which we get all the time. Fantastic quality and flavor. We had these twice at the medical clinic I used to work at, and they were amazing. The first batch we were given free as a promotion and then a vendor brought us in some and we were like "how did you know?!" LOL. Very, very good flavor, many to choose from, and super quality.
