I placed an order (for my 2 year olds birthday) to include a dozen bundtlettes, 1 mini bundt cake, and a #2 sparkler (as his cake). I had someone pick up the order but the mini bundt cake and #2 sparkler were missing. Being that we are almost 20 miles away (Vail), there was no time to drive back into town and pick it up, and we're short cake for our guests and the photo shoot. My husband spoke with Valerie. She was nice but short and prompt. She is issuing a refund the two missing items but didn't seem concerned how their incomplete order has affected our birthday plans. I'll love their products and will continue to order from here, but I'll be sure to have myself/whoever is picking up the items double check the order upon pickup. So I asked, "Okay, can I just place the order online right now then?" She told me no. Thankfully, I have a local bundt spot! This location is very close to my job site and not far from my home. There are always several, cute gift options located throughout the rather small shop such as coffee mugs, travel mugs, aprons, salt & pepper shakers, cards, etc. The shop itself is small but mighty! The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I believe I encountered the owner once and she was such a sweetheart. I appreciate this spot occasionally offering buy one get one free (BOGO) bundlets, but you must be signed up for their email notifications. I rarely get the larger cakes. I'm more of a fan of the personal size bundlets for myself and the mini bundtinis to take for a special occasion i.e. parties, baby showers, employee appreciation, office events, potlucks, etc. I will definitely be back soon.
