Im In Trouble..... This place is amazing. Wandered in with a bunch of coworkers after lunch today. Had never been there before. As soon as you walk in the smell hits you, and your mouth starts to water. They had samples of the lemon cake out and after one bite I knew I had to bring some home. Both of the cashiers could not have been any nicer as they talked about the different flavors and options that they have. I ended up buying two of the small, personal sized bunts, which were huge and more than enough for 2 people to share, and only about $4. Love NBC! Their cakes are wonderful and sooo moist! Their customer service is top notch as well! A few days after their location on Broadway opened, I stopped in to buy a cake for our daughter's 22nd birthday and ended up buying several. They were really busy with a steady flow of customers coming in but their team never got flustered with all the questions different people were asking. The team was helpful and friendly. Loved how they were smiling and truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing. One of the owners took time to let me know they could change the ribbon out to our daughter's favorite color on a cake stand I was buying and he even flipped the stand over to show it could also be used for dip and veggie/chip platter. Fast forward a couple months to today. I had a cake craving so hubby took me to NBC. We received excellent customer service once again! The owner struck up a conversation with my hubby while I was trying to decide which flavor to get and was chatting with the girl behind the counter about their delicious cream cheese frosting. My boyfriend came home with a little lemon Bundt cake. OMG!! It was so soft and moist. I went back the next day and got two large cake. Red velvet and lemon. Took it over to my moms big dinner party. Generally, when we purchase Nothing Bundt Cakes, is always a treat. However, on Saturday on December 11th, 2021, I walked into the Broadway location and ask for a dozen of Bundtinis. I gave the cashier a $ 20.00 bill, and two US Sacagawea dollar coin. The store refuse to accept it. I understand that the two young ladies are quite young, and perhaps they have never seen such a coin before. But today I bought one of the mini cakes that was labeled marble and when I bit into it turned out to be the pecan praline flavor. I was disappointed. These cakes are amazing! Yes, they are rich, sugary and just plain delicious, but I do not think they are intended to be eaten weekly. But they are perfect for a little something to share, or also for someone's birthday. I stopped by this new location on Thursday of last week since I had a free coupon. The employee there was so sweet (no pun intended) and friendly! This crazy tasty cake is amazing and you can get them on all budgets. I bought one on my second day dieting for $4 and some change, and my remorse went out the window with the first bite. Holy moly! This very well may be my first time EVER reviewing a bakery! Either it turns out I desperately need more cake in my life...or this cake was beyond delicious! Last weekend, the bridal shower for my fiancé was held by here phenomenal bridesmaids! There was so much great food and fun gifts...but they were all overshadowed by a bundt cake!? By the time a large piece of the cake had made it home to ME, I was reluctant to even give it a try because A: I don't particularly like cake, B: it was hours old and C: I wasn't necessarily hungry! My wife-to-be insisted. The cake was just plain white with a beautiful drizzle of cream cheese frosting. Not much eh? Well this cake was just ludicrous!!! I don't know what other word to use here !!! Oh. My. God. Why did it take me so long to try a bundt cake from here?! I get my eyebrows done at Asian Eyebrow Threaders a few doors over, and always pass this bakery on my way back to my car. I've been thinking about trying here a few times, but practiced self control, and just kept walking. I regret this decision! I went to get my eyebrows done on 1/20/21, and decided to just walk into Nothing Bundt Cakes out of complete impulse because of how amazing it smelt from outside. It has such a cute little interior, too. The man working the front was very welcoming, and able to answer my questions as a first time customer at this bakery. I ultimately decided to buy one dozen of the assorted bundt cupcakes, and a medium sized White Chocolate Raspberry cake. Everything that my husband and I tried was fantastic! If we thought we found a favorite using the assortment pack, the next one would top it! I am happy that I bought a fill size White Raspberry, because I think we decided that one may have been the best. Cakes were so soft, and flavorful, but not overwhelmingly sweet either. These cakes will be the death of me, they are soooooo good. They are rich and filling for even just the smallest cake could feed a bunch of people as dessert. The pricing isn't too bad and the options of flavors is never lacking. What an absolute disappointment! I am driving from California to New Mexico for graduation. I decided to stop and pick up my favorite nothing Bundt cakes from the local Tucson location the closest to soccoro New Mexico. I ordered 12 buntinis 's. When I pick them up they had them in a very large flat box. I asked if they could please put it into two smaller boxes so it would make it easier for me to transport it the six hours to New Mexico. They flatly refused! Absolutely disgusting. Thanks so much for the lousy customer service. I have been to numerous nothing Bundt cakes, three or four in California , Texas and now and in Tucson Arizona. Tucson you have been an absolute disappointment. How appalling you couldn't give me one lousy cardboard box. And I quote from the manager "it's against our franchise regulations to give you a smaller box". How do you explain that? This is really sad day that I can't get a box for the $59 worth of bunTinis. That I purchased. Very very disappointed. How hard is it to treat people with respect and do the right thing.
