My son got his FREE birthday Bundt cake from this location. His first time in a Nothing Bundt. My 100th or so time ! As usual the customer service was spot on! Friendly ! Quick! Helpful. We stopped by to try the new fall flavors at Nothing Bundt Cakes. When we walked in the cashier was super friendly. She answered all my questions about the flavors!!! The store was very clean with lots of displays and merchandise. You can get individual Bundtlets or big Bundt cakes for parties. They also have a rewards program now!! If your lucky you'll score a bogo coupon... That's when I usually go. The apple cider caramel and pumpkin were the limited time flavors of the month. So I got apple cider which I thought wouldn't be for me. But that was a lie! Ummm omg it was delicious. The cake was moist and the caramel made the cake, pop. It's got cinnamon sugar on the cake that added a little extra wow factor. I can't wait to try the pumpkin. I wish that one had caramel on it to. I also got Oreo which is one of my go to flavors. I enjoyed both. Nothing Bundt has never let me down when it comes to their cakes. They're always moist and fresh. I love the variety of flavors they offer and the staff is friendly . I was treated VERY rudely at the va beach location. I made an order 10 mins before I went in online. But I got there when it said it would be ready. There was a line so I asked if there was a pickup area (like wawa has) she said NO Maam you have to wait in line. Ok no problem. I finally get to the register after watching another lady order 4 bundt cakes (just like I was ordering ) and she got a free cooler and a buy 3 get 1 free deal when she came back w cooler. I finally get to the clerk and my order is NOT ready she literally has to get them just like w the previous patron.. puts mine in a paper bag. I ask about the cooler deal she just gave the other lady she said no thats for in store orders very rudely. She said I dont make the rules. Ridiculous. I went in today with a coupon. It was an app coupon that was BOGO. The franchise is doing buy one get one. I got one and mentioned the BOGO and of course the server named Kim W had no idea about their own coupons. I tried to show it to her and my phone wasn't loading, I'm sitting there panicking and since she seemed to have an attitude I got anxious and gave up. As I walk out the store it loads so I walk right in and show it to her. She goes "you have to buy another Bundt now to get it free" as if I didn't just buy it 2 seconds ago. She was very dismissive and I won't be back to this location. What a joke. I normally don't get all annoyed this way with reviews, but seriously what a joke. The downgrade has nothing to do with the cake quality. They are phenomenal, so moist & tasty. It has to do with the Saturday Customer Service & the quality of the balloons I had paid a premium price for. This was the first time I've done pickup instead of delivery. So I didn't want to make an extra stop for balloons. I added their balloon bouquet to my on line cake order instead. After I arrived at the store to pick up the order, I was handed the cake only. I asked about the balloons. He immediately checked the computer & went to the back. It was obvious that they weren't ready. I was asked to wait, which isn't easy for me. Time went on & on. Many people picked up their cakes & left. Finally, after a 20 minute wait, I told the clerk I couldn't stand up anymore & asked if the balloons could be brought to my vehicle. About that time someone came from the back with the balloons. One was already starting to deflate. She went to the back again & I went to the vehicle to wait. By the time I got home, no longer than a 10 minute drive, another had started to deflate, but I was too tired to return. The others deflated really quickly. My friend bought dollar store balloons that stayed inflated for a month. The ones I bought with the cake cost 3 times as much & began deflating even before the birthday celebration that evening. I will continue to buy the scrumptious cakes. But no more add ons!! read more

Every time I visit this location I have a pleasant experience! The shop is always clean with quick service! Visited this store a few days for my husband and godson they had a sweet tooth! Had the opportunity to order a cake for a special occasion and definitely will be coming back for more !! I mean, every weekend is about to be special now !! The staff was friendly and cordial and was ready to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction, but you can't really go wrong with their cakes so I think they had it easy on that end. Haha :) The place is bright, well decorated and welcoming but I was too busy staring at the cakes. The cake (snickerdoodle) was delicious, moist and soft. But the icing!! The icing did it for me, specially because I am not a big fan of icing so that was a huge thing for me. It's a chain, but it does well due to its consistency. It's amazing how well this business is doing. How can you deny a moist cake and cream cheese frosting that isn't too sweet? All the flavors are great; however, the seasonal flavors brings in new customers and old customers if they want to try something out. I use this place for my events because they make the little cupcake versions, so it's easier to share with others. It's been a while since I've had the cakes here and it tastes like it's gotten better. I had the small classic vanilla and strawberry n cream. Both were great, super moist and not too sweet. Next time I definitely want to try the white chocolate raspberry. They use a butter cream icing that's pretty good but My only criticism would be less icing but I'm not an icing person anyway so don't listen to me. I take the icing off all cakes I eat. read more
