First time trying them was a couple years ago, and they were unicorn-y looking, and sparkly, and gorgeous. But just not good. Thought I'd try them again 2 days ago and these 3 flavors: Ube, Strawberry (in case I didn't like the Ube), and Chocolate Cheesecake. The Ube was actually fine, and the best of the 3. But I still tossed half of it because it was so dry. SO dry, like sawdust. And sadly, I literally spit out the first bite of both the Strawberry and the Choc Cheesecake. Even drier than the Ube, but worse, they tasted...spoiled, if that's possible. Sadly, I only remembered to take a photo of the last one. I just don't understand! Most other reviews are so great! Maybe you have to order them fresh and not in a retail outlet. Or maybe the farm market gets them a week old or something... or the frosting is only good for one day. ?? Sad face.

As a result, I at least reached out to the bakery via email three times before my order was final and the flavoring and design was set. Each time the contact person, I believe it was the owner, she was super professional and continued to work with me and my different arrangements until everything was final. I understand she has tens maybe hundreds of orders each month, but she was focused on getting my order right and making sure I was satisfied. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend you give this baker a try. Make sure you check her office hours online, but I'm thinking someone is always monitoring the email. At this time with all the turmoil going on in the world, I believe she is offering delivery of baked goods. I noticed she's offering a KETO style cookie too.
