What I found is a very nice nursery w/an assortment of items needed to do spring planting, landscaping materials & an assortment of seeds, plants, planters, gardening tools & fertilizers.... Basically almost anything you need to start or enhance a garden. They also have an area on the north end where they have a glass enclosed area. Unfortunately I really didn't have a lot of time to shop as I was on my way to pick up my older sister but would like to come back sometime when I have a little more time to peruse the items in the store

Then, Cory had a vision, a "zen garden" for the side of our yard, which my husband thought was brilliant. Together they came up with a plan that totally changed an unused muddy spot to a magnificent walkway with new bushes and personality. Daniel and Alberto made sure that everything was perfect when they put down the stones and did the new plantings. Cory then suggested we add lights, which we then did. KUDOS to Cory for her creativity and enthusiasm. She is wonderful to work with and you can see how much she enjoys what she does. We are enjoying our yard even more, and now keep the side window open so that we can look at our new walkway. THANK YOU CORY.

My biggest complaint was that they didn't answer their phone any of the times I tried calling (many tries) and there is no updated information on the website or social media so I drove there hoping it was open. Indeed it was and the gentleman working was very helpful. Prices were fair. And there was a nice variety of gifts to choose from.

I don't want to spend $35+ on a water bottle or keychain with a college logo on it, $40 for a vinyl toiletry bag, or $25 for a dishtowel -I don't think I've ever been greeted when I walk into Ellen's, despite the fact that there are almost always four women standing right behind the counter -Even upon purchasing items at Ellen's the salespeople are aloof and unfriendly -I don't like their return/exchange policy for gifts. They base it on the date the gift was purchased (one month from that date), which has nothing to do when you receive the gift. I asked for a credit on a gift that was given to me recently but they turned me away because of the date of purchase, which was about two months ago. When the saleswoman asked Ellen about it Ellen didn't even turn around to acknowledge my presence, she just shook her head. I found it to be extraordinarly rude. There are plenty of other shops with great customer service, more reasonable prices, and fairer return/exchange policies.

Throughout high school, I spent SO much time at the location on the other side of the mall by Nordstrom's and was heartbroken when I was told they were closing only for them to reopen across from Cheesecake Factory. Then I was told they were relocating again and I'm actually loving this new location. I do wish they had a cafe in the bookstore but there are so many nearby coffee shops in the mall that it doesn't make much sense. But they didn't have very many spaces for folks to sit and read and enjoy like they used to but in return, I think the layout is set up with more intention and more eye appealing. The staff has always been incredibly friendly in locating books and making suggestions. Pro tip is to get the membership because it basically pays for itself if you buy even 5 books during the year.

It closed down for a bit but was revived in a location right across Cheesecake factory. It is now located next to Anthropology. The store is so inviting and the service is amazing! The workers cater to your needs and are so friendly. They really have a passion for books. The selection of books is not as large as it once was but it is supplemented by their online catalog. From the value perspective, you can find online outlets with a more price competitive offering BUT there is no replacement for browsing the aisles and loojo g through the books and selection of titles for an intriguing options to read. I'm so happy that my daughter can continue to enjoy the benefits of Barnes!

One blonde associate is very rude and honestly kind of snobby. I came in dressed in Lilly and with money in hand to spend on this great place I've frequented before. I asked a question and her tone of voice and demeanor was dismissive and condescending. It's a shame because Kathy is wonderful and I've always loved being able to purchase items that may have sold out on the website.

I will say they do have an impressive amount of jewelry and their art selection was beautiful. However, our experiences were completely soured by the owner. We were by the corner near the register looking at their COSTUME jewelry. The cabinet did not happen to be locked and there was no sign on the door explicitly asking customers not to go in. A guy who I now realize was her husband kept poking his head in between our shoulders. At that point I thought it was just a guy with no concept of personal space. I now understand he was checking to see what we were doing as if we could steal with all the cameras around. He did not say anything to us immediately and I think at that point he told his wife to say something so she proceeds to very loudly scold us in front of her staff and the other customer in the store. She did apologize to my sister, however, there was no reason to behave the way she did especially when you depend on other people to make a living. I hope they can at least put signs to ensure there are no miscommunications in the future.
