They were very professional and informative throughout the entire process, from the first quote with Tamir and Rudy until we got permission to operate. When something with the panels, at no fault of their own, was delayed they were apologetic and did everything they could to make it right. Damage was done to our roof that "didn't" need any repairs before installation. After the first bracket crew did their install, 2 areas of my front eaves were damaged I took pictures and informed the consultant. We were informed a report was made and it was going to get fixed. Then the panel crew came and did even more damage to the same spot! Before they started they went straight to the spot to look before working. Contacted the consultant and was informed it was going to get fixed. That was September 15th. Since then we've been text that a roofer was going to be contacting us for repairs. We have had nobody contact us. When I contacted Sun Power directly I was informed that no report of any damage was submitted. That I have to start a report be emailing their customer support. One of their salesmen came to my door rang the doorbell stood there for awhile then tried to open my door! I have a ring camera that caught him. Called to let them know and all they said was sorry he's new and 18 and just didn't know he did anything wrong. I said what if my door had been unlocked?
