I've been going to Pink Nail for five years, and I can confidently say it's the best nail salon around! The owner can always fit me in for a fill or pedicure the same day or the same week. I always text and she would get back to me within the hour. The quality of the services has always been outstanding. They use high-quality products, and I love how my nails always look flawless and last longer than anywhere else. Never have a broken nail since I been here. I decided I wanted to transition to natural nails and now they are strong and healthy after Lisa has tended to them and helped me strengthen them in short few months. On occasion I still get acrylic nails and Lisa does an amazing job with her cute classy designs. I recently graduated and wanted acrylics for the occasion. Come here if you don't mind them talking shit behind your back in Vietnamese. Called today to schedule a mani and pedi for my mom and I, they were able to get us booked for Noon. We arrived at noon and just wanted the basic mani pedi and they were already trying to upsell us. As soon as we were seated they were already talking shit about us saying that our stuff is over grown and nasty in Vietnamese. I guess this is where is should disclose that I am fully fluent in Vietnamese and we did not hide the fact that we were Vietnamese. My mom even tried to speak to her nail lady in viet and right on the side of my foot tattooed in viet is từng bước một which in Vietnamese means one step at a time. The insults were small to start but my mom's nail lady kept calling her stupid and dissing on her color choice. But what really tipped me over the top was when I was paying, Hong had the audacity to say to the other lady in Vietnamese, "wow we just worked on this mom daughter duo and all we have to show for was $94" mind you this was before tips. I also want to include that there was duo before us who got a mani pedi as well and the nail ladies had no problem talking shit about them and saying how they are poor and can't afford what they use to anymore. I was able to call and get in same day for a pedicure. There was only one other person at 5 p.m. getting her nails done. The salon wasn't super clean and the nail technicians weren't super friendly. It was a pretty straightforward pedicure and I would give the pedicure itself an 8 out of 10. They do you soak and scrub and hot stones and massage with lotion. That was nice. They charge an extra dollar if you have to pay with a debit card, which I did because the number that they gave me for their venmo was not working and they did not have the QR code to scan. So I had to pay an extra dollar but for $28 it was a nice pedicure. I would have preferred music over TV as I find that more relaxing. The massage chairs were really great and I sat a little longer to enjoy it as I was drying. read more

IF YOU WANT A LEGIT REVIEW READ THIS: I've been to 30+ nail salons in my life, and this salon was so bad I'm doing my first yelp review. I got a gel manicure and a gel spa pedicure 6 DAYS AGO. BOTH ARE ALREADY PEELING UP, APPEAR SUPER GROWN OUT, AND ARE CATCHING. AND I had Lisa do them, the lady that everyone else on Yelp says is amazing. Service wise, they were rude and didn't try to talk to me at all. When I walked in, I asked for my gel mani and they all looked up and looked down: no one spoke a word. I was like... sooo yes or no? I stayed only because I needed to get them done quickly. MY MISTAKE. The pedicure alone took 2 and a half hours, not including my 30 minute wait... Who has time for that??? I don't even know why that took so long because she was also rushing me!! She couldn't wait for my old gel to soak off so SHE PUMICED MY FEET AND APPLIED THE SCRUB DRY! She hadn't even started the water and used a pumice on my foot. INSANE. She never even went back with the pumice after my feet soaked. Last thing, they all gathered around the manicure station and gossiped while Lisa did my nails. Like talk about claustrophobic and RUDE. I definitely did not appreciate having 3 ladies surrounding me all talking at once, when only one was doing my nails. Never. Going. Back. PS, they only have DND. It's the newer selection so the colors are trendy but they also don't offer anything cool like color change or cat eye. PPS, they don't make sure all your nails are the right length relative to each other but a lot of places don't care about that either. PPPS, I don't think they sanitize their tools and I'm so afraid I'm going to get the gel off to find some crazy horror story fungus (I've never had this). This salon is a great option if you're looking for something quick and simple. I came here twice before this visit and was pretty content with the results. However, I do feel like the acrylics start to lift after just a short period of time. For this reason, I wanted to choose to go to another salon but didn't since they're were busy so I ended up just coming back here instead. Surprisingly, I was left extremely satisfied with this set! Got a pedicure and full set here. Two of them were working on me at the same time, which was convenient. Online I saw that they were closing at 7, but the lady said they closed at 6 on a Friday evening. Not sure which one is correct or she just said that to me. I was the only one in the shop. I guess that was my first clue, on how bad this place was gonna be. Lady that did my pedicure cut my toe nails crooked, and I asked her to cut it and she said ok and didn't bother. Before I could say it again she had already put on the gel nail polish. My manicure ended up being pretty ok. Not the best pedicure but not the worst. Probably won't be returning here. read more

I thought pretty good service. Not too many nail color products which is a small setback. Pretty sure only DND offered here, where as a lot of other salons offer OPI or Essie products. I enjoyed my gel pedi ($35) and my regular mani ($15). My nail lady gave me a pretty good massage. A small irritation is when the nail lady massages one foot better than the other. So that happened. But not a big deal.... Happy that they have massage chairs, as I read some local nail salons don't have them. I felt like this place is pretty clean. They nail tech did a good job cleaning up my crazy cuticle. I'm trying to transition from gel, to regular polish, to no polish at all. So my pic of my nails isn't impressive. I've never been treated with such hostility by two nail technicians before. Therefore, I want to rescind my previous five star review because I do not believe they should be getting five stars if they treat their customers as such. When you call your customers hard to please in Vietnamese, it takes away the positive atmosphere that I previously had before. Nail tech did a sloppy job on painting a heart. Also, she complained that it was going to take a while to do acrylics, therefore making me feel uncomfortable to change my answer. Did not even get the right color I wanted because she was so adamant about having it her way. Came in on a Friday as a walk-in. I believe my technician's name was Tiffany. I showed her the colors I wanted and a photo for reference of how I want the ombré glitter to be. The sanding and buffing of my nails were actually pretty painful. I felt like the tech was rushing and even knicked part of my cuticles on my pinky finger until it bled. The drilling part felt like a burning sensation on some parts of my nails as she was rushing through. Still, I sat through it with no complaints. She filed and reshaped my nails into the coffin shape, which turned out great. Overall, I took off a star for the discomfort and the fact that the tech was rushing. Took off another star because my sister also came in with me but they took 2 other walk-ins instead of taking her. Also, they charged $5 extra for the glitter "ombré" even though it wasn't much of a design, just an extra gel color. read more

In a frenzy after getting my nails done super out of my comfort zone for a special occasion, I randomly chose Pink Nail N Spa to get them taken off. I was quickly taken care of the moment I walked in without an appointment. To be fair, it was 2pm on a Thursday. Only two other women were in there. Anyway, LISA was quick and gentle when taking my acrylic nails off. She shaped and buffed my natural nails quite beautifully and somehow managed to keep them strong, even after what seemed to be globs of acrylic and polish taking over my nails from my prior set. This is the part where my 5 stars come in.. shaping of my natural nails. I have gotten my nails butchered before with uneven, jagged edges but Lisa cut and filed them perfectly. I absolutely love the acrylic manicure I got today and Pink's Nail N Spa. I don't normally get my nails done but I have a wedding to go to this weekend so I found this place on Yelp. I went in as a walk in and they were able to get started immediately. All three ladies working at the time helped me with the acrylic manicure and classic pedicure. I have a bad habit of biting my nails so my nail beds are pretty small but they were able to give me natural looking nails. They also sanded down the acrylic nail before applying the nail polish so they don't look bulky and rounded. I'm genuinely happy with the service I received. PS I paid $25 for the acrylics with regular nail polish and another 25 for the pedicure. read more

I took my mother to another nail place in the neighborhood thinking that the sweet old lady that was working the joint here previously when it was known as Q Nails would not be in today. The other place was charging $35 for a mani pedi and my mom had stated that the lady at the Q Nails place did an excellent job and would charge only $25. So I called up Q Nails and the lady with the heavy Vietnamese accent confirmed that a mani pedi would be $25; so I took my mom back there instead. Lo and behold, the place was under new ownership with a new name --Pink Nail and Spa and the old lady running the joint before has apparently retired according to one of the ladies working the joint. The basic pedicure here alone was $25; the manicure would cost an additional $15. Since we already rejected the previous joint and decided to go with what we assumed was a tried and true place, I bit the bullet and got my mom the $40 option. In fact, we upgraded to the $35 pedicure because it includes massage and orange peel rub, etc. I dropped her off, ran some errands and returned about 45-50 minutes later. My mother looked quite satisfied although I wonder what the extra charge added in terms of perks over the classic offerings of mani pedis. As I was paying for the service, I passingly asked the attendant (the same lady who answered the phone) why she had told me that both the mani and pedi service were $25 when clearly they were not. She either didn't understand or was being dismissive and pointed to the brochure as she was swiping my charge card. All in all, not bad mani pedi work but the bait and switch tactic is a little off putting for a business in its infancy once again due to new management. I would probably shop around for the same service at a much cheaper price. $40-50 a visit can get quite steep, especially from a business that does not offer any incentives or coupons and acts more like the customer is a burden (with their $1 service charge fee) than a patron. read more

If you want your pedicure to last do not go here. I had a basic pedicure on Monday the massage was less than ,3 min on each leg by Wednesday the back of my heels were dry and ugly. I went back to ask the clinician to redo my heels. I was wanting just to have my feet soaked and scrubbed NOT a complete pedicure. She became loud and rude. I explained that I get the same basic pedicure at other spas and my heels Last about 2 weeks. I was told no callous medication was used on my heels because it is not included in their basic package and that I have dry heels and need to put Vaseline on my heels that they would not redo my heels . Looks more matte. Nails need to be reshaped but not a big deal. I had a horrible experience. I asked the nail technician to give me a French manicure and she tried like three times to get it right but it came out thick and uneven. I then told her to just paint them clear. When I went to pay her she insisted on charging me the French manicure even though she had done a really bad job and I left there with clear nails.
