Great customer service! Was able to get my in within 5 minutes of me calling after my initial spa double booked my appointment time and they told me to wait 2 hours. They immediately offered me beverages, the prices are pretty good everything was $60 for gel french tip. Comfy bigger area not cramped at all. The woman with shorter red hair helped me and was great! Came in on a Wednesday at around 5:30 and asked for a fill and pedicure. It was really slow as I was the only customer the entire time and even until they closed. I had outgrown almond shaped acrylic nails done on my fingers from another shop and wanted to pop in here as it was more convenient for me this day. The nail tech proceeded to tell me that my nails were dip powder and completely dismissed that it wasn't the usual method I do for my fills. She said it's the same, every shop does it differently...??? Hmm okay. I went with regular white polish on my toes and while that was drying, the tech did my nails. It probably took about 25 minutes to do the "fill" and I kid you not, I have never had a tech be so unprepared. The shaping was supposed to be the same as I had, almond. It was chunky and round. Her prep work was really lacking. She didn't even buff or clean up after "filling" so when she applied the polish, it was not smooth. AND she had me cure it under the lamps. So the other tech came by and saw that it was so uneven, she refiled my nails and just spot painted over the parts that were filed away. Horrible. The paint was chunky and has air bubbles but it was also close to closing time now. And as I get up to leave, my toes were still not dry. Their paint was tacky and sticky. She said to come back the next day to get that repainted but I just did not have time and ended up painting it at home myself.. Waste of time and horrible service. Next time, don't offer professional service if your tech is not ready. We are paying customers!! read more

just came in this morning and had a good experience. place looked clean and i love how there was cold bottle waters and snack. also they offered us hot coffee because it was @9:30. awesome!!! wanted to try a jelly pedicure to treat ourselves and our family has wedding coming up. jelly pedicures are $55. it was nice because they didnt rush us and we got to relax. the chairs looked really new and also the massage part was strong so it helped. upon check out we get little souvenirs which was cute and said they offer earlier appointments if needed. read more

My girl went to do her nails for the first time here since her usual salon was not available. Took them almost 2 hours and for a basic mani and pedi and they manage to screw up. Toe nails didn't dry right after 30 min. Finger nails wasn't prepped so paint dried thick as hell and looks ugly as hell. I got my daughter a $60 gift card for Christmas, but when I took her to redeem the gift card, we had a really bad experience. These are the nails she left with and they asked for $5 more dollars and cut her so deep. I do not recommend this nail salon anymore. Called in for a mani pedi date with husband. Walked in they asked what kind of pedicure. We scanned the QR code and went with the European pedicure which was $35. Well, I'll just say this much. It's been 7 minutes and they are pretty much done. I asked them - 'that's it'? And they said yes. Then began speaking in their language between each other. They didn't push down my cuticles, she just burned me with the towel. I'm done. Never again. Now she's aggressively cutting my cuticles because I asked her why is he didn't do it during the pedicure itself. She better not cut me. Didn't even do the manicure. What a waste. Next day update - husbands tor hurts from being trimmed too low! You'd think as a mail place with first time customers, trying to build their 'new name' they'd do better! I honestly cannot believe they called that 7 minute bathtub a pedicure!!! read more

Well ... normally I get a good pedicure but this time it was fast and my friend and I kept being bothered by the lady doing her Pedi she told her she didn't want gel many times and kept interrupting us. She just wanted a regular nail polish, I wanted the gel I told her from the beginning we didn't get a massage it was fast and we paid $70. Unbelievable I will never go there again I just go there for the convenience because it's close by but I was very disappointed although all the other workers are very nice. Somehow I always get stuck with that lady and I probably won't go just because of her. both my friend and I live in Stonelake and I told her that I go because it's clean and it's right down the street I'm embarrassed to find another place. that lady just makes the whole experience so uncomfortable. read more

Didn't put any scrub salts or anything in the water nor turn the jets on. Put some clear polish over my toes then dumped powder over claiming to make nails healthier? Second time I've been to this salon now and I came 6/4 to get a full set, after getting a full service my thumb nails started bubbling up and I was not doing anything crazy that day besides driving. I'm always very careful with my nails, not even 2 hours later my thumbs were so bad. I had to go back luckily I had more time in my day to and they re did my thumbs, which I appreciated. But even when I got there I had to wait just to have my nails fixed! And then on Friday not even 2 weeks with the nails I lost a nail. And today I lost another, I've never had nails NOT LAST 2 weeks!
