The WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVEEEE. Since day one since my lease was up was HELL here. When I first moved in I was already having problems with the hot water and the AC, the hot water was boiling HOT I couldn't even take showers, as it was I would love taking hot showers but you literally were burning in the shower. The ac did not work I would call and complain the maintenance people didn't show up til two months later cuz I guess they said they have to go by orders with each calls ?! I guess the whole apartment complex needed maintenance!!??? They came and didn't even fix it at all was still broken. The first month I was getting weird pornography of prostitution numbers and naked women cards dumped in my porch, I also had used CONDOMS, Vibrators, anal CREAM, S*X toys, etc.. somebody was messing with us !!! I would take pictures of every single thing and they said we don't have enough proof. They need to see them physically dropping the things. SMH THIS was going on since the first month til the last month of my lease. Then I was getting notes dropped in my porch and notes on my car some were even threats , saying they know where I live to watch my back, calling me a hoe , I even got one saying y'all are HOES and this is from upstairs. So my bf went upstairs and even my dad, ( this was literally my first apartment at 21 and pregnant I was scared to even be home ) to tell them if it was them they swore it wasn't them and they even had notes too . We believe them. Someone was messing with us. I was scared to walk to my car to go to work while being pregnant. I went to the office to let management know and showed them all the notes and proof and did NOTHING. I even made a police report, they said the same thing that I didn't have enough proof. My parents ended up buying us a nest Camera and whoever was doing this knew and started leaving notes and s*x things on my car. I was scared at this point I was staying at my parents house for my safety then I'll go cuz my bf was there and then covid happened he had to stop work so I felt somewhat safer with him home. He would walk me to my car and walk me after I got work. Their is no security at ALL. our ceilings were leaking from the upstairs apartment our kitchen ceiling and our bathroom ceiling were leaking I guess they had leaks and it was coming down to our apartment. Our sink to two of our bathrooms and kitchen had leaks too. Another whole month for someone to fix it , and they honestly would fix it but then it will happen again a couple months later. Our electricity would go off randomly for HOURS. Kids would be playing at 12 am til 3am cuz parents don't care when sometimes we would hear shootings I wanted to tell them to go home so bad, they would even ding dong ditch at our apartment and others too. I still have all these proof on my nest camera . I would post everything but this is nudity and inappropriate pictures. Thank god I was due 2 months before my lease was up for my baby safety. Please guys for you own safety don't MOVE HERE please. I wish I read reviews and did more research, this was my first apartment so I didn't know I was just so excited, the management is so awful this place needs to be shut down ASAP. Oh on top of everything they kept my dog deposit and my security deposit when their was not damages or anything wrong with the apartment smh. They said they need to paint the walls again when the walls were perfectly fine I even have pictures of. And reglazed the counters, also was fine . These apartments are horrible. I would never recommend to anyone. The management is horrible, complex is disgusting in general. The kids run around being bad and unsupervised. The security is nowhere to be found...ever. It is just bad in every way possible. These apartments are so bad if you order pizza they won't deliver inside when it gets dark. If I am not mistaken Pizza Hut doesn't deliver over here at all! If you can avoid them I highly recommend it. If I didn't have to give at least one star I wouldn't. read more

I do not recommend this complex to ANYONE! I regret moving into this place. Management and customer service in this place is non-existent. Went up to the office as stated on their hours and the office is closed. If you try calling them there is never an answer. If you leave messages they will never call you back, but they are quick to post all notices and demand their rent prompt and on Time. Heater was replaced by a non certified staff, the gas company stated it should have been done by a professional, when you turn it on.. all you smell is gas. Maintenance crew does not respond and if they ever come they have no clue how to fix things. The place is a dump! There is trash everywhere. Just take a look at the pics I posted. Imagine walking out to your car and seeing all of that trash on a daily basis. There are guys hanging out at all hours of the day in parking lots and in the stairway to upstairs apartments. Security is worthless and just pass right by the disturbance and not say a word. Homeless people park in the guest parking lot and sleep in their cars. Frequent breaking into or damage to your car. Dogs run lose all over the complex and there is poop all over the lawn. Children run around everywhere with no supervision and no home training. I hear constant fights among neighbors, between couples... I hear all of their business and illegal drug selling transactions. If you can avoid this place please do so. It's a terrible place to live and raise children's. In addition to this review which I added a few weeks ago... just last week there was a murder within the apartment complex. So, my family member who is a vet has a section 8 voucher slightly different than the typical voucher.....dunno because I have never received county services. Anyway, Maria led us to believe everything was squared away after we continuously jumped through hoops. Most of the staff don't clearly know the rental process because for every question and concern I had, I was placed on a lengthy hold even when I was returning her phone call. The voucher expires soon and this group of incompetent people led him astray to later say you don't have enough rental history which is a proven flat out lie. It is so disheartening that race and ignorance sometimes plays a role. If you go into these areas and see who's running everything and see how many people who look like them are accepted whether they are squared away or not you will better understand why people that look like me are always calling people out. read more

F*@k this place! REGRET moving in, the day I moved in! Management is horrible especially BLAKE in the office. He'll hang up on you when you are frustrated about a work order that they PROMISED that will be done in 72 hours and its been two months! Everyone in the office is incompetent of doing their job. So unprofessional. Management is obviously in DESPERATE NEED of training on how to respect their residents and getting their work order done in a timely manner! ADVICE for future prospects DO NOT MOVE IN THIS SHITTY PLACE! YES it is super cheap but NOT WORTH it! Trust me they dont give a hoot about anything but your money/rent! Looks kinda ghetto... always has Walmart carts at bottom of apartment stairs. BEWARE OF SKUNKS!! Im pretty sure maintenance can do more than covering skunk hole with dirt. The pools & spa are ALWAYS dirty and filled with kids making out, no parents around, and security walks by without saying a thing!! No Pet Policy is completely b.s. EVERYONE HAS A PET! Barking dogs everywhere, and no response from main office about animal complaints. When lease ended, rent went up every month! Only plus side is that the grounds are actually kept clean, minus the carts and muddy grass areas. Would not recommend! read more

I called to speak about an apartment for my boyfriend and our friend and the man that I spoke with gave me an attitude and seemed very uninterested towards every question I asked and he wasn't at all pleasant to deal with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! First off the first time we called these apartments the agent told us that there were apartments available and to come in. When we get there a different agent tells us they are full. We leave and called back just to make sure because we felt strange about it and the first agent that asked us to come in tells us they are not full and they have spaces. So when we come back the agent that denied us changes her story and says they just got an eviction ten minutes ago and shes glad that we came back. She shows us the complex and tells us to fill out the paper work and bring in the holding deposit. A week later she never calls, I have to call to see if we are approved which we are by both managers. she tells us our move in date is in three weeks and all we have to do is put the bills in our name and wait for our employment verification to get back. Over the course of three weeks I asked my supervisor if she ever got anything from my apartment and she tells me she hasn't. I call the apartments to ask if she sent them out and if she did could she resend them to my employer because she never got anything. She tells me she has sent them several times. They tell me it is still ok to put the utilities in my name and our date is still the same. I check in with them several times the week of the move in date and they never mention that I can not move in because they haven't gotten my employment verification back. The day of move in I bring all my belongings in the u haul truck and come to sign the papers at 11 am and they tell me I cant sign the papers until maintenance is done with the finishing touches in the apartment and brings the keys back. And then when 1 comes they tell me I cant get the keys until 4 and then when 4 comes they tell me I am denied because my employment verification never came back after they supposedly sent it several times but my supervisor NEVER received anything. And the tell my roommate he is denied because they faxed his employer and supposedly he doesn't work there. But his employer never received anything either, After I spent all the money on the truck, the deposits on the utilities and took off work to move in that day. Is this legal? read more

If I can just put 0 stars I will. Where do we start? We moved here 2013 the management was pretty okay. For a few years apartment was doing good. When 2018 starts, we started having roaches. Not even one or two A LOT OF THEM. Our ceiling in the bathroom collapsed to the point that we got scared taking a shower cause it looked dangeerous and it took forever for them to come and fix it after reporting it. and til we moved out it wasn't totally fixed. Toilet was moving lowkey when you sit and we told them and said "that's okay".. Last year summer time, we decided to turn the AC on and it wasn't working at all. So we reported it right away, and took days as well for them to come and check it. mind you guys, it's summer time. So when they finally did, they gave us a cord and told us to just plug it. They told us that they will come within the week and fix it. Until now they never fixed it and never came back in out apartment. The water temp in our bathroom is horrible. It gets boiling hot and suuuuuper cold. We always have to call maintenance to fix it. The other closet got a broken wood where we hang the clothes, when we initially told them about it they went and checked it and told us "just don't put too much clothes or hang clothes in it" my mom was shocked because ain't this supposed to be a closet? The kitchen sink is always clogged. One time when one of the unit use their dishwasher, our sink will get clogged up. 3-4 years ago we almost got flooded because of that issue. We reported and all but didn't do anything. Sewer don't do it's job. And beware, even if you lived there for years they will tow your car. I was going to work and just to see my car isn't where I left it. I got the parking permit that I got from 2013, they got new ones but when I tried getting one they told me it's okay to have the old sticker. So I left it like that but still got towed. Knowing the manager lives just where I live and she can see us and cars we use. And there's a lot of cars around where we live and she lives that don't have stickers at all but not getting towed. and even the towing company she called are trash, they got trash attitude even if they were in the wrong. They told me they didn't see any stickers, so I asked them to show me the pictures they took, and all the pictures 9 of them are all my sticker picture VERY VERY VISIBLE. You try calling them on emergency or some questions, THEY NEVER ANSWER! THEY ARE NICE WHEN YOU'RE ABOUT TO PAY THE RENT LIKE THEY CARE. BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT AND DON'T EVER COME HERE TO LIVE. IT WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE. THEY OPEN AT 10 AND GET LONG ASS LUNCH. The gate doesn't close. They even change the remote and all, but dont even work. they said 6am-6pm it's open but it's open 24 hours. TRASH IS EVERYWHERE. Alot of our neighbors moved as well. One that lived right in front of us got tired of the management and roaches. Two unit left because if RATS AND ROACHES. And they add more to your monthly rent with all that nasty things. BEWARE!! Im moving soon and couldn't be happier about it! One of the office employees brings his dog to crap on the tiny patch of grass in front if my apartment every day. When I confronted him about it, he said his dog is locked inside of a small 1 bedroom apt all day and he can sh*t wherever he pleases! Guess his dog has more rights than actual people who pay rent. The actual manager lavender or lusender whatever her name is, is a disgrace. We had neighbors who blatantly robbed other neighbors and burglarized their homes, when I went to show her proof she told me to give her a 30 days notice instead of kicking them out! Next month my rent is going up approx. $500, including a $150 fee just for month to month, oh and they say its for remodeling and upgrades, they just dont tell you that you have to move out, then move back in to get them on your own dime!
