The cashier is always so sweet and very patient. The food is always good and fairly priced. Definitely love coming to eat here ! We got the salmon teriyaki and the pork dim sum as well as a fried California roll.

It was quickly corrected and we were given the spicy half anyway. Still one of the places where I like how the chicken is coated with the sauce, not dripping or wet. And this time, chicken was cooked just right. And spicy was not too spicy. Gave us a rewards card - earn a star per $10 purchase/per day. For a limited time only.

We were greeted with a complimentary popcorn, which was delicious! The waiter was also incredibly attentive to our table and made sure to check on us occasionally. The ambiance is dim, kind of like a bar restaurant without too much noise. It's a great spot for a date night out. We ordered 20 pieces of wings, half with soy garlic and the other half with mango habanero, tteok-Bokki (with cheese) and truffle fries. I personally do not handle spice very well, however the mango habanero was surprisingly good and not too spicy. In my opinion, I thought the tteok-bokki was spicier but not too spicy to the point where I couldn't take a second bite. Although I have been to many other Mad for Chicken chains before, this is my first time in the Forest Hills location and also my first time publishing a review for this restaurant. I would totally come back!

Great value too (for $50 you can get a family combo that includes a variety of sandwiches, wraps, wings, A WHOLE CHICKEN, fries, nuggets, cheese sticks, and a large soda!). Aside from the soft drinks, they also serve hot/iced espresso and coffee. Seriously, don't sleep on the espresso drinks... you can save a few "bucks" by coming here instead and supporting this small business (hehe, see what I did there?). Clean indoor seating is available (small tables that fit about 4 adults). The girl at the counter is always super sweet. She kindly covered the coffee sipper with a sticker that had a sweet note on it. )This Americano will help me through the rest of my hospital shift!) I will continually return!

My toddler likes her a lot and wants to play with her and visit every so often. The food across the board is delicious. I have pretty much tried everything here except a few of the appetizers and the pistol legs. The only item that I don't particularly like is the pumpkin pie, while it's tasty and has a nice texture I don't really taste any pumpkin. I hope this place stays open would really be a good staple and some added variety to the restaurants available in the few blocks of stores located in this section of 108 street.

Wings were extra crispy and drenched wonderfully in their soy garlic sauce and the shrimp was a perfect crisp ! Anyway, the front of the joint has this dark green paint store facade with a big sign that shows beer specials, inviting me and you inside. Instagram calls it 'Good vibes, great food, and a s..', I don't even know what the rest of that sentence was supposed to be, but it's probably pure crap anyway. Inside, they've got this sleek-looking metallic bar with hanging yellow lights, there is always a couple of guys sitting around pretending they're having the greatest time in the world. It depresses the hell out of me. They also have a picture of the menu explaining what some might consider a user friendly way to pick your food and assorted preferenced. It goes somethinglike this. 'Step 1: Choose Your Chicken,Step 2: Choose Your Batter, Step 3: Choose Your Sauces. It's so damn complicated to me. They make you go through all these steps just to get a piece of fried bird. They've got all kinds of crispy wings, some are glossy, some are glazed and sticky, choose your drumsticks or wings. I really like their fried dumplings too and their little free side dishes of radish cubes and coleslaw. Come on your birthday, show identification and you'll get a Happy Birthday sign right on your free basket of chicken legs, or was it a free chicken? I cant recall exactly, but yiu cant leave with it and you cant give it to uour friend, I haveknownsome that tried and i think thats uncool. Imagine getting fried chicken for your birthday, from someone you dont know, it's enough to make you feel like someone out there cares.

So first, I am not from Queens but my friend live there so I go a lot to try places in Queens. Let…read moreme tell you; this place is worth the trip. First the owner is the one taking your order he is very nice and professional. I had a lot of questions he answered all of them and I as very patient. Everything is set up well and it is straightforward ordering. So I ordered a lot of food because I wanted to try a lot of things. So I ordered the fried fish and shrimp combo this was really good. The fish was fried well but not overly fried that it was dry, I liked that. Next the shrimp was a good size and had the right amount of batter; also very good. The macaroni and cheese was not for me but that does not mean it was bad; I like my macaroni and cheese simple and for me this macaroni and cheese was overly seasoned in my opinion. So it depends how you like your macaroni. The other item, I ordered was off the light bites which is a great idea because some people eat small amounts from that menu I got the wings and fries. The wing sauce I got was the honey jerk and I liked it a lot. The wings were really good and so were the fries. I also ordered the guava lemonade which was good and the lobster and shrimp enchiladas and a which was also really good, it came with a sauce that is delicious. I loved this place and will definitely be back. The place is nice and you can eat there but it was cold for me so we took it to go. The best part of the experience was I didn't get sick afterwards. Sometimes at fried places; the food makes you sick but not here. I look forward to trying more things off their menu. Also we did order the sweet plantain with oxtail; it was good but the amount of oxtail was not enough for the thickness of the plantain; but I know that with that comes rising the prices which he probably doesn't want to do so; it is worth a try. I didn't take any pictures.

There were only 2 people working when we walked in & a 3rd person walked in he greeted us with a smile & he was nice. We ordered fried fish oxtail Mac & cheese and lobster/shrimp Mac & cheese. The fish was good but not crispy like I would have liked. The Mac & cheeses were a disappointment. It wasn't Mac & cheese it was more oxtail macaroni NO cheese. I'm sure because of the consistency cheese was in there somewhere but it wasn't the Mac & cheese u would think u were about to eat. I didn't care for it. The lobster/shrimp was not good at all it seemed all the seasoning was on the top so we mixed it up to make sure & it got worse it was super salty shrimps were too small it just wasn't what we expected.

We ordered waffle fries and asked for ketchup. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a **$2 charge for the ketchup**. At no point were we informed that there would be an extra charge. Not only was the lack of transparency frustrating, but this is also the **first restaurant in my adult life** that has charged for ketchup with an order of fries. It's not about the $2--it's about the principle. Charging for a basic condiment without letting customers know beforehand feels petty and leaves a bad impression. We genuinely liked this place, but this experience has made us rethink whether we'll be coming back.

What a neighborhood GEM!! Kuku Korean was fantastic! Fresh, tasty food at reasonable prices!…read more We (6 of us) were in the neighborhood for a Valentine's Day celebration and searched Yelp for a good ethnic restaurant in the area. We came across Kuku Korean and said YESSS, this is the place to go! The only wrench in our plans was that Kuku Korean doesn't take reservations; not even on Valentine's Day! They warned us that they expected to be very busy that evening, and to expect a wait. Ok, we made plans to go, but also made a Resy with another restaurant close by, as a backup plan in case there was a long wait for a table. But really, Kuku Korean was our preferred first choice. After our V Day event, we rushed over to Kuku Korean to see what the wait time was for a table for 6. It was just after 6pm, and the stars were aligned for us, because we got the last large table available! Woo Hoooo! Happy Valentine's Day to us!! We quickly cancelled our Resy with the other restaurant (sorry!) and perused Kuku Korean's fabulous menu. Our MENU (shared by 6ppl): ~ Seafood Pajeon ($24/large): Crispy battered pancake made with green onions & seafood (mussels, clams, squid, and shrimp). This was phenomenal! So much seafood and such a comforting dish...get this! ~ Veg Japche ($21): Stir-fried Korean vermicelli with Kuku soy-garlic Japchae sauce and assorted veggies. This dish was also available with various proteins but we opted for Veg since we were ordering other meat dishes. This dish was so flavorful and delicious. ~ Kuku Bibimbap ($24): Seasoned vegetables over rice, topped with a fried egg. Served with Kuku spicy bibim sauce. Again, you have the option of adding protein to this dish but we kept it veg. Another great dish! ~ Pork Galbi ($28): Char-grilled Pork ribs marinated in Kuku sauce, served with sauteed onions. Served with kimachi, daily banchan & purple rice. The pork was cut in thick slices, which was surprising, but wow, this was phenomenal! So tasty and lean, and just delicious. ~ Beef Bulgogi ($33): Sauteed thinly sliced beef rib-eye marinated in Kuku sauce with mushroom, Served with kimachi, daily banchan & purple rice. Another phenomenal dish. Bursting with flavor. -- Spicy Squid ($28): Stir-fried squid in spicy Kuku gochujang sauce, onions, hot pepper and carrot. Served with kimachi, daily banchan & purple rice. This squid was prepared perfectly; not over cooked nor rubbery! Great dish. - Ban Chan: generous unlimited servings; fresh & delicious. These 6 dishes, plus Ban Chan was perfect for 6 ppl to share. We finished everything and were fully satisfied. Every single dish was delicious and we ALL said we wanted to return to Kuku Korean to repeat some dishes and try new dishes. Customer service and atmosphere were great. The busser staff did an amazing job and were even more attentive than our server (who we only saw twice)...kudos to the bussers! They were so hard working, with a smiling, friendly attitude! Give them a raise! Looking forward to a return visit to Kuku Korean...hopefully SOON!!
