My usual faves are Middle Village roll, Woodhaven roll, Sexy girl roll, and Eel cake roll. I also add in 30 pieces salmon sashimi (considered as 15 orders of salmon) 10 pieces mackerel/saba (considered as 5 orders of mackerel/saba). When your order is $30 or more to go only, you get a free California roll. When you order $50 or more to go only, you get a free Dragon Roll. Probably ordered from here to go a handful of times and will continue to order from here! It's just unfortunate that after each time I order to go, the prices increase by AT LEAST a dollar. My platter was ready within 20-25 minutes of calling them. I appreciated that they didn't put too much rice and the rolls stayed together nicely when picking them up to eat. I ordered takeout on Friday at 530pm from this restaurant while I was at the vets office. The food was ready in 20 minutes probably even before because it was already in its box when I came to pick up. I also received a free cali roll because I think I ordered over $40. I got the shrimp shumai steamed, a dragon roll, a spicy tuna roll, a spicy scallop roll, and a California roll. Loved all of them especially the spicy scallop. I actually had a Cali roll and some of the dragon roll and the shrimp shumai the next day because I was so full from 3 1/2 rolls and the shrimp shumai was delicious and saved well in the fridge. the California roll rice was a bit hard, but the dragon roll rice was still moist I believe, probably from the eel sauce and avocado. read more

I was told about this restaurant from a friend in the neighborhood so I decided to try it out. They did ask for Covid vaccinations and photo id which I respect. They sat us right away and the waitress was so sweet and attentive. It's a small nice designed clean place. I definitely have to say this is my new to go to sushi place. Order came barely 10 minutes later than expected and received a text from Jae, the driver apologizing for any wait and letting me know he was on the way---Jae was really cool to talk with and was willing to come up the stairs even though I'd already was waiting in the lobby. He is an absolute asset to My Sushi as well as friendly and polite! Having relocated from Brooklyn to Woodside a few months ago, my husband and I have struggled to find a go-to sushi place, especially for delivery. For some reason most of the sushi spots in our immediate neighborhood are mediocre at best (which is unusual given how amazing the other restaurants are). My Sushi is the exception. The fish is so consistently delicious, fresh, and flavorful, and the delivery speed is fast considering the fact that it's not exactly close (maybe 1.8 miles away). The portions are generous, and the staff tend to include a complimentary roll as thanks, which we have never experienced with any other sushi place. They went a little heavy with the mayo and it was a bit watery, but overall it tasted good. The best item from my order was the Sexy Girl Roll: spicy tuna, lightly fried and topped with spicy crab. Fried sushi rolls are totally different from regular sushi, this is like eating a hamburger - in a good way! The do mean lightly fried, it's almost like a tempura on the outside, but then the spicy shredded crab adds a moist texture. And the flavor is delicious.
