I spent $95 (for the premium version) plus $16 for balloons. I attempted to call before giving my review and it went to voicemail. I wouldn't recommend them at all. I feel bated and switched. I also feel ignored. They did deliver them on time and My Lady was happy to receive them so I'm glad for that but I spent $150 (including taxes and delivery) for this and felt like the value of this was $75.

Went in looking for a custom bouquet to gift for a special occasion, showed a photo of a blush pink arrangement and immediately told "no we don't have that" and directed to the fridge of semi dying roses and minimal other varieties to pick other colors from. I picked a half dozen semi pink rose bunch that looked ok and she grabbed 2 hydrangeas and 1 lily to look like an uneven half assed bouquet (nothing better than what one can make from Trader Joe's or Safeway) I was ready to settle for that but she found one rose was moldy and went back to replace it with 1 orange rose? 5 blush roses with 1 orange rose... no Ended up settling on a completely different dozen roses and asked for the bouquet to be wrapped, the plastic was ripped at the top and looked bad, I asked her to cut it clean with scissor and her scissors were so dull I even tried to cut it myself because she was making it worse. Ended up just asking for the bouquet to be rewrapped in brown paper instead. Ribbon tying looked like an elementary school student tied their shoe. When I picked up the bouquet half the flowers started to fall out so it had to be retied. The roses weren't arranged evenly to display them nicely (like a florist bouquet should be), some were hidden under the brown paper so I readjusted the flowers after I left. Very disappointed in 1) quality and choice of flowers 2) lack of florists ability to form a nice bouquet 3) professionalism in customer service. Why pay more for a bouquet if I end up having to rearrange and retie it myself?

You'll have to sign again at the register, but it will save you a bunch of time when you arrive. Ok...for our experience. It can feel a little overwhelming when you first arrive if you haven't been there before. Having people walk in, with their own helmets, acting like they own the place will have anyone unsure where they should go or do when they first arrive. The staff make it feel very welcoming and friendly. After I finished check-in, I felt like the people with their own helmet. Tyrez helped me at check-in. He was patient, professional and friendly. When I say patient, I mean PATIENT! I had four kids with me and when it came to head covers alone, he got everyone what they needed even though I had to prompt the kids multiple times to come to a decision. We got there, but it was rough and Tyrez was amazing throughout! He even explained everything to me so that I wouldn't be caught off guard by anything and wouldn't end up frustrated...or at least that is how it felt. Next, know this. When they are running adult races, it's loud in the track area. Because I work safety, I have my watch set to alarm me when the sound exceeds the OSHA permissible exposure limit. It went off a lot. So, I measured the sound. It can get above 100 decibels. That's loud. Not as loud as a rock concert or fire truck siren, but it will make it difficult to have a conversation. You may want to consider ear plugs...or ear buds with noise canceling. The races are run very efficiently and they alternate between youth and adult groups. One safety feature the do great is that they are never on the track, together, at the same time. Safety seemed like it was well managed. When impacts happen, they throttle down the carts, to ensure everything is safe. One note though...and I see this as a huge positive...they let you RACE! Yes, they pay attention and focus on safety, but they don't scold or stop because of a little inadvertent contact. I was truly impressed by the balance they maintain there. In my group of four, two were a little scared and didn't race all the races we purchased (I bought the SpeedPass for each and it seems like a really good package for first timers), but they were amazing at helping me re-assign them to the others in our group. Luis helped me there and again, he was patient with me and helped ensure we got everything transferred correctly. He also answered all 5,000 of my questions throughout our visit. No, not really 5,000, but there were a lot. He was amazing! If I had any criticism at all, it would be for the game area. Many of their games weren't working because of a network error. It was disappointing for me, but it hit the kids hard. They should have someone dedicated to that area as it was never empty while we were there. I would imagine that having all working correctly would result in increased revenue. Overall, we had an amazing adventure there today and Tyrez and Luis were part of the reason why. Their track team was the other part...I just wasn't able to get their names. If you're looking for a new adventure, this is an amazing way to spend a Saturday!!!

We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.

Angelica was very patient with me as I had many questions. Unfortunately I did not order them but I remembered her fine service and she also told me when I was ready to ask for her. So, fast forward to Valentine's Day 2026. I reached out to Angelica the day before V-day to send out some flowers. I wanted send them the day before that but they were busy, and I understand. She did say she can get them to the place of delivery early the next day which was fine for me, awesome in fact for such short notice. She walked me through the arrangement I wanted and let me know I could text her what to put on the card. Embarrassing as it was I did so :) I sent her the text and I called to process the payment. I payed by card and she was able to text me the receipt and also email it to me. She let me know I'd be notified when the delivery was done. The next day I got a text with a pic of the flowers that had been delivered. All went well. I texted Angelica and thanked her for her service. She thanked me and also told me what I had written on the card was very sweet. We both wished each other a happy V-day and I told her I'd use her services again if I'm in need. After the ceremony she had to move the pieces to the reception area (budget saver!). I didn't stress about the flowers at all, because I knew Khriszha had it handled. He was very kind. They said they could do a bridal bouquet for me. They offered for me to text an image of the bouquet I would want and I just never heard back. Completely ghosted even after I called numerous times to follow up and texted to follow up. No one ever answered the phone again when I tried to call.
