Called me back at 3:07 saying the guy was leaving right away. Late, but whatever. 3:58 rolls around, so I call again. The lady tracks where the truck is and says the guy is "in my area" and "shouldn't be more than a few minutes." ANOTHER hour goes by... By this point my workplace had closed and I'm sitting in my car. Pretty ticked off, I call again at 4:39 - nobody picked up (probably recognizing my number). Tried again at 4:43 and left an unsatisfactory message this time. FINALLY, at 5:00, this guy pulls up. He's plays it off like it was no big deal he was 2 hours late and then adds: "sorry, but I don't have all of the cash for your car. I used some of it to buy a cheeseburger at McDonald's." To say the least, I was in disbelief. Luckily he worked out a way to Venmo me. The cash was all crumpled up in his pocket - extremely unprofessional. He then called his office to work out details and the same lady picked up (so I know she was there, avoiding my missed calls). We got it all figured out and they left with the car, but holy rip. 2 hours late and spent my cash at Mickey D's... I'll never deal with this company again. You've been warned

They couldn't get a flat bed or tow truck through the gates. They then used their pickup which they hooked up the truck, and with a little persuasion from the stuck wheels, they moved it out. Easy title transfer. The 3 guys were courteous and worked hard to remove my truck. Once they got my pickup out to the street, they used their tow truck to take it away. I am very pleased with PGH Junk Cars. I called them, and the next morning they had a flat bed. They called and said they would be back in the afternoon because the flatbed was too big. Very good communication. I can't say enough good about their service. They are the best.

The bumper was duct taped on to prevent it from falling off, and our inspection was due this month. The trucking company has been ignoring all attempts to reach them. I was told to swing by the day before to talk to Justin, the service foreman, to determine if anything can be done as a stopgap until repairs can be made. Justin came up with a game plan, but he knew he'd be off the when I brought the car in, so he talked to Robert and some other guys who were on that day about the game plan. They agreed that bolting the bumper to the frame would keep it secure and follow inspection requirements. When I showed up to get the work done, Noah was looped into the plan, and the 3 of those guys literally saved my sanity and ability for my daughter and me to get to work while our insurance company now battles with the trucking company. Robert was the guy who made the repair that allowed them to proceed with the inspection. After 11 days of getting ignored and being given the run around by Western Express trucking, I seriously could have hugged all 3 of them and when they lent a hand. My husband and I have always had excellent service from your dealership, but these 3 men went above and beyond yesterday at a time of great need, and I can't thank them enough.

Again, whatever, I need my car and I'm held hostage by the shop so I approve the work. Well now there's continuing electrical issues with my car directly relating to the technicians bad crimp job on the harness they replaced and made me pay for. So I have to bring the car back to get fixed, do not get a courtesy vehicle, and get talked down the whole time I'm there. Come like 3 days after I finally get my car back I found two giant lugs left in my wiper area, cracking the inside of the plastic. I attemped to call twice, texted them probably about four times but still no answer. They respond quickly to a google review though!
