They did a ok job of fixing the crack on my windshield. However, I believe instead of paying them 77 bucks, I would have used the $ 11 kit. They are not that good the way other reviewers are commenting. The crack is still very visible and I had to take the car back again to them to get it filled with more resin. read more

I was not sure if there was an issue with a window seal or what. Turns out the sun roof drains were clogged and that caused water to get inside my truck. The Novus team was reliable, quick, and had great communication throughout their review of my truck. They were also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue to me and how to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. tl;dr - 5 Star Experience at Novus! A burglar smashed my passenger window to bits, sending glass shards all throughout my car, and I needed it to be replaced. Here's a breakdown of my experience getting it replaced: PRICING I looked on Yelp for reviews of auto glass services. I knew the Safelite brand, and they gave me a quote of $268 for a passenger window replacement. They were also booked for a couple weeks. Thinking this was a bit overpriced and wanting service as soon as possible, I contacted a couple other places and from a few phone calls found Novus was the most polite and the best price at $230. A $30 off Yelp coupon was available bringing my pretax value down to $200. Much better deal than Safelite. But would the service be as good? SERVICE Answer: yes. When I called, Cye picked up the phone, and we were able to schedule a time for the next day. He ordered the glass that evening and it arrived the following morning. While my appointment was 1:30, he called to let me know he could come in early if liked, which I did. I came in, shook Cye's hand, and he told me he'd be done in an hour or less. In the end, it took about 45 minutes. He also vacuumed the entire car removing all the glass shards and resolved some rogue wiring and plastic parts that a previous unrelated mechanic had left inside the door. He made sure to show me the quality of his work, and was polite and friendly throughout the whole process. If I'm ever robbed again, at least I know Cye will have my back and my window. read more

I did a lot of research on other window repair shops and specifically did not want to go with another national chain that was suggested by my insurance company. Did you know that Novus invented windshield repair in 1972? You aren't going to find a better process and quality then a Novus certified dealer like Cye in Redmond. I had a rock hit my windshield and I debated whether to bring it in but after awhile it just bugged me. Cye did a great job, you can't event see it had a rock chip, and it took less than 30 minutes! If want your windshield repaired professionally and don't want your crack/chip to cause you more problems down the road (like a crack propagating across your entire window) that will require a whole windshield replacement, talk to a professional like Cye who spends his every waking minute doing one thing, fixing peoples windows!
