I ended up visiting again since I was in the neighborhood and this visit was much better. Given how much better it was, I didn't feel right leaving my previous 1 star review without an update. The food is still just average in my opinion. Broth was lukewarm and didn't have too much taste to it. Meats were average quality. What brought up my rating was the service. The guy working at the time was super quick and great.

I've gotten to go from now Pho probably about 100 times but have never eaten there. First off this is no date night spot or fancy place. The vibe kind of makes me think it was an old fast food joint. We sat down and ordered the shrimp Spring rolls - so good. The Vietnamese egg rolls- yum! I got the orange juice which is probably the best orange juice I've ever had. I got the short rib plate which is so delish. My guest got the shrimp Banh mi which was less great. It's kind of divey but what isn't on federal?

The service was quick, and the servers were very attentive and friendly. They have a huge variety of menu items, and everything I tried was good. I usually do not order pho because I am picky about the broth, but this place had really solid pho. I would say it is a safe pho spot for me. I ordered the vermicelli with pork, chicken, shrimp, and egg roll, and it did not disappoint, 10/10. Everything else I tried from my family members' dishes was also great. The banh xeo was tasty, but beware, it is massive and perfect for sharing. The fruit teas were very sweet, so we added water. We came with a party of about 28 and called ahead to try to reserve seating together, but it did not work out upon arrival since other guests were already seated. However, because we arrived at different times, we were still able to sit mostly together without moving tables. The staff worked hard to make sure we were all served and taken care of. The restaurant is pretty small, so we were impressed they could accommodate us. Parking is limited onsite, so you may need to park in the other plaza or on the street.

Broth was flavorful and portion sizes are great. Not much (if at all) crab in the Rangoons. The pho itself was on par is other places and didnt really stand out to me unfortunately. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is extensive.

Late night bites!?! Twist my arm!! If you want to find a spot after 9 pm on Friday or Saturday, Now Pho is open until 3 am! We were greeted and sat immediately after. There are several menu items to choose from. Kept our order simple with shrimp and pork spring rolls and shared a bowl of brisket pho. It was plenty for the 2 of us. The parking lot is a bit on the smaller side, but there is neighborhood parking and people are coming and going. Now Pho was consistently busy during our visit from 10-11 pm.

Always a good time! This place is open till 3am on Fridays and Saturdays so it's really the perfect spot for my friends and I to meet up after a late night of karaoke! The parking lot is small so try carpooling. The inside has plenty of table space! The waiters are always so nice and seem like they enjoy being there! The menu offers a range of noodle and rice dishes! Someone for everyone I think. I got the brisket pho! The soup flavor is always savory and fulfilling! The brisket is cooked well and the noodles are classic! I think this place has the best pho broth in Denver! I will continue to go here for all my pho cravings!

Was thoroughly surprised with the quality of their food, given that when trying this place it was 2:15am! A gem off of Federal Blvd with the perfect cure to prevent an oncoming hangover. After a night out, some friends were headed here and we decided to join them. They had a small parking lot, but because of the time we easily found a spot. It wasn't too busy, but it wasn't empty either. We ordered easily and got everything pretty quickly. We ordered Egg Rolls and a Pho Dac Biet. The pho really surprised me. The broth was perfect and exactly how I like it. Very similar to how I would make it myself. The portion was pretty large even for the large. The Egg Rolls were crunchy and savory. Other orders at the table were various Boba drinks, Hu Tieu, and a Shrimp Vermicelli Bowl. Everything was delicious! Definitely making a stop back and maybe even during normal hours!

Located on South Federal, Now Pho has great pho and spring rolls, but I keep going back for their bò cay. Bò cay is essentially a spicy beef noodle soup with chili oil. It is the perfect comfort food and balances the salt-fat-acid-heat all great meals have. It's one of my top meals in Denver - you must try!

    Crystal R.

I came here with my friend Tabetha a fellow Yelp elite. We were seated immediately and well attended to the entire visit. The servings are large. Some prices seem high but the quality is excellent and large portions. They also participate in a bunch of couponing things - like the 2 for 1 book etc. which I did use. We also had lots that I took home. We both got boba drinks and we split 2 meals. I'm learning pho is just not my personal thing. But I really enjoyed the other dish, also the place is cute and clean and well attended to. We ordered B1. Combination- Đặc Biệt Grilled, pork, chicken, shrimps and egg rolls; 16. Hue Oxtail Noodle Soup - Bún Bò Huế Đuôi Bò heartwarming spicy lemongrass noodle soup wit ender & juicy oxtail; Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk with boba; YM2 Strawberry Yogurt Milk Tea. Definitely will be coming back again soon!

Nourishing food, fresh, prepared with care--when we come back to visit the grandchildren, we will be sure to bring everyone out to eat here again. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. After looking at two I still didn't know how much hot sake was or the sizes offered and if they had other kinds -- absolutely no transparency on price when it's not on a menu anywhere. They have Lucky Buddha bottles all over the place but no idea how much those were, either. Mixers? I see bottles but no prices cause nothin is listed in any drink menus. So weird. The pho is very good and other meals have always been. I think it's on the pricier side here for everything. It gets so expensive to go out when a modest meal/drink set ya back $50. It's just pho! And a basic adult drink like super cheap house sake or tap beer. But anywho, this is our world now. Just going out less & less than I used to! They don't have any deals like happy hour. Multiple people asked when I was there so I hope they offer one someday. The sides for pho are pretty skimpy but there was no hesitation when I asked for more lime & basil. Service was incredibly slow for how empty the restaurant was. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and no sign of our server, another server finally came to check on us and realized none of our order tickets made it to the kitchen. This could have easily been recognized by the original server had he even showed up to check on us during this time. I wish I could say the food was worth the wait. The pork egg rolls we got had just 1 piece of lettuce and barely pickled veggies to accompany it. I was confused that my house pho with beef short rib came with the meat on the side, which was sadly very cold and chewy. The broth itself was fine, but the chili oil pooled so much and was too greasy to be palatable. Our server did at least remove the apps from our bill as an apology for the service and I did at least find the food edible. For a $20 bowl of pho though I am still left feeling offended and full of regret that I didn't just wait it out for Noodles by Nina. We all left agreeing that the only enjoyable part of our meal was the 2010s hits playlist.
