Decent hotpot restaurant. The seating area a big and clean. A few TVs playing several stations, so you can watch it if that's your thing. Service was really good. The waiter was really nice and tried to get our requested items fast. Personally, I didn't like the broth. I had the pork bone broth and it came seasoned, after I got my sauce ready to prepare the broth. On top of that, the food tasted sweet and oily. I thought it was the meats and my sauce but I didn't use any sugar. It has to be in the broth. My wife got the seafood broth but she asked for i different one, because it was too spicy. She went after the seafood selection and enjoyed the crab, prawns, and clams. She was chowing down, once the broth wasnt spicy. Don't forget the grab the ice cream at the end. Overall, for the price, I would've gone to a different hotpot restaurant. Towards the end everything was too sweet and oily.

I haven't been here in awhile and I think it's a great spot for when I don't want to drive all the way to Aurora for hot pot! I got the beef broth and decided to add my own seasoning to my pot. They have a great variety of seafood, vegetables, meat, and more. Service was good and overall it was a great experience! I definitely have to come here more and I honestly forgot that there was a little hot pot spot in this shopping center.

We were in Denver for vacation and I found this place online. I'm so glad I picked it. Food was delicious, staff were so friendly and helpful. This was my mom's 1st experience with AYCE BBQ and hot pot and she loved it. We will definitely come back.

Was hoping this place was going to be pretty good but realistically I would only come back for the hotpot. Came in, checked into the machine that they have and waited a few minutes before being seated. Not too long of a wait for 6/7pm! Service was okay, you have a call button but usually have to push it a second time since you will not get a response sometimes. You go up make your sauce and grab utensils! Food was decent from the broth, KBBQ dipping sauce, and quality of ingredients

A lot to like and a lot of opportunities for improvement. First, they have a pho broth for hot pot. They have a good sauce bar with a black bean chili paste that I like. There were also some fried items like egg rolls and chicken wings included, but I didn't try that. You can do both hot pot and bbq for $5 extra. The selection was pretty good with everything you'd expect at hot pot bbq spots. Quality was mostly good. Being a new spot, they have some kinks to work out. The ventilation was pretty bad. You and your clothes will definitely smell like hot pot when you leave. The floors were super slippery from the steam and oils, and was visibly dirty. They have you order on a sheet, with reference to a picture menu, but the items aren't the same. They didn't bring out items we ordered on the sheet, and when putting in a second round of orders, they just took it verbally and also got those items wrong. Location is good with plenty of parking, right by the Costco business center.

We came here during their opening and they're quite busy. The staff is doing their best to keep up with each table. In our group, we had around eight people and we did the bbq and hotpot special. This is viet inspired so don't expect like a traditional kbbq experience. For hot pot, I ordered the beef bone broth and it was quite tasty. It tastes just pho broth. We were confused at first because it came with dates but it's not the herbal selection. When you start cooking things into your hotpot, the broth becomes very tasty. They provide a nice selection of variety: meat, seafood, veggies, noodles. They do not tell you how much comes with one serving so ask. It comes with a ton of veggies. They might've assumed 1 cabbage was for our entire party. The bbq was delicious too. You have lots to choose from. I didn't see a limit on galbi which is different from every AYCE kbbq place in Colorado. We got everything and it was a lot of food. 2 hours is plenty of time.

Great place, but their portion sizes were larger than other place so this place is better for a larger group vs 2 people.

My vietnamese blood cannot be picky about thìs place. We live 10 min from Asia central in federal and food here hands down beat most of our favorites. We ordered 1) clay pot fish (bone in). Huge portion. Worth it. And the flavor is authentic. 2) shaken beef. Tender. 3) to go salad combo. Even good the next day 4) bun Bo vermicelli. My hub said the best in Denver he had and he had a few 5) lotus wonton. My picky toddler liked it. 6) lemonade lychee. When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the dishes in English to my friends who don't speak Vietnamese. He even brought us three additional slices of bánh mì to go with our bò kho (beef stew), since the dish only comes with two slices and there were five of us. Such a thoughtful gesture! This place is truly a hidden gem in Denver. Overall, all five of us were very impressed. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and our server was attentive, helpful, and provided excellent service. We also didn't have to wait long for our food.

A mix of great flavors but lack of service and sufficient cleanliness that could be better. What I ordered for food: - P16 (Beef Rib & Brisket Pho): Since it was happy hour, this was a decent deal. The rib was solid! Very tender and tasty. The broth itself was clear and had that savory flavor that makes a good bowl of pho. Portions were huge though because it only comes in large. -BH2 (Bún Bò Huế Pork Hock): The broth was clear and rich which I liked, but unfortunately, the pork hock itself didn't taste like much and lacked flavor. Wouldn't get again. -BH5 (Bánh Lọc Trần) & BH7 (Bánh Ít Có Ram): The waiter recommended putting these two together as a combo, which worked out great. The starchy tapioca dumplings paired perfectly with the spicy fish sauce on the side, and the sweet rice flour dumplings on the shrimp crackers gave it a really satisfying crunch. Would order again, but I also can see how I wouldn't keep ordering cause can be a bit heavy and starchy. The Service: This is where the experience fell short. The restaurant wasn't filled at all, yet it took a long time for a server to bring us water and take our order. Throughout the meal, no one ever checked in or refilled our waters. When we were ready to leave, we couldn't get anyone's attention for a to-go container. Ambiance: My main concern was the dirtiness of the chairs and tables. There was leftover food from prior customers and stains. Also a fly kept getting close to our food, I was uncomfortable. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, but the service and cleanliness need a major upgrade to match the kitchen. I'd give a 5 for food overall, but 3 for service and cleanliness.

I'm surprised to find that this place is open until around 3am, which is a rare find when it comes to Colorado restaurants. It was very busy for it being midnight. We were seated within a few minutes, and staff were mindful to take our orders in a timely manner despite it being busy. Ordered the oxtail pho. Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later.
