Might have to be in my top 3 hot pot places! I've heard good things about Bong Bong and have been meaning to try it for a while. We went at 3 PM on a Saturday and got seated right away. All of the staff was very helpful in explaining where everything is and they checked in just the right amount. This place is unique because it has more than just udon and ramen noodles, they even have their own noodle "bar"! There's double of everything, the sauce items and the veggies/seafood, which was very nice. Sometimes there are sauce bars with long lines, but this wasn't the case. The meat did not come out frozen and all looked really fresh, tasted delicious too! This place also has a soda machine, ice cream machine, steamed buns, fruit, crème puffs, che thai, and slushies. There were SO many different things and I definitely felt like I got my money's worth. Will be coming back.

I visited Bong Bong for my sister's birthday and couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate with a meal, I highly recommend Bong Bong. Just let the hostess know, and a large group of servers will come over with some signs and sing happy birthday. I am not the biggest fan of hot pot, but I greatly enjoyed this restaurant. The service was great even though they were very busy. We never had to really wait without meat or anything else. The vegetables, sauces, seafood, noodles, desserts are all self-serve. The meats were high quality. Just take a look at my pictures attached to this review! The last thing I wanted to mention is how beautiful the restaurant is. The atmosphere here is absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless and the lighting and other interior decoration were bright. I will definitely be back here for my hot pot fix!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday dinner here last week. Come hungry and ready to eat, as this is AYCE hot pot: choose your broth/soup base & meat (2 per person at a time), and everything else is self serve: seafood (including blue crab, shellfish, scallops, shrimp), tofu, noodles, veggies etc for your hot pot; drinks (soda, milk tea, even slushies!); sauce/condiment bar; hot food (including rice, crab wontons, egg rolls), and desserts. Each station was kept clean and refilled often. Employees are attentive & came by often to clear plates and bring additional meat orders. If you prefer meats such as beef tongue, lamb, premium short rib or rib eye, come during dinner hours, as these are included as part of their dinner only options.

Garden glow broth. I added green onion, garlic and cilantro to it.

Decided to try Bong Bong after hearing great things about it. The interior is really nice. It was clean, and I loved that there were two sauce stations, and four refrigerators to grab your vegetables, tofu items, fish balls and seafood (each refrigerator contained all the same items). This really helps with keeping lines low. We were seated right away but did wait maybe 10 minutes before anyone came to take our broth and meat order, but you can definitely hit the sauce bar and grab your other items before placing that order. My partner stayed behind and was able to place my order. They have self serve drinks, which is also unlimited. They had milk tea, Thai tea, an orange yogurt slush and one other flavor. They also have a Pepsi fountain dispenser, and of course water. The Thai tea was okay, I liked that it wasn't too sweet. The orange yogurt slush was actually pretty tasty! There was also a hot food station. To name a few items there were potstickers, French fries, and vegetable egg rolls. They also had red bean baos and egg custard. They also had fruit offerings like watermelon and pineapple as well as dessert. Some times you would see at a Chinese buffet like the cakes and cream puffs but they also had Vietnamese desserts as well. I enjoyed their coconut and chocolate swirl soft serve. That was a great way to end the meal. For $40 (dinner), I think it's a decent price point because of the included desserts, hot food and drinks. What made me take off a star was the bathroom. It was disgusting! One stall had no toilet paper and the other had feces smeared on the tank. I was grossed out to say the least. It may sound nitpicky at this point, but the distance of the bench from the table felt kind of far. Anyway, I'd come back again, just avoid the bathrooms lol

So many amazing selections! This location shares a parking lot with a lot of surrounding businesses, but there were still plenty of spaces. When we first walked in the place was crowded! We recently saw a TikTok video about it and we're assuming that that's why it exploded with the popularity. It was only a group of four so we were able to get seated quickly. The tables are massive! A four person Table had so much space for the toppings, meats, seafood, everything! You order the broth with the server and the meats. You can then go to their buffet type wall to pick out your own veggies, noodles, and seafood. They also had a huge selection of fried foods and dessert! The sauce station looked like your standard station. I got the broth and it was really good! I only add a little bit of garlic and sesame oil to my broth so it's still kept most of its flavor. We went during dinner time which means we were able to order some really great cuts of meat. I'm not a big seafood person so I skipped that section of the wall buffet. I will say that their veggies look like your standard ones and I was able to get some corn and broccoli. They offer six different types of noodles, four were dry noodles and two were already pre-soaked. I went with a Ramen noodle and a rice noodle. Their fried section is around the corner with their dessert section. They offer plain fried rice, plain, lo mein, spring rolls, dumplings, french fries. A lot of great options in my opinion. For the dessert side, they had soft, serve, ice cream, slushy, espresso, machine, and those little cakes, and pastries! The price difference is only $10 for lunch and dinner so I wouldn't mind getting the lunch option next time. I did see that they offer some more private rooms that I think you have to reserve an advance and there's another section where you can sit on the floor like a traditional Taiwanese hot pot style. Overall, they have a wide variety of selections in all categories so I would definitely go back with a group of friends.

The place looks great. Decor and the open atmosphere. The service was good too. They were helpful when asked for some for my kids. I ordered the signature broth and it ruined my experience. I wasn't anticipating a sweet broth. My palate wasn't the same. Everything had that taste after. I switch broths to pho (which cost an extra $5) but that didn't help. They do have a large selection of veggies, seafood, and meats They have a desert and drink station. So enjoy that. They also have plentiful parking. Recommendation: have a simple pork bone broth option.

Came here to continue the birthday celebration weekend for the family. We love how spacious the tables are and the hot pot were a little bit further from the edge of the table with wider and shallower pots compared to other hot pot places. This is great for various reasons: 1 - not getting steamed in the face when cooking. 2 - having space in front of your pot to put the sauce and the dish for hot food. 3 - the pot is shallower so you can see your root veggies and seafood in case they decided to take a deep dive and disintegrate (or get really tiny and chewy). I love love love that they offer so many dessert options, yes this hot pot place is a bit more costly compared to others, but they have a big selection of dessert, hot dishes and drinks. Some reviews not on Yelp had mentioned their dessert is flavorless, but I think if you know an Asian person you'd know the highest compliment for an Asian dessert establishment is - not too sweet, which Bong Bong delivered. The thai iced tea had strong tea taste, not too sweet, so is the milk tea... and their soft serve was done well too. Great service from the lady who helped us with amazing recommendations. They were limited on the ribeye and short rib but it was Easter Sunday and this place is pretty new. I'll definitely be back soon!

Large selection of vegetables and seafood.

Awesome place to eat. Clean, spacious and great atmosphere! My daughter had the Pho soup base and I selected the BongBong Special soup base. Both were delicious!

We were super excited to try the fancy new Hot pot restaurant in town. And to be honest, the food did not disappoint. You do have to kind of be bop around the whole restaurant to find everything you need but they have everything. It's got a larger seafood section than most of the hot pots I've been to in town and the dessert section puts every other Hot pot restaurant to shame. The meat was not quite my favorite. It was a little bit tougher than some of them we've had, but honestly no real complaints on the food at all. Drinks are included, which is something that's a little bit different. They have a selection of teas and some fruit smoothie type drinks as well as flavored water and Pepsi products. The vibe of the restaurant is actually really good. And the service was great, very attentive, but our major problem was the wheelchair accessibility. Wheelchair accessibility: so to start off there's only two close accessible parking spots, both of which were taken up by the senior daycare center's staff vehicles or company vehicles and so we ended up having to park much further away, and it was hard to navigate getting onto the curb. The path of travel from the sidewalk into the restaurant is also a little bit difficult. There's an outside table that blocks a lot of the room and then there's a couple of tight turns to get in. There's a double door to get inside. We had staff help us one time on the way out: on the way in we navigated in ourselves as long as you have an extra person with you, it should not be too difficult. There's plenty of room to travel in this restaurant. All of the tables have benches or Japanese style seating that can't really be moved out of the way. I was able to sit on the side of one of these tables and stay in my wheelchair which worked OK, however, it was a bit hard to reach the heating element/bowl. Staff did offer assistance multiple times which was appreciated. Everything is spaced out really nicely, but the largest issue we encountered was the bathroom. The exterior door to the women's bathroom was nice and light and easy to open. However, the apparent handicap stall is not accessible at all; it is narrow and the door swings inward cutting off already limited turn radius. even with a medium size manual chair it was difficult to get in and actually was impossible to get out. It required two people to help and we almost had to remove the door. We did speak to the staff and gave us a suggestion on how to help but I'm not sure if it's gonna get fixed. There's also no grab bars and the soap and towels are a little bit high. So while we would love to come back for the food, we're not sure if we're gonna be able to come back because of the accessibility.

Yum!!! AYCE hot pot. New spot. Good selection of broth. And we were able to sample some before picking one which was great didn't know that was a thing but it don't hurt to ever ask. You get 2 choice of meat per person to start off with. All veggies and other food item is self serve. Also have a dessert and drink station so many options... staff super friendly and help full. Very nice and spacious very nice decor. It gets super busy since its new i will be for a bit. Definitely recommend

The place is very upscale looks very nice the tables are large enough to fit all the meats with room to enjoy! The drinks kept going out of order and the slush was watery. They had a decent amount of sides to choose from. They let you taste the broth if your not sure which to choose! I loved the 4 broth we chose to taste They allow 2 meat choices per person.

I visited this place for Mother's Day yesterday and was an amazing experience. Amazing service. Beautiful place. Great price and an amazing selection of food. I will definitely be back.

Restaurant was very modern and clean. Broth and cuts of meat came out very quickly. The buffets had plenty of appetizers, veggies, noddles, seafood, other meats, drinks, and desserts. Waiters Brandon and Tino were nice and efficient. It is more on the pricier side but makes sense when it includes drinks and dessert.

Fresh veggies well stocked seafood and noodles

This place may have good selections for meat but in all honesty the authenticity of what korean bbq tastes and feels like has been stripped away. The flavor is not all there even when I try to use their side dishes like the kimchi and cucumber kimchi. CUCUMBER KIMCHI: This feels like a story excuse for cucumber kimchi. The sauce is just absolutely slobered and over takes any part of the cucumber. It's like a thick sludge rather than tasteful cucumber kimchi. Would you like some cucumber with your thick kimchi sludge? KIMCHI: They don't even have this out at the sides area, you have to ask for this. The problem with this is that the MOST Korean side dish is not readily available at the side dish pick up area. The other main problem is that it tastes sweet? There's is no acidic flavor to the kimchi, it's just all wrong and horrible. THE MEAT: Okay the meat selection is good but unfortunately the thicker sangyupsal is a little too thin. I think there's already a thin sangyupsal option on the menu so I'm not sure why we're getting another thin option. Gotta say though, this is the only place that has the intercostal rib meat which is baller. Overall this place is just not giving authentic. This might do if you're not familiar with traditional Korean bbq and have no expectations or a bar for Korean food, but from someone who grew up like that, this is just lack luster and overall a slap in the face. Im sorry guys but the only reason why this gets a 2 star and not 1 is because the meat selection is good, but Korean bbq is more than just meat, its an experience of diverse flavors where this place just doesn't do that.

That's a pretty strong endorsement. Also the interior of the restaurant was fairly modern and clean. For anyone unfamiliar with it, soondae (순대) is a traditional Korean blood sausage made by stuffing pork or beef intestines with a mixture of blood, glass noodles, rice or starch, and seasonings. It's one of Korea's most popular street foods and is typically enjoyed with salt or a dipping sauce. One thing to know before you go: this restaurant specializes in soup-based dishes. Every entrée revolves around soup, including the bulgogi. I had never seen bulgogi served in a broth before, so it was a pleasant surprise for both my boyfriend and me. Most of the soups also included clear glass noodles and came in a wide variety of combinations, so there were plenty of options to choose from. One detail I really appreciated was their takeout packaging. If you have leftovers, they use a professional heat-sealing machine that applies a thin plastic seal over the container before the lid goes on. It's a thoughtful touch that keeps the soup leak-proof and makes transporting leftovers much easier. If you're craving authentic Korean comfort food--especially soondae soup--this place is definitely worth a visit.
