We stopped here on our way north on Hwy 1 and enjoyed a nice dinner and then stayed the night in room 18. The room had a small balcony and couch - and the bed was so, so comfy! The restaurant is dog friendly out on the back patio, which is where you want to sit anyhow to watch the boats and wildlife on the marina. Friendly staff made the stay extra enjoyable! It's not cheap, but it was worth it.

Came here for my best friends wedding reception. The staff was welcoming and gave good guidance when ordering drinks. Their happy hour menu was only $1 cheaper than the drinks from the regular menu, nothing crazy but the drinks were tasty and fresh. We ordered the shrimp and sirloin skewers with mashed potatoes and fresh veggies - very tasty!

Great celebratory brunch on the river. View was amazing, we were well protected from the breeze. Food and libations were tasty!

"Queen of the Harbor"--that's what my husband called me during our romantic getaway in Fort Bragg, and it was truly a magical experience. Whether you're a Bay Area local or visiting from afar, I highly recommend a stay at the Noyo Harbor Inn. Our room was absolutely lovely, complete with a bathtub for two overlooking the harbor and a cozy fireplace to set the perfect ambiance. The sound of the sea lions "arphing" and the sight of boats drifting by made it feel like we were in our own little world. The harbor itself is a wonderful place to stroll, and the inn's grounds are beautiful to explore. We also indulged in delicious food from the on-site restaurant, enjoying it in the comfort of our room. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at this: book your stay at the Noyo Harbor Inn--it's truly money well spent!

Literally amazing breakfast. My dogs and kids are happy amazing brunch. Everything was just A++++

A beautiful spot overlooking our own Noyo Harbor where no expense for aesthetic beauty has been overlooked. Our server Serenity was a great guide for the experience. I recommend the Candy Cap old fashioned, a great blast to your palette with a nice hint of maple syrup very smooth. I also had the clams and mussels in their own special pesto cream sauce which left me wanting more. I tried the appetizer but next time it may be on the pasta as it'll I had to hold up from drinking the broth. The entire experience was enough to make you forget where you were or that there was life going on around you. It will be a place I return to.

I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful hotel. I have been fortunate to stay twice in the past year, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. Everything is guest-centric, from the friendly front desk staff to the room decor to the hotel grounds- we were literally surrounded by a peaceful environment and provided with high end amenities. I don't know what I enjoyed most- our wrap around balcony with seating, overlooking the harbor, or our room complete with a garden tub, fireplace, and full coffee setup - it was all so amazing. We appreciated the fully fenced dog park for our bulldog, admired the onsite organic garden, and enjoyed both a delicious dinner (on a dog-friendly patio) and a room service breakfast. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. We booked a last minute getaway and were given a great room up on the hill. Parking was close to our room. Room has everything you need - if not, just ask! Staff is very accommodating. Bed and pillows were cozy- slept like a baby. We had a giant bathtub by the window to watch the Sunset over the ocean. Housekeeping was very friendly and came while we were at breakfast so we could return back to a fresh, clean room by late morning. French Press coffee and Nespresso in room with lots of choices, also teas. Mugs were always changed out for clean ones. Plenty of towels provided. The NHI restaurant was the best meal we had in town. (Thanks Christian) After 15 years we have found our new place in Ft Bragg

Eaten here several times always come away with the same experience! On this occasion I had the schnitzel, pretty solid, needed a little salt. Tried the Gnocchi, was also pretty good. Tried the amber ale it was alright, pretty floral but not bad. Good service, beautiful view as usual. Never disappoints!

The definitive hotel. Not only is it that, it is THE hotel to stay at when you are in the area. By itself, it became the destination for my wife and I. Wonderful experience. Can't recommend it enough.

The location is amazing with incredible views of the ocean. Whether you get a hotel room with a view or not, you are steps away from the ocean. You can soak in the views, walk along the rugged coastline, or walk down to the beach. If you walk or ride a bike a little over a mile to Otsuchi Point (a little past Glass Beach) you will have panoramic views that are breathtaking near sunset. I loved the large jacuzzi tub, sitting out on our private balcony and watching the waves and sunset, and it was very convenient to walk our dog along the old railroad path, which is flat and paved. There is a decent size fridge in the room and a microwave, which is nice. I got a good nights rest. The only downside I would say is that there is no breakfast due to Covid. There is also some street noise since it's near the road. All in all, it's a great hotel due to the location, ocean views, jacuzzi tub in some of the rooms, private balconies in some of the rooms, and that it's pet friendly. We will definitely be back!

We thought it was a saw, sounded like someone was doing renovations above our room. No 'continental' breakfast, just coffee pods and tea bags. Agree with Doreen B - rooms are shabby. Don't expect daily room service as that must now be a thing of the past. Rates don't reflect the lack of services or condition of the property. Location is fine. Not far out of town. Does have access to the beach - with a walk through a field and then a hike down a cliff. So if your up for that? There is a paved walk/bike path that runs behind the property and is heavily used. Don't expect privacy on your little deck - if you are lucky to face the ocean. Parking is slim, but there is a public parking lot right next door that you could walk over from. The staff is great. They are well aware of the properties shortcomings. Would I come back here again - no.

The views with the two arms of the harbor wrapping around the hotel...it is magical. I was worried when I read and saw how close it was to the highway, but with the way its nestled into the hill, road noise is no problem. As for the fog horn, yes, it is noisy and annoying. But we were provided ear plugs and a box fan. Due to the excessive heat this year (and probably every year moving forward--thanks a lot consumerist culture and climate change), we were roasting the first night. No AC. (And I hope they never get it. More wasted energy.) Used the box fan the second night and it was perfect. During the day, opened the glass patio door and enjoyed the ocean breeze. And did I mention the views? I could sit on that patio and watch the water, listening to seals barking, all. day. long. Lastly...it is walkable to the Noyo Headlands Park. This open space is magical. We learned that the neighboring wastewater plant helped replenish the soil after the conservancy obtained the land from the old lumber mill. Volunteers seeded plant life. We called ahead to see if there was a restaurant on sight. There isn't one, but they have a sister restaurant that is about 3 min away that if you get their coupon you get 20% off. It's only 3.5 stars on Yelp so we passed and ate on our way. We were running late so that was really our only option to get lunch on our way to work. On the phone they asked us our arrive time and according to the gps it said 1hr and 12 minutes. She said she'll try to have our room ready as people were just checking out now. We arrived at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, May 4th 2026. To our amazement our room was ready, we weren't expecting that as we were so early. It was a blessing as I had to get to work in the room, we can work remotely sometimes. They also upgraded us to a room with a view. And it's a remarkable view of the ward and harbor. You can hear the sea lions, I believe barking at each other and many species of bird singing. There is a balcony with chairs you can sit out on too. The room has its own thermostat which keeps the room toasty warm on low and it's quiet. I can't recall what kind of unit it is but it's in the blood bad it quietly pushes hot air out. The room has a kireg type machine with sorted coffee, large mini fridge and freezer, and microwave. There is a desk and lounge chair and big screen tv with multiple channels. The shower/tub and toilet is separate from the vanity. The light to the tub/ toilet are is on the outside and the fan is extremely loud, so loud that it will wake up your mates who are in a deep slumber, so that's a minus. They have a ground floor that requires no steps and has a ramp that goes around to additional rooms. Other than that there are a lot of steps and no elevator that we've seen. So if you don't do stairs pick the ground floor and walk in on the lobby side. The lobby has all day tea, coffee, hot chocolate complimentary. They also have snacks and drinks for purchase: rice a Toni, Mac n cheese, spaghetti o's chicken noodle soup, tuna/chicken and crackers, chips, jerky oatmeal, and cold cereal. As for drinks they have juice boxes, milk, Gatorade, matcha, ect. No alcohol that I could see. The wharf is a 15 min walk or 3 min drive and they have seafood restaurants there. Across the street is Homestyle cafe for breakfast and lunch and you're a few min from downtown. This is a great location.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and highway 1. Be forewarned, this hotel is definitely outdated, but it had everything we needed: it was fairly quiet, had a comfy bed, good water pressure, and was clean! Since our room was closer to the highway, it was a bit noisy with the sliding glass door open, but was fine once it was closed. It didn't bother us at night. Your room will also not be turned in daily, but they give you plenty of towels and the garbage cans are big so it was fine for our stay. Overall, we we'e very satisfied and recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.
