Make an appointment ahead of time. Overall, I love the way this place looks. And smells :) They have dip powder, gel, and regular, and acrylic. Lots of options. They do a great job when they have time to get around to you. Appointments don't hold your spot, and they are so booked you can't make an appointment later than three weeks in advance. When you do make an appointment way in advance (in the middle of your workday...just to accommodate them) they'll cancel on you because of a change in a nail tech's schedule one day before. Bottom line is they do good work but it's not worth the stress. I'm someone who gets my nails done every two weeks by the same tech. Once she switched to this salon, unfortunately I had to stop seeing her. It's not her fault at all but this salon is so unorganized and not accommodating. I went because NT was offering free pedis with the trainee. I had never been there before, but I will definitely be back. Huge selection of colors, decent prices, and she did amazing! Left her a good tip because I was very impressed with everything. She was very gentle. She guided my feet and asked me to move them where she wanted them instead of pushing them around which was lovely. She made sure the water felt nice, and it was hot but not scalding (which is exactly what I wanted). Her sugar scrub was awesome. The paint job was beautiful. Beyond that, the decor was beautiful. The people getting their nails done when I walked in were having conversation and laughing with the nail techs, which set a very friendly tone. The nail techs all seemed very happy and we're talking and laughing with each other the whole time. The massage chairs were pretty good, I wish there was a vibration option instead of just the roller balls and the kneeding, but that's not a knock on the salon at all! Nothing was outdated or looked cheap. They had beautiful decor including chandeliers , the pedicure massage chairs, the interior was beautifully decorated. N.T-NO THANKS. Spent over 70$ on a "manipulated manicure" and pedicure. Let me start out by saying it was a complete waste of money. My 40$ pedicure was rushed at about 20 minutes long. I called and made an appointment AHEAD of time and told them what I wanted. Gel nails with WHITE TIP. I get there on time and sit down. The male nail tech rushed through my pedicure, I TOLD HIM AGAIN what I wanted before sitting down for my manicure "gel nail with white tip". Now this is where it all went to crazy town. He not only took over an hour shaping my nails, but PAINTED a white tip on after he almost painted my nails red. Okay? Really? Did he not listen to me AT ALL? THEN I was charged EXTRA for painted on white tips that are probably going to chip off in about 4-7 days. YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!! There were a total of 2 CUSTOMERS in this salon and this is the service I get? Worst service ever! The hilarious part is, I came to you guys because of all the 5 star reviews you had on YELP, that were CLEARLY NOT honest! Granted, this salon is nice and clean on the inside and they ARE taking sanitary precautions due to the ongoing pandemic we have going on. I got ABSOLUTELY screwed over. Oh and I should also mention the BACK of my nails look TERRIBLE and don't even MATCH. Way for me to waste 70$ and get rushed out the door. I have been going to Amy for 2 years with no problem. Today I went in for my appointment and was told that she is refusing me as a client. No reason why she just will not take me as a client anymore because she said there was supposedly an incident at my last visit but wouldn't say what it was. Which is not true because she doesn't even speak English very well so she always does my nails in silence. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I am referring to the tall lady that is on the heavy side. She put her hands on me when I tried asking Amy why she won't take me anymore. Nam the owner is scared of Amy and just kept apologizing and didn't know why she was refusing me. Nam, the receptionist and Amy are unprofessional. She shouldn't be physically touching people. Do not go here there are plenty of other salons. I feel I was discriminated against. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It is unsanitary in there. Nail techs do not sanitize between clients or sanitize any equipment. You will either leave there with fungus or Covid. All nail techs are awful especially Amy. I don't recommend anyone going to her she has an awful attitude and will mess your nails up every time. 3% extra charge if you pay with credit card. There are 2 receptionist one is a younger high school aged girl who is nice. The other is an older scary looking woman with a nasty attitude and is always fighting with customers. There has not been 1 time that I've been there that she wasn't fighting or arguing with customers. She drove away half of this nail salons business. Prices are double the prices at any other salon. They treat regular clients differently for walk ins and won't even let you make an appointment unless you're a regular. Nam the owner is awful too he does not know how to run a business. I could not wait get out of there! The lady who did my nails was super rude to me. She basically shamed me for changing the color I wanted before she even started painting or EVEN GOT THE COLOR. Plus she did a terrible job on my nails, she didn't push my cuticles back and started my acrylic nails where it looks like I had them done a week ago. Also I asked for round shaped nails and she gave me square. When I corrected her on it she goes " oh you want old lady nails" like excuse me! And she just rounded the square shape and it was still square. I even showed her an example and she still didn't do it. I could tell she was just annoyed by me and I didn't even do anything wrong. absolutely terrible service from her. They did a good job, but my total came out to be 65, 20 extra dollars than I expected to pay. They kept adding charges onto my bill. I do suggest making an appointment before hand because wait times could end up being very long because of how many people have heard how great this place is. Ever since i have gone here all of my friends now come here and are just as satisfied as i am every time. this place gives quality work. I have friends who drive home from college just to come get their nails done because of how good they do. Super nice people and very good work. I made a last minute (first time) appointment here and they got me in the same day. I was impressed with how polite and helpful the owner and his wife were. I loved the individually packaged nail tools. My technician was efficient and shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them. She was quick and kind. I understand from others talking in the salon it has been remodeled. The environment is beautiful and inviting. (previously Le's Nails) My only concern was my technician touched my polish after "baking" under the light and I feel that a few of my finger nails have a few minimal "dents" in the polish.
