I initially gave this place a good review, however. I took my car there originally for an alignment about a month ago. My car still pulled to the right after but not significantly. I thought it was because I had older tires on my car still, so then needed to get new tires so I went back and after the install my tire balance was way off. Causing my vehicle to vibrate at high rates of speed just by simply driving on the highway at 65-70, so I took my vehicle back the next day. Expressed my concerns and thought it was addressed. It was improved after they rebalanced the tires. However my vehicle is still off with the balance and alignment. I had to drive out of town for work, and I don't know that I want to come back because after three times are you going to get it correct? I shouldn't have to come back twice let alone three times, and neither should anyone else. Absolutely unacceptable. Improvement or not it's still not correct. Mind you my car was checked by technicians at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle so I know the original problem was the alignment and balance. I had one tire going flat and one tire replaced by my spare. So 1 I have a spare replacement on... the other took 10 minutes to repair at home after this horrid interaction. Staff member kept accusing me of insinuating they were trying to scam me (I never claimed this so found it odd and I'm an extremely non-confrontational person). They wouldn't honor my warranty, showed me written word saying my tires were 90% worn down (false). The warranty covers the tires based on the tread depth. My father is a an amazing handy man and has worked on cars for years.. and I have eyes. I purchased the recommended warranty with intent to use it. They told me that the work they could do would be all tires replaced well above my $600 previous purchase for all 4 tires... they quoted me $810. Decide for yourself by looking at the photos and tell me that the tires were too worn down to be deemed replaceable/repairable and that four new tires are necessary... I excuse myself for a second to make a phone call and the staff member was really unprofessional talking to me while I was on the phone with my elder family member... Take your business elsewhere haha. I feel mislead about purchasing a warranty and now mislead about the capacity left in these at least decent tires (I haven't gone half of the recommended mileage for them). I'm now working with someone from the warranty company and have reported them to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle Repair for fraudulent behavior. read more

My first review was somehow deleted????? Here it is again! BEWARE of what they tell you comes with a set of tires. I purchased $700 worth of tires for my vehicle which included free flat repair for the life of the tire . After running over a nail just over 6 months after purchasing the tires, I took my vehicle into this location to have it repaired. I was told that the flat repair did NOT include a flat caused by running over a nail. Additionally, I was told the nail (which was in the tread and not the side wall) could not be repaired due to the location of the nail. My only option through them was to get a new tire for just over $200. For a tire patch, they were willing to stay open a little after closing to finish the patch. It was done quickly and nice, friendly service.

Took my F150 in for oil change, tire rotation and small leak in one tire. The rotation was free, I bought the tires there. Was called while it was being serviced and told I needed a battery, I declined. Was below zero for a week and had no problems. Was called again and told I needed front struts do to slight tire cupping, I declined. Was called again and told they couldn't fix the tire leak entirely, still leaked a little. When I went to pick up my truck I inspected the invoice, it stated I needed new front and rear struts due to the mileage NOT due to tire cupping. When I asked, the shop foreman said the tech probably said it can cause cupping. I also noticed I was charged for a new TPMS valve, it was fine when I brought it in, but I'm pretty sure it was destroyed when they tried to fix the leak. BEWARE when taking auto here for service, they are trying to sell parts and extra service. And I recommend inspecting invoice before paying as they tried to charge me for the tire repair. I had a great experience at NTB. I had driven from jiffy lube where they tried to quote me almost 600$ to replace a tire and didn't even tell me why it was going flat to coming here to NTB, I don't remember his name. It the employee who helped looked at my tires and actually brought me back outside to show me where two screws were at on two different tires. He told me they are patchable and it was 19.99 per tire. There was just a little bit of a wait but I appreciate their help because I walked in without an appointment! I only paid a little over 46$ and my tires have been doing great! There should be a 0 star option for this place. Took my vehicle there for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they took a 2" chunk out of the sidewall of my tire all the way down to the belts. I knew it wasn't there before because I had just shined my tires the previous day, and that is something I certainly would have noticed had it been there. Of course they denied it, so I'm stuck with another repair bill. That was my first and will be my only time there. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I selected NTB because they were about $25 cheaper for tires. Made an install appointment. I arrived .. The tires did not get ordered ... told it was a computer glitch. Came back 5 hours later. During install, I was told 1 lug was cross threaded.. $20 to fix. Then during lug replacement they told me the hub was found to be damaged and needed replaced.... another $185. My car has been serviced for years at the local good Chevy dealer. I fully believed I got hosed. Never again! read more

Came in for a simple oil change. I hav a 2018 Jetta. I was I told bye the staff thy would be able to set my computer after thy did the service. Thy did not do what they promised me. My computer when I. Start up the car. Says I still require oil change service. I call in next morn at around 10 am. Ask for manager. Then I was told he's at lunch Who goes to lunch at 10 am. I purchased brakes on March 9. I had a coupon for $40 off. They said I could get a $50 rebate, whichever I chose. I chose the rebate! Sent it in that day with receipt, etc. It was supposed to take 8 weeks. After 10 weeks I repeatedly tried calling the number on the rebate, no answer. When I finally did get an answer, they said it would take another 8 weeks! I finally got my rebate after 18 weeks. I will never use this company again. read more

NTB is extremely low quality in customer service and integrity. Takes more than a little for me to write a bad review but this place is consistently subpar. Originally, I bought my tires in 2015 which came with lifetime rotate and balance. I took my truck in a few times to get the R&B and suspected that they weren't actually doing anything beyond doing the oil change. Btw, the oil change prices are pretty bad, but I'd tolerate it since the R&B is free and it helps them keep a record for the tire warranty. On one occasion, I decided to stay and watch them service the vehicle. Lo and behold, they didn't rotate, much less balance the tires. When I asked them if they did it, the worker assured me that he did. A blatant lie. I had already suspected the problem, so I had marked the inside of my tire and found that they didn't rotate. I just forewent them "fixing" it and left. I tried another NTB close to my home and informed the front desk worker about he last experience. He said that the miamisburg location shut down. I dropped my truck off for the 4pm appointment and was told thrust it should be done by 5. I showed up at 6 and they said it was done. But I had also asked to get the tire sensor replaced and so discovered that hey didn't do it...nor had they attempted the R&B. The workers stood around talking to each other trying to figure out if anyone actually pulled my vehicle in. I just stopped them and asked them to go ahead and install the sensor and that id be back in an hour. Now letting Yelpers know. NTB not to be trusted isn't worth the time, money or trust. Today I took my car in at 2:30pm for a 3pm appt. It needed its 56k service, along with the washer fluid pump not working. When I brought it in, I told the person working at the counter that it was a fleet vehicle and he was visibly upset and said well, this is going to take me an hour to write up! Wow sorry to give you my business! I called the shop at 6:45pm as i had not heard anything yet and asked if my truck was ready. He put me on hold then stated it was. I arrived about 10min later and asked Logan what they found with the pump. He stared at me confused and didnt know what i was talking about. He looked on the paperwork and it was clearly written on there. He said he didnt know and the tech was no longer there. I asked why it took so long and he didnt have an answer. He was clearly lost and had no idea what he was doing. This is the 3rd time I have taken a vehicle and have never gotten a call it was ready. I dont even know if anything was even done!
