I had a flat tire. The closest place I found was NTB. It was getting late and I know the staff wanted to leave but they acted as if they just started their day. They were super friendly and so helpful. On top of being flat my tires were bald. I definitely waited to long! The gentlemen that helped me did not try to sell me high dollar wheels. They knew what I needed and took care of me. They have a waiting area with free coffee, a tv, snack, and soda machine if you have to wait...or you can walk to Publics or the ABC store. Horrible! Absolutely ridiculous. Took the car in yesterday for an oil change, they didn't have the filter so they told me they needed to order it and to come back today at 9. Ok fine. I call them at 8 when they open up, and I ask them if they have everything they need to do the work. They said yes we got everything here. Go in today at 9, they don't have the filter. They need to order it. I'm already pissed. They order the filter but they don't have the part they need to take the other filter out. Now I'm getting more angry because 3 hours later the car is in no drivable condition because they already drained the oil, and they can't finish the job because they are waiting for the part they need, a tool, to change the filter. Anyone I spoke with at the store doesn't know anything. Don't know how to answer questions and the manager was so rude as if it's not their fault. He claims the people are new. But that doesn't mean they don't know what needs to be done after I already called and went there before to ask them to get it all ready and done. Manager is very rude and down right disrespectful. Contacted support after 2 1/2 hours being there and they contacted the shop only to tell me they didn't know they didn't have this part or this filter or anything they basically needed. And his o my response was mistakes happen. This is not a mistake this is complete ignorance. At the end I had to argue with them, even customer service that I was not going to pay for anything including the balancing of the tires. They even argued about me having to pay for that with customer service. Now after 12 pm and loosing hours from work they are still not done. Horrible quality of service for one, nobody seems to know at all what they are doing, and everyone is so rude!!! HORRIBLE!!!! -negative 10 stars if I could!!! read more

Gave 1 star because couldn't give 0. Went to get tires rotated AND balanced because of tire shake. Picked up car 2 hours later and they were rotated but not balanced. No notes on any tire wear or recommendation for new tires. No balance. Service rep was very curt and not helpful. Told her I would take it somewhere else. She said "Fine OK with me". DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I bought tires from here a year ago, and they have already gone bald. I purchased the plan to have them serviced, got them "serviced" regularly, and they still went bald. These are tires that are only sold by NTB and their other subsidiaries. From what I can gather, they weren't actually rotating the tires. When I tried to call them to make a claim on the tire warranty, the person on the phone sounded like they were asleep. They do not care about their customers or anything; they are scam artists. read more

These guys are great, the make you feel at, like your part of the family. Maintenance is high these days but you get what you pay for and if I get good service I don't mind paying just like a restaurant, barber, etc. I had good conversation, drank some coffee and laughed like crazy. I know for a fact I have found the place where I will be getting the maintenance done When I'm not able to. They get 1 star because you can't give them negative stars. A bunch of crooks! They sold me continental tires last year and a few months later one of the tires blow out the side wall. Thought it was strange since I hadn't hit anything. I had to pay to replace it because they said they didn't know what caused it. Flash forward to today, another of the continental tires has a bulge on the side wall and is starting to ballon out. Went to NTB and they said not their problem. Do your self a favor and steer of these shysters! The most you'll get out of them is the big middle finger. read more

Went a couple times for oil changes and it was the same sit and wait game like most other places. So this time I made an appointment and dropped off car at appointment time. Came back over an hour later, car wasn't touched. Wasted over an hour of my time so I won't be back... even though their corporate customer service department said they would send me coupons. I now question how well they serviced my car during prior visits. read more

This was my first time using this NTB and I came in to get my tire changed. You could tell that Buddy genuinely cared about the quality of his work and went the extra mile to sand my rim that was previously damaged to make sure my tire had a proper fit at no extra charge. The manager Rae was also friendly. I will definitely be going back. read more

I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews or says bad things about a company but had the worst experience here. Felt like they were dishonest and they definitely didn't fix my car. Went there to get tires put on and wheel sensor speed fixed and left with sensor not fixed even though they said it was and also they put a new battery in my car without even telling us or asking us. Had no idea until I got home to put away the receipt and saw a new battery listed. Went and look under the hood and sure enough they did. Didn't need one, was changed out 2 or 3 years ago. Thought that was extremely shady and not professional at all. Would really like to get a refund on the battery but no one will talk. Please do not go to this location or really don't go to any of them. Find a more professional business to take your car to. read more

I would only recommend this NTB if you're looking to get unneeded repairs suggested to you, and have them push said unneeded repairs on you instead of just selling you the product you need in the first place This was my first time going to any NTB. I went in to get a battery for my vehicle and chose them because I prefer interstate batteries. I knew my battery was bad so I went in expecting them to confirm it and replace it, a quick in and out as I was already late to work because of the vehicle issues. When I arrived they quickly got my vehicle in the back, but then came out and tried telling me that part of the issue may be my battery terminals because of corrosion and not making good connections, basing this off the little machine saying bad connection. My terminals were not covered in corrosion, had maybe a mild (at best) amount. I requested they test just the battery which they did only after my request and not before (one would venture to guess that they wouldve tested it alone before trying to recommend an additional repair to confirm its necessity if they truely believed it to be warranted). The tech came back out and tried again to sell me on new terminals by telling me he couldn't guarantee a new battery would fix my problem. I asked him how it tested. He told me it had 8 volts, and cranked at 200amps. Sounds like a bad battery to me! (Later when I went to another shop and got it replaced the batter was obviously bad, it was 6 years old and had a slight bulge, which a simple visual inspection wouldve been found but instead focus was indeed put on the terminals and very little concern about the bad battery) Instead of trying to make even a feeble attempt to sell a battery instead it felt like they pushed to make more money by selling something that wasnt even neccessary. I promptly left and will never do business at this NTB or any other. I went to another shop and got a 2nd opinion on my terminals also. The person looking at it said they werent corroded bad, no more than what he'd expect to see (meaning very little at all) and would simply recommend brushing them off with a wire brush. I then told him about my experience and he concurred that it sounded like this NTB was just trying to sell unneeded repairs at best, and at worst had no idea what they were talking about. read more

I came in before 8 o'clock with no wait just to get air in my truck tires because my tire light was on. After the gentleman started filling the tires, I found out there was actually a nut in the tire. He stated he had two tires in stock so decided just to go ahead and get the tire replaced while I was already there. Confirmed there was two tires in stock. After a little while it being in the shop came back maybe around 15 minutes later stating that he couldn't find the tires. Another location had it, I already unhooked my oversized trailer. He had to put the tire and everything back on my truck. So decided to drive to the other location buy the tire there. Then drive all the way back and then get it installed because there was a wait at the other location. I just figured my time and driving to another location and the lost time doing that I figured they could waived the installation fee on the one tire but he said he could not do that. Guess basically what I'm stating is if there ever is a problem with a customer they don't have good customer service and they will not do right by the customer and make them happy at the end of the day. I think the least they could have done was waive a $29 installation fee because it was their fault the tires were missing and they shouldn't have started on the job and not physically checking that you had the right tires.
