Recently had a need to engage Prince Wheel Services to take a small bend out of an OEM wheel and mount new tires. They checked each wheel for front and rear radial and lateral runout, repaired the one wheel that had the bend, and mounted the tires using minimal weight and ensuring near single-digit road force numbers. They showed me every step of their process and ensured my OCD was satisfied. Mindy was upfront with all potential costs and scheduled a reasonable time. There was no waiting for the work to start, it took shorter than expected, and the price was lower than estimated. Prince Wheels Review This review was written by my husband... When I got my collector car, nearly four years ago, there were many cosmetic and mechanical challenges. The mechanical came first, and took a long time as many parts are no longer available 28 years later. The wheels that came on the car were custom, and two sizes larger than stock, but they were beautiful and fit the personality of the car perfectly. From the beginning, I could clean up the wheels, but they had many small scratches on the spokes that were noticeable close up. I went to Prince Wheels in Monroe, on the recommendation of my mechanic, in January. I thought that they might be able to grind out the surface scratches. However, their assessment was that the scratches went thorough the clear coat, and the wheels would have to be stripped and resurfaced. The price was not cheap, but much less than new wheels. (which are also not available) After some more mechanical work, I was able to schedule my appointment for April. In on Monday, out on Friday. The wheels came out fantastic. Like brand new. I was more than pleased. This encouraged me to concentrate more on the aesthetics, which had been deferred for a long time. The staff is excellent. My fiancee ran into a raised manhole cover in a construction zone and dented the front rim on her car so badly that the new tire wouldn't hold air pressure. Prince Wheel was able to repair the ding and refinish the wheel so well that you can't even tell it was ever damaged. Plus, they did all that for about 20% of what a new wheel would have cost. So, if you ever need repairs or custom work done on wheels, this is the place to go. I live in Charlotte, so it was a bit of a hike out Hwy 74, but it was worth the drive. Plus, be aware that the shop itself is a little difficult to find. Its in a small industrial park off Hwy 74, and even with directions printed out, I had to drive around a little before I found it. read more

These guys are a life saver. They do perfect work, and I mean perfect. I work for a company who has utilized their service several times and have had nothing but absolute perfect work done by them. Prices are below average as well. For wheels with "curb rash" they charge $75-$90 per wheel to repair. We just had a $950 Range Rover wheel fixed for $75, and they came to us! The work takes them roughly an hour per wheel and need little room to do it. If you have any questions about price before they come out you may email them pictures of the damaged wheels and they will quote you a price from them. They have a few mobile units throughout Charlotte and will come to you, depending on the severity of the damage. Justin, the owner, is very honest and we have had zero issued with Prince Wheels in the 15 or so times we have used them. read more

Wasted my time with contacting them. After several scheduling conflicts the mobile technician arrived and couldn't match the color, suggested I call the office and make an appointment. Spoke with someone on the phone that said I needed to bring it by the office for a proper match.When I sent emails of the damage and requested service it wasn't a problem. After a series of calls and emails, they called to say they couldn't match the color. The airbrushing and mixing process they have is inadequate. Mixing colors in a parking lot and hoping for the best... Hope the tech you get has great eyes and it isn't overcast. read more
