Peter cut me in 5 places. After that Michelle did my nails. She did a very nice job but never would round my nails. I called last week for an appointment. The man who answered said the number I called had been changed which was strange. The number he gave me was never answered. So I drive by. It was closed with a garage sale sign on the door. I wish I would have checked reviews first. After how they turned out I just paid and left. I asked for a simple job, do not take length and paint....and they turned out horrible. With that simple of a task failed I refuse to have them even attempt to fix it. The tech put between 3-4 layers of the color on and still couldn't get it even. One of my friend recommended me to come here and I love how my nails turned out! The nails are on the thinner side in comparison to other places I've been to, which I REALLY like. Michelle did my full set and shes very detail oriented and patient. My full set was $35 which is a steal! I would love to give them more stars but this place doesn't deserve it. I came here because it was close to where I work and although I was a walk-in I appreciate that they took me in right away. The lady doing my nails didn't even bother talking to me (rude) and she seemed bother when I would tell her how I wanted my nails, if she was paying for them by all means do them how you like but I didn't like that at all. I will never come back here again they charge $25 for a full set and that's what she tried to charge me when I was getting acrylic on my own nail with no crazy length or anything and to top it off she didn't even clean my cuticles. Not worth the money it's a hit or miss, but unfortunately this place just didn't work for me. read more

The manager literally kicked me out. He said "forget it, get out" because apparently my sister was being rude for saying that he didn't do a very good job and that we shouldn't be charged for a broken nail that was their fault. The nails were so thin that obviously my nail would fall off and it did! I got my nails done less than a week ago. I wasn't in any way rude to him and neither was my sister. He kicked me out with messed up nails and one not even completely fixed. I'm very disappointed because I've gone to this salon tons of times before and never had a problem til now. No business should make the customer feel so horrible. 45 dollars doesn't match the quality of the nails they look hideous. read more

Was very rude charged my granddaughter 45 dollars and didn't do a good job. Said she was going to do my nails and then she had a 4 o'clock appointment and said she couldn't do my nail after waiting a whole hour and rushed so much doing my granddaughters nails. She was so rude tell my granddaughter "sit up straight" "don't move!" "Could you be still!" And overall just a bad review don't recommend. Btw only had one person doing nails. read more

So last Thursday 5/11 I went to NTT Nails on Alexander and got a full set. Friday 5/12 my nails felt different than normal. Saturday 5/13 I noticed that 8 out of 10 were coming up. Sunday 5/14 the nails on both of my index fingers​ popped off and none of my natural nail was stuck to it at all. NTT Nails is closed on Sunday so I went back first thing on Monday 5/15 and tried to explain to the manager, she cut me off telling me "okay I will check them to make sure you don't bite them" wow okay so I sat and waited. The guy that originally did my nails wasn't there so another lady brought me to the table and I tried to explain to her that most of my nails were coming up. The manager yells across the shop that the nails are only guaranteed for 3 days and then I hit them and that's why they're coming off. I explained to her that three days was the day before, Sunday 5/14(when it happened) and they were closed and I had not hit them. She said she will only replace the 2 that popped off. So I told the lady. No just take them all off and give me my money back. The manager said "we don't give refund" well the lady that was "fixing" the 2 nails said something to her (I'm assuming it was about my nail not even being stuck to the fake one) and the manager changed her tune. She then told me that they were to busy to fix them because others had made appointments. So I asked her if they would get fixed if I made an appointment. She said yes but it would have to be the original person. My 2 nails were replaced, I made my appointment and left. I came back at my scheduled appointment time but the man was sick and in the back, I waited 25 minutes (which I wasn't even mad about) the manager finally told me that she would do them. She ground down the 4 Original Nails near the cuticle but only filled in 2 Nails on each hand. Now not only are the other 2 still coming up but now it looks like I already need a refill on 4 nails because she removed part of them. I didn't get pictures of the two that came off and they kept them. I left with out saying anything else because I gave them the opportunity to fix the problem and they chose not to. read more
