Tyrone is phenomenal. His work was perfect and timely. The entire thing took about half an hour. He did the entire thing in my apartment complex parking lot. The best part is that he had to travel into the VA suburbs to get a replacement window for me and he made an effort to keep me looped in about timing. My windshield was cracked on the highway, and needed to be replaced. I researched prices in the area, and Nu Pro was by far the cheapest (by over $100), which usually makes me a little weary. After reading the reviews, I was willing to work with them, and see if they were that good. I scheduled an appointment for two days later, and Tyrone was scheduled to come to my house. He gave me a one hour window, and called before the window to check to see if I was still available. He showed up promptly, and was very professional as he worked on my windshield. The windshield was replaced in 45 minutes, and he even let me know there was an issue with one of the side panels (not due to his service) and said to keep an eye on it. A few days later, that panel started to pop off, and I called Tyrone back, and he came back 2 days later, and fixed it, no extra charge. The best part about having your car broken into (if there is a best part) is knowing that Nu Pro will fix so quickly and efficiently that you can forget that it happened (the other best part is when nothing is stolen). I called them this morning and spoke with Tyrone who was very professional - recommended calling insurance company, told me what to expect, all of the important details that one may not think of at 7am. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for between 11am-1pm today. Shawn the technician called ahead around 11:30am and arrived promptly at 12pm. Less than 30 minutes later, the window was replaced, and as other reviewers mentioned, all of the glass was cleaned up! (definitely the most inconvenient part about having a window broken is the tiny glass pieces that seem to linger for weeks). I can't say that I compared prices, because I really just wanted good efficient service that I wouldn't have to worry about, and Nu Pro delivered. I felt like $210 was pretty reasonable for same day mobile service and most importantly the job is done and my window is as good as new.
