Tyrone is great. He's replaced my window a couple times after it was smashed, and he just came and replaced some tabs (I think) and adjusted the regulator because my window had fallen into the door and wouldn't move. His prices seem incredibly fair, and he's very reliable. read more

When my car was broken into I called several Auto Repair Companies. Nu Pro not only gave me the best price they game me the best price by about $100. Shawn was able to come to me the same day and exactly when he said he would be here. I had a small crack in my windshield and by accident discovered Nu-Pro on yelp, where there were positive reviews. I wasnt going to get my windshield replaced but my inspection stickers were on the verge of expiring and I thought - well, I might as well do it now, what the heck. They showed up on time (even though they telephoned saying they suspected they would be late, but they weren't at all) , then replaced the windshield in less time than they estimated, and that was that. Easy. I've never had my car glass bashed out, thankfully, but this is who I would call, if I did. I expect that I will recommend them to others in the future. His name is Shawn, very nice guy. I called Tyrone on Monday to see when he could fix my car windshield. Tyrone expressed that he could meet me at my house on Tuesday between 10am and 10:30am and he could fix the windshield in 45 minutes. Tyrone arrived exactly at 10am and even gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the windshield in 30 minutes and we even had a pleasant conversation while he was working. An additional bonus was that Tyrone managed to salvage all of my stickers and made sure to put them in the exact same place on the new windshield. I would definitely recommend his service. Even though my car was broken into, Nu Pro managed to make my day bearable. The service was great. Tyrone is a really nice and courteous guy, both on the phone and in person. He replaced my window in a matter of minutes (maybe 20). The new window looks great because he cleaned it thoroughly and vacuumed all the broken glass inside my car. Saturday night on my way back from a long work day, my front driver-side window motor busted and the window was suddenly stuck down, fully open. When I got home I found Nu Pro online, and then called them first thing in the AM. In 2 seconds Tyrone correctly diagnosed my problem over the phone, found an appointment time within an hour from when I called, squeezed between two other appointments. He came directly to my door right on time, got my window up, and figured out how we could fix the problem for good for far cheaper than my dealer's service department could have done. I'd been driving around with a star in the passenger side my front windshield for several months with plans of eventually getting it repaired. A few days ago I got in my car and was surprised by a crack on the drivers side, which extended each time I drove. I contacted several companies about getting the windshield replaced on Friday. I've had my car broken into three times in the last 2 years so I have a pretty good sense of window replacement. Nu Pro is far and away the best I've come across. The window I has having replaced was a rear vent window in a 2006 Corolla. When the vent window was broken it must have damaged the main rear window as it was frozen shut. Tyrone was able to pop off the cover to my back door and repair the motor to the main window without charging me an extra fee. Tyrone was courteous and punctual and even cleaned out the broken glass from my car. The going rate for this type of replacement is between 150-180 with mobile service. Tyrone charged me 170 and I feel he was well worth it. read more
