The jury is still out on this used car dealer. We had a reasonable negotiation but they offered a…read morefew items and considerations that we are still waiting for 3 months after the sale. They agreed to order the missing interior thumb lock and a spray can of touch up body paint. After purchase, they agreed to pay/ reimburse 1/2 the price of a new battery. We will call a third time to see if they make good on their promises. We were going to take it for a pre- purchase inspection at our mechanic but they mentioned using Lemon Squad. Not the dealership's issue, but it turns out Lemon Squad were not able to come in time. We bought the car and found there were 2 parasitic electrical drains from add-ons by prior owner for a LoJack and a remote start. We had to spend a fair bit to get it resolved. Lesson learned perhaps. Our contacts were all pleasant but remember they are used car dealers.

Thou many, if not most used car dealers may be reasonably honest, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. The unprofessionally crude salesman and apparent owner can and will insult your intelligence, telling you blatant lies and misleading information about the questionable finagling inventory of cars and pricing and other details, clearly suggesting fraudulent ethics, which will eventually surprise and disappoint in giving an unsatisfactory and the probable nightmarish regrettable buying experience in the end. The operations here should be investigated, for possible local, state and federal violations as well as.

I came here back in 2013, fresh out of divorce court. I needed my truck serviced and while it was…read morein the shop I decided to go check out the 2013 Mustang GT, but I had no intention on purchasing one. I didn't think there was anyway I'd be able to buy one within my budget. Chris, a long time salesman with the dealership, came out and greeted me. He was genuinely a cool guy and we talked about the new Mustang. I said I would just love to drive one, I've been a Mustang fan my whole life. He grabbed some keys and we went for a cruise. Chris didn't act like your typical sales guy, he was laid back and a true car enthusiast. No talk about numbers or deals. It was like two buddies just out for a cruise in a hot rod. When we got back, we parted ways and I went to check on my truck in service. I really wanted that Mustang. I went back to Chris and said "Hey man, I don't think I can afford that car, but can we just see what it would cost?" No problem. He ran some estimated numbers and the payments were well above what I could afford. I told Chris that and he said "Hang tight for a minute." When he came back, the GM was with him (I forget his name). He said "Give me a number that would need to drive off in that car today." I gave him the number, he looked at Chris and said "Make it happen." They ended up giving me a lot more money for my truck than I thought a dealer would, and they kept going up until my payments on the Mustang hit the mark. No haggling, no hassle, no back and forth. Seriously, they put the price exactly where I said, worked with Ford Credit and got me a rate you'd barely call interest. I was treated like a repeat customer from the beginning. Top class dealership!

The sales rep also turned out to be unknowledgeable about the car, as they offered to make a fix in the contract that was entirely irrelevant to the car. On the plus side, this has been a wonderful opportunity to learn car maintenance! But yeah, look elsewhere.

I bought the car expecting to hear back soon about my title so I could transfer everything legally. Instead, I got the runaround. As my temp tags were about to expire, I called to ask about the title and was met with an incredibly rude woman and unprofessional response. I was told they didn't have it. Then, my girlfriend called a bit later and suddenly they did have it and were mailing it. None of it made sense. Because of their delay, I ended up having to drive with expired tags. One of the employees told me, "It's fine -- if you get a ticket, we'll pay for it." Which is absolutely false -- we confirmed with NJMVC that you cannot legally drive on expired tags. To make matters worse, 32 days after purchase, the check engine light came on. Clearly, they reset or disabled it when selling the car. The Carfax report also falsely stated an oil change was done -- I know it wasn't because I had to do it myself. After fixing one issue, the check engine light came on again. This dealership only cares about making the sale -- once you drive off the lot, they don't care about you or the car. I will never buy a vehicle from them again.
