Had a drink in the lobby bar while I waited to get off the waitlist (took about an hour on a Friday night around 9 pm) stunning views, such kind staff, and professional bartenders. The drinks were delicious and the view was spectacular!

Parking garage 1 block away. Very beautiful hotel and view. Our waitress was not as attentive as the food runners. The grilled cheese, caviar, and dip we had was delicious. I did have the bagel and lox cone very salty. The oysters were small and left me not feeling all that great after. I'm sure this would be beautiful at night or watching the sunset. They do limit your table time to 1.5 hours. Made a reservation but if you want a window seat it's an extra 100 for the reservation. The decor was like you stepped back in time and had seen better days. Expected something different with the quality of the seating especially where it's located.

I've had my eye on this place for quite awhile, so it was perfect for a belated birthday outing. Located inside the Ritz Carlton hotel. The views are amazing from the moment you get upstairs. I had a skyline window seat, which requires $90 pp, which is vey easy once you see the menu. The service was excellent, they are extremely attentive, the drinks come out quick and I may have had the greatest grilled cheese sandwich ever here. I would definitely return here, it's a little difficult to get a reservation, but worth every minute.

I'll be blunt: this place is cool. Period. When I critique rooftop bars and other view-centric spots, I always want to assess whether the place banks on the view to overcome shortcomings and price gouging. This place is worth every penny, and there are no shortcomings (well, unless I want to gripe that we couldn't go outside due to the snow and ice, but I can't blame the establishment for what Mother Nature does ). Amazing views, the vibe is quiet energy, the servers know their stuff and will not lead you astray! Fantastic collection of cocktails. Well worth a visit!

Spectacular view. Creative cocktails. Swanky vibe. Friendly service. If you are into high-end cocktails and cocktail bars, this is a must. Cocktails are balanced and not overly sweet. They also offer mocktail options and a nice selection of small bites. Reservations recommended. Tips: Order the Foggy Hill for a smoky presentation. The Rose and Bull has a Rose-Shaped ice cube. Try to go at sunset.

Celebrated Mom's 80th birthday with High Tea @ Nubeluz. We've taken her to The Plaza before so it's a tall order for comparison. The space is amazing and they reserved the corner banquette for us and boy, what a View!! That is worth the price of admission, as they say. What wasn't great was the valet parking at the Ritz Carlton Nomad and they were so backed up and wouldn't let me get in line. I had to leave my mom, sister and daughters curbside and venture to park elsewhere. It took me 25minutes. During that time my family ordered their tea so mine arrived and cooked by the time I arrived and parked 4 blocks away. As for the food, I'd say it was tasty, but not memorable. And hopes to have had more savory sandwiches and treats than sweets. And there was definitely not enough of either. We all were hungry after, unfortunately. For the price, and we thought it included the champagne (it wasn't! 3 glasses of Taittingers was $108) So it was added to the bill -- we were so surprised. For these reasons I have to give a 3 But it was the service and the view that stood out the best. Appreciated the manager taking our photos out on the balcony and my mother loves the attention. But, I felt it could have been a lot better experience considering this is at a Ritz Carlton. I lived in Hong Kong and have been to high tea there at that Ritz Carlton. That is on par with The Plaza Experience even though it is a smaller space. Glad she enjoyed it though.

It's high end rooftop bar with breathtaking views of NYC . The drinks are really good and the ambiance is great. Service is good . It is right in the New York City so easily accessible .

Probably more like a 3.7. We went for the high tea with Santa, somewhat misnamed because it's really an afternoon tea. They seemed disorganized when we arrived. We were given instructions to sit down and wait, but it didn't seem like there was anyone really in charge. After about 20 minutes, a line seemed to appear to be escorted up the elevator to Nubeluz. Nothing was really organized, then we got another line. We were offered amazing seats right by the window and the views are spectacular. The service upstairs was friendly and attentive. The mixed drink was great. We had afternoon tea and it was OK. Nothing amazing. Not really on par with what I've had in London, and Boston.. it was good though, and I would go back for the views. The people wear a mix. Some were way under dressed in sweatpants,, others were in full cocktail dress regalia and some were somewhere in the middle with sport coats .It was a great vibe, very cheery and festive. Not stuffy at all.

VIEWS + DRINKS + VIEWS + DRINKS!!!! Went to this bar on a random Friday after work and I have to say the views and drinks exceeded my expectations! Yummy drinks and even yummier views ;) of NYC. As we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely lady who complimented my everything- we didn't get a table unfortunately as we were not dining, but hung out outside (I believe the balcony area opens at 6) until we were able to get a seat inside at the bar. We would have stayed for hours honestly- well, we kinda did. Got a few different drinks that the bartenders recommended and a small plates for sharing (not pictured here) but everyone around us recommended the grilled cheese and the bruschetta- def a MUST!

Amazing views of the city with delicious drinks and appetizers. Perfect late night spot to hang out with your friends and enjoy the view with some libations after dinner. Even though they sat us inside, they let us wander around to check out the views from both outdoor patio areas. We made the mistake of coming hoping to eat dinner, but the food is really just for tasting and they don't really provide anything filling. High end prices match the spectacular views and amazing service.

So I've been to this spot three times now and I can honestly say I've had a different experience each time that I've gone. First off, the space is gorgeous. Think rich crimson velvet, mirrored cocktail tables, and sultry dark wood with an under lit bar. Suggested attire is cocktail and it's definitely one of those places where you could get as dressed up as you'd like. One time I saw a woman in a ball gown and she did not look one bit out of place. They do adhere to a strict dress code, especially for men, so I wouldn't wear jeans or any type of athleisure shoe. When you head in, walk past the front desk check-in area and go to the hostess stand on the left. Once you're granted access, the elevator will whisk you upstairs where you are greeted by another host who will seat you. There are two outdoor lounge spaces on either ends of the room. If you're looking at the bar and facing downtown, the lounge area to the left will not have a view of Times Square whereas the one to the right does. Both spaces have a great view of downtown and the Empire State building. I can't speak to the food as we've only been for drinks. Most of the time I usually order a gin on the rocks, but the past two times I got the brown butter cocktail. The first time it was amazing but the second time there was way too much lemon. When I spoke to the waitress, I learned that they batch these cocktails, which should not be done at that price point. If I'm paying almost $30 for a cocktail, it should be freshly made. I definitely suggest making a reservation on weekends! I've heard them quote 2 to 3 hour wait times.

    Lobster Rolls
    Cici M.

From the moment I walked in I knew this restaurant was giving an elevated dining experience. From the views to the overall vibe of the restaurant it was perfect. Kept it light with a caviar bump and lobster rolls. My friend and I were there for a catch up session so drinks and light bites were all we needed. Admittedly my 1st caviar jump experience and I liked it! Salty is the best way to describe the consistency and or taste. The lobster rolls weren't anything to brag about, pretty standard but they were good and I'd recommend. Overall experience 10/10 recommend and I'd be back for another catch up session and hope to explore more of the menu.

    Is there a minimum spend?

There was no mention of a minimum spend when I went with my friend last month. But, we each ordered two drinks. Hope this helps :)

The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good.
