I originally reached out to have my rear break pads repaired due to squeaking, and they still provided pricing for all 4 brake pads plus the rotors in case I decided to change it once the tech showed up and examined everything. They didn't do a proper tightening of the rear caliper bolts. Both are missing, the rotors are damaged and the pads are gone. Terrible!!! Nobody is answering the phone. Nor emails. $500 out of pocket repairs now. It could have been worse the mechanic told me by damaging the wheel and loosing brake fluid. I should have listen to my gut when the service man from NuBrakes came at my house to replace them said, "Oh I don't work on Audi, they are complicated" and left! But, his manager call him and made him come back and do it. So weird. read more

He was in my garage and showed me everything he was doing. He even found a few things that were not installed right by the last people who did this job. I HIGHLY recommend this business. The good: they were on time, the price was comparable to other garages, The bad: my ABS and traction control warning lights went on immediately after the job was done. The tech said it was an electrical issue and not related to the brake repair. Later I went to another mechanic and This is what he said:: rear wheel speed reluctor wheels are missing. guessing you had rear brakes done ? I don't like to place blame on other mechanics but this one is 100% their fault. they should have been swamped over or replaced. not just left with out. Even better to replace the parts, the rear brakes have to come off, be disassembled, and put back on. Nu brakes knows about all this and all they say is the mechanical parts of the brakes work and it's an electrical problem I was debating giving one star. Considering the 5 star reviews here I thought I'd have a great experience but unfortunately I didn't even get serviced through NuBrakes because no one showed up for my scheduled appointment. After they rescheduled my appointment 3 times, and I was flexible and patient each time. No one showed up for my 9am appointment. What makes it worse is I didn't receive any communication regarding why. When I reached out them about canceling it they agreed to cancel it but still no explanation as to why no one came out to service my vehicle. First time user called yesterday evening they explained the service and my problem at the time was pads not making contact across rotor he explained if the had to replace pads there would be extra charge but I had friend of friend install pads so I was sure I didn't need pads.
