I've been to lots of dispensaries in the city. And I have to say this is by far one of the best dispensaries that i have ever been to. The selection of items that they have is so vast, that its almost overwhelming. The first time i ever tried weed infused lotion was here. They have crazy deals going on around holidays and randomly too. The staff is always friendly, fast and very helpful. I feel confident that no matter who i talk to when i go in there that I'm goin to get a great recommendation! After being there enough times on busy days and slow days. I have to say Ash is my favorite budtender to work with when she is available. She has made so many great recommendations for me. She really cares about the flower and her customer. One day i went in there with no real idea of what i wanted, i just told her what i was doin for the weekend and vibes i was going for, she crafted a whole weekend Pack for me! I've seen her take on a whole line by herself like it was nothing! and still didn't make you feel rushed by the time you made it to her. 10/10 would recommend Ash. 10/10 would recommend this dispensary! read more

Great staff(except one person that seems kind of rude and always looks angry lol). Minus the angry girl, all the staff is polite, knowledgeable, they answer all your questions, make suggestions, and never rush you. They have such a huge variety of products, it's nice being able to try different ones out. They have sales all the time and a rewards program, where so much you spend, you get money off. It so easy to order and browse everything on their website or you can go in the dispensary and one of the staff members will help you and give you opinions on their favorite product. I just found out it's a dog friendly dispensary, so I can bring my dogs in and get them a treat. Their bakery line is amazing, the marshmallow crunch is where it's at and it's only $5, the cookies are good too. Skylar is the best she rocks! So does, I don't remember her name, but she's African American with short hair and a cool piercing between her teeth. Also an older gentleman with short grey hair. So yeah, they will purposely sell you contaminated/tainted products that their handlers are giving them demands to do. BIG HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION! i was stalked while heading to this location by a group (maybe 4 or 5 people) but two stood out that looked habibi or latino, same thing if you ask me but anyway they had a very evil presence about them) and sure enough i walked out with some horrible product that i felt these stalkers ordered the bud tenders to sell me. Owner knows whats going on and eventually all this will come to light. Stalking is very illegal, on top of that you guys have the nerve to judge/discriminate against your patients. Oh and even the security guard will know about you and your most private things in life, these bots are soulless and shouldnt be trusted. Just look up citizen corps, or infragard, thats what these workers are linked to and try to harass anybody thats on this childish "watch list" but the real criminals are them! Nice location but not so nice management and treatment of clients. They assist in the stalking harassment campaign of an targeted individual. They will purposely sell you "who knows what batches" to try to make you waste your money, compromise your health, and overall screw with your thoughts and behavior to make you seem abnormally loony (nasty game they play but its something called organize stalking or gang stalking as in a group.) Its also not just this location or franchise but throughout illinois. Stay safe and always check your product, take pictures and keep receipts. NuEra is the best dispensary in the city, I love the location and the products. However, the best part about the store is the staff. They are all so helpful and friendly, Linz really makes me feel welcome when I go to NuEra, she always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of and I always leave feeling like the most important patient they see. I've definitely found my new spot for medical cannabis! Everyone in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell they're having a blast working there. FAVORITE dispensary in all of Chicago, hands down, no competition. The staff here is always friendly and IMO have the best vibe from all the Chicago dispensaries I've been to. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always recommend the best products when I'm looking for something specific. They had some cool events over the summer and are really nailing down the cannabis community vibe overall. Not to mention their unbeatable promos every week. Despite being in an area that's heavily under development (Lincoln yards coming soon!), it can be a bit hard to navigate this area but nuEra has CURBSIDE PICKUP! It's so clutch when rush hour hits and there is no parking. Sometimes, I easily pre-order and by the time I'm near the dispensary my order is often ready for me to do the curbside pickup (and it exits you into the main road again). I love NuEra! Ash is my girl and always hooks it up. Only dispensary I go to in Chicago because of how welcome they make you feel there. I get so excited whenever Ash is my tender. She has the best recan. Parking is also super easy and you can walk-in to order or order online. They also have a great rewards system. AND they even gave out a cart for a penny because it was 7/11!! I did receive a good product the first visit, but every visit after has resulted in tainted, not consumable products.
