I wasn't even ordering anything crazy. Just a couple eighths and a tin of Camino gummies. Tried to call, went straight to voicemail. They're open for another hour. For now, I'm giving up on ever picking up my order. LOL. I'll stick to Nug, my usual spot. There's too many options in a 10 minute radius for flaky dispensaries to exist. Bummer, I guess that deal going on was too good to be true (even though it barely comes out cheaper than other competitors). Man, I just wanted to try out a new spot. I'm not heading over there just to see if my order is ready in case it isn't and just move on. Not a good first impression.

Suddenly the rules changed and they wanted a massive order minimum. They proposed an exception that was $40 more expensive...fine. But they refused to let me pay the remainder in person. I tried to explain that asking for more cash after I already send them money through Zelle (nonrefundable) was a huge red flag for scamming, but they developed sudden extremely bad english syndrome and kept refusing to either refund or accept the extra $40 in person. Was my third time here and had an absolutely terrible experience with one of the bud tenders. I don't know if she was on something or what but looking back I should've picked up something was up with her and gone to someone else for my order, I kept on having to repeat my order multiple times and even tho all the products i wanted were on display I didn't get any of the original products i cane for. I ended up spending over $100 and I had qualified for the scratcher so of course I said yes, I wasnt even told their card reader didn't work until i was about to pay So i had to leave the line go to the atm and the budtender said it still wasn't enough because she was reading the wrong total, i went and took out another 20 and she gave it back because I already had enough the first time, so I literally had to pay an atm fee twice because their worker can't read. I ended up leaving and didn't realize until it was too late to turn back that I didn't even get my full order or eveb get the scratcher ticket with all the discount. Over all ot was a terrible experience here and i expected way better ( If i could leave the name of the budtender i definitely would BUT I DIDNT EVEN GET A RECEIPT!) read more

I just visited "Nug Wellness" on Teagarden in San Leandro. I am a first time customer, from the moment I open the front door, & approached the reception desk I was met with open arms, kindness & respect! The gentleman at the reception desk was so friendly and along side him, I got the same reception from the lady security person. The check in was quick using my C.D.L. after that went into the showroom/medication room. What a nice place. Everyone their was as friendly, & helpful as the lobby/reception was. Answered all my questions, helped me stay on budget and didn't try to just sell, sell, sell me. From start to finish I had a 5 star experience. I went formally to a dispensary in Hayward. SHOUT OUT TO BRANDON!!!BEST BUDTENDER EVER! My husband and I love this place. We have been going to NUG since they've opened. They have awesome deals. Im a flower girl, I Love their $35- 8th, that is good bud not bottom shelf and my husband is a cartrage guy and their NUG brand does not dissapoint, the ancient gorilla is fire and gotta love the Affordable P2s. We easily go every other day. GIVE THEM A TRY!!!! They have early bird specials, 10%off online orders and have this awesome reward system. Wish I could give this place 1/2 a star. This place is shady and disorganized. The way the manager SASHA treats her employees is beyond me! This business would do better without her but that's just me. How are you a dispensary and barely dispense GOOD VIBES? Get it together and learn to manage better because when you walk in you can feel the disdain from the employees due to poor management. Take warning before you decide to work here or purchase. And if my review just so happens to get removed due to the TRUTH I'll just keep the reviews coming. read more

I always get the best service when I come here. the selection is very very good, and the wait time is usually so quick that I don't need to order online. all of the budtenders ive had wait on me have been on point- very knowledgeable and familiar with strains, products, and effects...as well as being generally very friendly and cool. nice set up. clean shop, well organized displays, decent prices, rewards program, etc. AND the security guard in green is a sight for sore eyes...she definitely has my attention. keep up the good work, y'all read more

Branden was AMAZING. It has been so many years since I have even thought about using THC for anything. I have had many issues with pain management and I found NUG Wellness. Branden was so nice and explained everything to me. He was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. He helped me with topical pain relief and a tincture. I've been to many dispensaries in my day, so I know what a good dispensary looks like. I've come to NUG Wellness a handful of times and this is the best dispensary i've ever been to. They have very good prices, very good way of displaying items, and the service is great. My man Nick has helped me out a few times and he always helped me pick exactly what I needed. I live nearby so decided to stop by NUG Wellness. Parking is conveniently located outside with designated Signs for customers. The receptionist was friendly and explained the process. Once inside, I was free to look at the display of products offered. The bud tender, Mack, was quick to come out and offer assistance. Good first experience and 10% off. read more

I think I ended up giving him the wrong phone# for my rewards. I felt horrible but he was very nice about it. Oziel ended up getting me my favorite prerolls ever! Pink Acai Mini Blunts by Stiiizy!!! I am never able to find them ANYWHERE & he made my day by even mentioning he had them. I told Oziel I had a budget of $40, but I wanted a Jeeter product. He recommended a single pre-roll(I have not smoked yet)! I ended up paying under $40, thank you to Oziel for helping me out yesterday at NUG in Alameda & S/O the shop for being stocked up w/ fire sh**! Whoever the lady with pink hair is at the front should find another role that suits her disposition, customer service is not for her. She was rude, condescending and not helpful at all. I hope this was an off day for this location because there were so many issues inside and outside of the dispensary, it was unreal. 1. Security guard was on his phone until we walked up. Security looks at our identification and directs us to the lady with the pink hair. 2. There is cleaning equipment (shopvacs or cleaning machines?) in front of the concentrates case which made it difficult to look at the items. There were 2 cleaning people cleaning around the shelves and windows etc, we couldn't tell if they worked there or were a cleaning service until we asked if they could help us and was told they were not employees. 3. Pink hair, said she needed to make us profiles. She had my passport for quite sometime and DID NOT ENTER A PROFILE! 4. There were 3 budtenders behind the counter and one of them was on his phone. One of them was helping a customer, the other was standing there. No one approached us to see if we had questions or needed help. 4. The signage in the case was unclear and prompted questions. I stood in line, and the budtender was very nice. I asked my question then told him I was going back to the case to take a look at something else. I had another question, by now there were a few customers but the one bud tender was standing around on his phone. Pink hair had no customers. I approached her and asked if she could see if someone was available to help because I had a couple questions about items in the case. She told me I could "pop back in line" and someone would help me. The look on my face must have showed how I felt because I just stood in line and there was a budtender not helping anyone. I have never had this experience at any of the MANY dispensaries I have visited in this and other states. I asked if she could answer a question. She reluctantly came over. I asked about the signage, saying "last chance" I asked if these were expired or discounted items. She proceeded to tell me it was the last of the batches (which I understood) and some may be discounted but not like they used to be because "corporate says no" Very disrespectful of the company you work for to speak this way. At this point, I was still going to spend money here and went back to the line. I didn't get his name but he was tall with glasses and very pleasant. 5. There is a HUGE banner outside that says 30% off for first timers. I was a first timer. The bud tender asked if I had been to Nug before I said I THINK I may have gone to San Leandro years ago. He asked me to hold on and he checked something in the computer, he said I had no profile, I could go over to Pink hair and she could enter it. 6. I then went over to Pink hair who said I was not able to use the first time discount, I said I think I may have visited a location years ago but wasn't sure, (I have been to alot of storefronts. She said sorry, corporate wouldn't allow it. I then went back over to the budtender and told him she said no. His response was what, why? Pink hair begins yelling across the store (which has a handful of customers now that Corporate wasn't going to allow it) The budtender was very apologetic and appeared to confused by her behavior as well. 7. Let me stress the fact that I HAVE NO PROFILE ON FILE! At this point I decided to leave without purchasing, I was disrespected and belittled and would not be paying anyone to treat me this way. On the way out, Pink hair yells across the store "sorry, corporate won't allow it" Won't allow what, is my question??? I had no profile on file! To NUG management, please be aware of the way your staff treats customers. I just happened to stop in and check out the inventory at a new place on my drive home. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY rodeo in town. With all the dispensaries in they Bay Area, you might want to tighten up! *A good review only goes so far most times, but a BAD REVIEW goes even further!*

Alondra was friendly and quick in ringing me up (but not pushy to get me out the door even though the line was long behind us). We thought about partaking in a smoke sess in the back but decided we needed coffee, not wake and bake already. Cute outdoor area though, maybe next time.
