Every time I buy something from there it's only ever half filled. Carts especially, it's extremely frustrating when I open up my packaging and it looks as though someone has already used my stuff. Don't charge people full prices for half filled stuff. That's just annoying as hell read more

I liked it when it was my first time here before. Now it's very bad service they don't like when you call them on the phone they want you to check the website first. Usually the bud tenders are nice. The Security Guard is weird. He was complaining about working at night and would rather work in the morning. He was talking about customers saying he has the power to kick them out if he doesn't like them so I did exactly that and went to another dispensary. The other one had better deals did not have that long of a line and the guards don't act extra and treat you like trash. He should do security work for a club this is not for him. This dispensary has a very goofy feel to it like a nightclub style except it's not a night club lmao! Very slow moving line. read more

Nug started accepting debt cards at the register, but what they don't tell you is that in addition to the 4 dollar fee they charge you to use your card...you'll also get an atm fee from your bank. It's cheaper to use their atm and pull cash out to avoid this 4 dollar card charge. I feel like this is some messed up way of sneakily getting more money out of their customers since they don't tell you that your card is run as if you're pulling money from an atm. read more

What does one do upon leaving military active duty? Obviously it's to visit a dispensary. The staff were really helpful. I was given 10% discount as a first customer and a permanent 10% veterans discount. I also took pictures and sent them to my friends who are still in uniform and they all got envious. They were so great when they first opened! Not sure if the pandemic is to blame or not, but service recently has been terrible. Ordered a battery online and went to the store for pickup. I waited 20 minutes while people that hadn't pre-ordered came and went while everyone who pre-ordered waited for one cashier (versus three for in-store purchases). Finally got to the front of the line and the one cashier went on break. Totally fine, of course, but no one else helped. Instead, a cashier at one of the in-store registers took two customers from the in-store line and didn't even acknowledge me. All that aside, every battery I get from there stops working after about two months. They never have the same batteries in stock, so even if I were to find one that worked long-term, I wouldn't be able to replace it when it ultimately stops. Will try again after things are normal, but for now, going to stay far, far away. read more

Oddly, usually have a good experience or at least not one bad enough to complain. This budtender I had to endure tonight was so rude and indifferent I thought I was at the DMV. She was so rude she didn't even say hello or goodbye or thank you for being a customer, NOTHING. You would have thought I stole something. I even gave the ungrateful diva a tip and she still didn't say goodbye and thank you. I'm tired of giving all this business to dispensaries who don't care about customers. There's too much option to be stuck with such a disappointing one. I'll be going elsewhere and hope you do the same. read more

Customer service sucks, to say the least! Always rude and extremely unprofessional! Half the time when I order my products, I pay for them, they tell me via text that the order is being processed and on its way for delivery BUT then an hour later I get a phone call telling me that they don't have the product that I paid for, the one that they said was on its way. When they call to tell me that, they ALWAYS act like I am inconveniencing them. That's happened more than once and then they're extremely rude when they get called out on it. Nicest dispensary I've been to in the East Bay. Very clean, large selection of products, buds and edibles, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. ATM available. There is plenty of space so you can walk and look at the displays without feeling crowded. Masks are required and when you need to wait to order/pay, there are 6' markers on the floor so there is no problem with social distancing. This is the only dispensary I drive to. They are worth it. I order delivery from other dispensaries only when I am in a hurry or NUG doesn't have what I need. RECOMMENDED! read more

Tried the online pre ordering system for the first time today. So easy and so convenient. Shout out to Adam for helping me out today with his super fast and easy service. I've shopped here before in person too and all the security staff and clerks behind the counter are always so chill and nice to talk to. I had a problem with me not realizing my license was expired the last time I was there and instead of make a big fuss, they helped me out and let me shop and just told me to take care of it before I came in the next time. Don't spend your money with the San Leandro store. Most of their flowers are old, bad quality & taste like mildew. Spoke with their management & they would not give me my money back nor would they allow me to exchange it. i've been going here for years now. today they sold me a $45 cardboard box :( i had about 1/4th of my current stiiizy pod left so i placed an order for a 1g pod for pick up. it was $35.55 but plus all the fees $45. a few hours after picking it up, i opened it and it was literally empty. i went back, and initially the first worker was really nice and said this has happened multiple times before. then, who i assume to be the manager, started to question me. my dad and i have been shopping here for years!! and you sold me an empty box!!! and you have the audacity to question me?? "so you had this for 4 hours before noticing it was empty?" um i'm sorry i never had to check my stiiizy box before. terrible customer serive from the manager. i do online pick up to avoid people like that. really rude to assume the worst of a loyal customer. read more
