OK so we literally just walked out not even 10 minutes ago and we were absolutely floored. First of all, the location is beautiful. It's absolutely gorgeous and the interior design is killer. Now, we walk in and the beautiful store is made even more incredible by the employees. Everyone is so nice, clearly passionate about what they do, and very helpful. We honestly found ourselves in a hybrid classy-stoner heaven. To top it all off, after being so helpful and being so kind, we make our purchase and the super great lady that had been helping us the entire time gave us a discount as we were first timers. THEN, to top even that, we go out to our car and make sure the cart we bought would work with our vape pen (it's made for actually vape coils and tanks.) To our luck, this is the first cart that doesn't fit. I go back in to purchase a battery and, as I'm describing what happened, they offer me a sponsored battery for free for the trouble. They did nothing wrong and sold me an excellent cart, and then proceeded to gift us a much more standard battery to solve the issue that we had cause ourselves. Incredible shop, incredible employees, insanely good prices, and a gorgeous store to boot. We will absolutely be coming back more often. Thank you again to everyone working that night! read more

Unfortunately today it wasn't due to a computer glitch . but chichi had reached out to me to renew my information and I was working so I never got back to her, however she recognized me as soon as I walked in the door, she renewed my information. which is absolutely amazing to me cuz I've never met this wonderful lady before. I've been coming here for over a year now. I've never had a bad experience. There are so many products, and sometimes it can be overwhelming. But I go to check out and ask the cashiers if I need help finding/getting anything. They've always given me options, recommendations, and great help in finding good products. This is a very nice dispensary with nice helpful staff. I've always enjoyed their NUG products as well so great and fairly priced (around $30-40 for an eighth and ~$75 for 1/4 of NUG weed). Never went past the comfort of the passenger seat, always been an on-looker each visit made to this establishment. It's a gray and somewhat inconspicuous building with a small narrow alley you drive into and a few more parking slots in the back. Today I was mesmerized by a huge and flashy yellow gold looking trailer with a DJ playing next to it on the parking lot. Heard Keak-Da- Sneak was inside promoting his line. Definitely lots of cars today. In the past visits to this location, I would notice customers go in and out, while following the state's mask mandate. (Signs plastered in front glass door and someone's usually standing by door for traffic flow and such). That being said, I don't think I'll ever cross the other side of the rainbow when it comes to smoking weed, but this review is to give a different perspective, bird's eye view from an on-looker. Two things to understand: 1. Watch what they are charging you, 2. Do not pay unless it's the right price cuz if u pay and then ask after, they claim they can't change or or do anything about jt.. (that is against the law) I'm a weekly customer and usually get the promotions. I went in on cyber Monday and it was like no one knew what was on sale and I had to inform them. After 2 wrong totals and discussion It took 20 min to get the pricing right and still it was wrong and they wouldn't fix the prices completely these are line item charges not discounts.. I explained over and over.. as I fully understood their coded data base pricing system myself ( cuz I've done some Coding myself) after all of that back and forth the prices were still off on one of my products I purchased. They wouldn't change it to make all correct so I walked away.. Then after leaving I get into my vehicle only to find out they didn't put all of my products into my bag.. so we had to yo back and show them receipts again and 10 min later we got our paid for product and departed.. read more

They make a hassle to get your loyalty reward. Customer service is as appropriate as the location. The deals they advertise are rarely in stock. You can get the exact same items here at any other dispensary. Unfortunately it's the most convenient location for most to have to put up with immature staff. read more

Upon entering the security guard was so helpful and very nice. Once checked in, I entered the dispensary and Mikey was there to greet me with wide eyes and a huge smile. Ladies he is beautiful. Mikey was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable but working with weed how could you not be. I know exactly what I want but when I'm new to a dispensary I like to hear which ones the BudTenders like I mentioned "sativa and or hybrid & a high THC" Mikey took care of me. I never do edibles but he didn't interest me in some tea and honey. Baby DO NOT take alone, unless you're ready for an intense sexy session. Take with someone because it's worth it. He told me about deals and specials and I purchased a few prerolls Cru is my jam "Green Crack" the only crack i take and "Ruby Red Slippers" not sure what brand but i for damn sure wasn't in Kansas anymore. My wife and I have been coming here for the past two years and today my wife goes in to get an online order which we've done multiple times and the girl to get the order was so rude to my wife and she wouldn't take her phone which had the picture of the receipt and everything on it, instead of just getting the order for us after seeing the confirmation on my wife's phone told my wife she couldn't have her order unless she showed her the email.
