This is our go-to for Chinese takeout. The prices are right, the service is very friendly (complete with the kids doing homework in the front) and the food is exactly what I want. Love the wonton soup especially- always a good ratio of wonton to soup! read more

Chicken was awful in my lo mein and kung pao chicken. The texture was completely gross. I don't know how to describe it other than mushy. I was excited for dinner but I couldn't eat it. read more

Food was promptly prepared and delicious. It's more of a takeout place so we brought it home.

1/23/20 Well leave it to me to visit on a Tuesday 1/21/20. Who is closed on a Tuesday?' This place! I should have checked the hours but I ask "Who closes a business on a Tuesday?!" Anyway since I've been craving Chinese food since Tuesday I figured today was the day to satisfy my craving. I stopped in this afternoon at around 1:30 and ordered shrimp w vegetables - it was a lunch special and I also bought some fried noodles. The service was attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed the shrimp w vegetables. I chose a steamed rice and the portion was generous. The food was nice and hot when I got it home. The shrimp were enormous! I was surprised because I expect Credt them to be small. These were so flavorful and I really enjoyed my meal and I won't walk back, I'll run back! Not on a Tuesday though. read more

I have eaten at all the Chinese restaurants in this strip mall and this place is Number 1. If this restaurant was Number 2, I'd tell ya. As Mom n' Pop as it gets, even the little ones help out. read more

We didn't order much but the egg rolls were basically all cabbage. ONE piece of shrimp in shrimp egg roll.

First time eating at this restaurant. Was very impressed with the quality of food and the large portions. Would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. read more

Order the healthy meals and you get nothing but a head of broccoli not much meat. Their excuse is the meat is expensive

Great value, delicious food, fast pickup times! This is my preferred Chinese restaurant.

Love this place! I consistently go here for Americanized Chinese food. The spring rolls are excellent and I haven't disliked anything on the menu so far. There is fair pricing and the portions are large. The owners are very nice and the wait time is never more than 20 minutes (normally 10!). Notes: While I love the chicken fried rice, note that it only has onions and scallions, nothing else. Dumplings are thick, but with a good chunk of meat inside. Lunch deals are great! Closed Tuesday! read more

I was hopeful after reading the reviews but this was a disappointment. The chicken tasted like it had been fried and then refried too many times. Fortune cookie was stale, too. I'm willing to give it another try since we ordered late in the night but so far, not impressed. read more

Great food. Pleasant, courteous folks. Fast service. Love the General Tso and egg rolls!

I was surprised to see no reviews for this location. It's a bit random in the shopping center that used to contain Acme, but I'm glad I gave it a try. If you want a consistent, quick and delicious Chinese take out place, you have found it. I have ordered here several times and have been impressed with every item I have tried. The dumplings and bourbon chicken are very good! Good prices and very friendly customer service make this place a great value in my opinion. I recommend trying it out. You may have seen it and passed it over, as I previously had. read more

Probably the worst food in Royersford. Greasy microwaved frozen scallion pancakes $4.25. Over cooked rubberized General Tsau tofu you could use as patches on your tires this is just a start of all things bad there ! Yes they are #1 in selling #2 to go! read more

Plain and simple it is bad Americanized Chinese food. Me lees in Ziegersville is a much better option read more

My family and I have been ordering from here for years. Best chicken lo mein ever. I also highly recommend the beef with broccoli or snow peas. Just all around good. Always fast and tasty! read more

After reading the previous reviews I was looking forward to trying this place. Sadly, there wasn't one dish that stood out or even was satisfactory. The BBQ ribs were dried out & tough. Beef lo mein, plain & beef was not tender but chewy. Bourbon chicken -nothing special & chicken was over cooked. Only thing that was ok was the shrimp roll & since I've never had one, can't say whether it was an authentic one, but it was good. read more

Consistently good American-Chinese food. Rarely spectacular, but never any complaints. Great prices and portion sizes too. Usually get sesame chicken combo platter with fried rice and an egg roll. Wife enjoys the chicken and broccoli combo platter. read more

I love their chicken here. I get the bourbon style chicken and it's a very generous portion with tasty sauce. I was disappointed when I went here today and saw they are now closed on Tuesday's. Their schedule in the window has been adjusted to show this closure but their open sign was still lit so I didn't know until I got all the way to the door. read more

I love this place. Food is always hot and fresh. Wife loves the House Special soup. I lean toward the Hot and Sour. The General Tso's Shrimp is my favorite dish of all, but everything is YUMMY. Don't let the storefront fool you. The food is wonderful and the owners are always pleasant and accommodating. I recommend trying Number 1 Chinese, you'll not be disappointed. read more

Great take-out for "Americanized" Chinese food. Lovely family ownership. Kids will love the chicken sticks, wonton soup and noodle dishes. If you know what you want, they can make it. I always get a special order with no vegetables and they never skimp on the meat. read more
