I won't go to any other location after finding this one. This location is spectacular! Try it out and know that there'll be no reason after that to go anywhere else!

Minus 0 Stars I do not recommend this dental location at all, IF YOU ARE NOT TRYING TO HAVE BROKEN FILE PIECES IN YOUR CANAL AFTER A ROOT CANAL PROCEDURE I SUGGEST YOU DO WAY MORE RESEARCH ON A DENTAL LOCATION THAT SUITS YOU. This dental location broke a file and left 2 file pieces in my canal on August 8,2018. When I proceeded to ask for a liability form so they will be responsible for my cost of extraction or attending a specialist they claimed they never began my root canal. This was the only dental office I had gone too!! If you are trying to save yourself the pain and such a unhelpful dental experience, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Been coming here since my son was like 3yrs old he's 11 now and never have we went anywhere else, now myself and son and my boyfriend are here attending and we love it. Friendly staff, and they truly provide GREAT service , and work with your schedule and always do there best to put you in even when they are booked. Love it here!!!! I am so glad that I came here! I had years going to Dentaville in Montebello and it wasn't good. Finally my brother referred me to this place and I went today. Everything was great. The front office staff, the techs and the doctor! I am having my wisdom tooth removed tomorrow and I couldn't feel more comfortable and in better care than with them. One of the first that treats you really nice and not just like a bag of money like some other places. They always have room for you and all there treatments are painless. read more

Was never a fan of "the dentist" until I started coming here. Was recommended by a friend and went in for a general cleaning and everyone is so great at what they do. Since, I have had multiple cleanings, extractions, and even got my braces here. From the receptionists, to the back office, to the doctors, everyone is so helpful and considerate and they explain every step of what is going on. Love this place and everyone that works here! read more

Had a horrible experience here, went in with an infected cracked tooth Dr recommended to extract the tooth right away due to infection, went in did a lot of wiggling pulling to "test" without numbness & then said she needed to go home so she couldn't pull the tooth. Let me go home with an infection that traveled down to my ear & didn't bother to advise me when I needed help for the excruciating pain. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Affordable, good service, expert dentist. I needed a tooth extraction and saw the free examination banner in front of the office of this dental clinic, as soon as I stepped in everyone were very courteous and friendly. I was nervous because of my previous experience with another dentist not to far away from this one but this dentist, she was very caring and professional, she extracted the tooth with minimal pain and barely any bleeding at all. I really recommend them. read more

This is definitely the best dental office I've been treated at. The staff is so nice, friendly and organized. Dr Ku walks you through your treatment, and is very gentle and efficient. I don't feel any pain after she works on me. Dr Lee has definitely been one of the best doctors I've ever had. She knows what she's doing and always makes sure I'm keeping up with my treatment. The assistants( Koral, Manny, Ana, Brenda, and Mike) are very competent and are highly skilled in dental care. The receptionist Ericka is super helpful with appointments and always sends me reminders of my appointments. Without their team, I don't think I would have been consistent with my dental care. They make you want to come back; like what other office can do that? Lol. Get your dental work done here and I promise you, you won't regret it. read more

Koo, Kayla is very rude & unprofessional... so is the staff! I had a very bad tooth ache & called to see if I could be seen as an emergency since I was in pain. The employees said No, but they were always calling me to come in & bring my children (to charge my insurance). So I went in to see if Koo Kayla could see me if she had a chance and she started trying to scold me about not having a appointment also telling me she could see visible swelling on my left lower side! She doesn't care about her patients bottom line & has a awful temper. Read the review a employee of hers left!!!! Thank God I found a better dentist up the street. Dr Ana who's very sweet and kind! She saw me as a emergency walk in patient! Good riddance To this dental office! Beware of this place, it's only concern is making money & treating their patients HORRIBLY!!! read more

It was very fast and easy to set up an appointment. I went in for a routine check-up and it turned out I had a cavity so I got a white filling. The office is rather small but it looks nice and clean. There is a TV on the ceiling of each room equipped with Netflix. It was pretty nice to distract myself looking at sharks while I got a filling for my cavity. The quality of the filling was not too great either. It still felt pokey after 3 days like it wasn't filed down properly and there was residue left on some of my other teeth which still feels rough to this day. The reason I give it this place a 3 is because I feel that the whole thing was rather rushed and not a lot of explaining. Since I have all four of my wisdom teeth grown in they suggested extraction for all 4 and since they don't bother me I said no thanks, but they kept insisting and even went ahead and scheduled an appointment for me. They kept calling and texting and emailing and I kept saying I did not make an appointment and so that really creeped me out. Like they were after my teeth!

If you want to be treated with out respect this is the place to be. Bad idea to come here. The girls that work In the back office will talk about you a soon as they walk out the room. I heard the lady that doesn't speak English tell the younger girl if she had noticed how bad my teeth were. I was going to tell them how the instruments that the Dr. Was using had whiteout on the instruments. I felt very humiliated this was the reason why I stayed away from the dental offices in the past. After my exam this ugly dark skinned girl that had braces on came into the room with an attitude. Very unprofessional liitle girl. She tries to force you to start treatment that same day. Oh Another thing I forgot to mention if you want to make an appt for a different day you have to leave a deposit just to make an appt. So if your planning on going here please take money because there money hungry they just opened the buisness. What the he'll are you kidding me, this is absurd. 1st of all if you want me to spend my money there you should atleast make the patients feel welcomed. Why would I spend thousands of dollars for a "root canal" that supposably I need and a crown with deep cleaning. When I could go down the street and get it done for the same price. Makes no sense! My aunt has been struggling to get her crown on cause they keep on messing up on the measurements! That office is unorganized and its full of young people that just graduated that don't know how to treat patients. Then they have another old assistant that can hardly be understood when she speaks in English. This office is all bad just found out that the office Just opened a few months ago they don't even have a manager to address the office problems. And when patients request to speak to the owner Dentist (Dr.Kayla Koo) she hides behind her assistants and will always give you the run around. Don't waste your time or your money falling for there good marketing. Its not worth your time there's plenty off Dental offices that have been opened and have staff that actually appreciate there patients. They constantly change staff members this office needs to get it together. There's plenty of offices down the street Dr.Koo so why should we go to your office when you can't even face the fact you made a mistake. Stop hiding behind your assistants and fix the problem directly with your patients. The same way you introduced your self and came up with a "FINANCIAL TREATMENT PLAN" you should come out and face the problem with the patient directly instead of trying to send your assistant Brianna. This office is not worth your time and most definitely not worthed using your insurance benefits. The exam and xrays were supposably free and my insurance company told me they deducted almost 350.00 just for me walking In and getting criticized about my teeth. Don't waste your time. Do your research.......good luck. read more

Number One Dental truly lives up to their name--they are number one! Everyone there is such a sweet soul, and you can genuinely feel how much they care. The two ladies at the front desk deserve a special shout-out. They always treat me with so much kindness and make me feel like family every time I walk in. They make sure your teeth are taken care of perfectly. If anything ever goes wrong, they fix it or replace it without hesitation. They never let anyone in the East LA community down. Their whole team are true sweethearts. I highly recommend coming here. They'll work with you no matter your situation--low income, middle income, whatever it may be. They always find a solution and make sure everyone gets the care they need. Number One Dental really takes care of their people. read more

Front office staff... Never turn your back. Recently became a patient here, and brought my family along, especially after reading these wonderful reviews about this practice. The back office and staff are wonderful! The reviews are accurate. Dr.koo is amazing. Straight forward, gentle, kind, and definitely knows what she is doing. Our first visit was great. They provide the best service and always make you feel welcome. I disliked going to the dentist before but when I discovered Number One Dental that changed. Not only do you see results with your teeth but the personal are very kind. Besides the great services they provide they give free snacks!!!! I've been coming to this office since they opened the service has been great. The Drs. have been super nice. Pero mi cita era a las 3 y tengo mas de 30 ninutos esperabdo y no me han atendido ..ya me canselaron una cita porq llegue tarde 15 minutos .. sin ellos pensar q pedi permiso en en trabajo para llegar y solo petdi el tiempo ..no me atendiero.
