DO NOT GO HERE THEY USE MMA FOR ACRYLICS!!!! I showed the guy the inspiration picture and he told me he could do it. He didn't even ask me if I liked the shape or checked them if they were even. I wanted sparkles on one finger but he did every single finger. He proceeded to go get red stickers and try to put them on I told him I didn't like my nails and I'd like to change the color and change them up they look horrible he told me it was too late and he wouldn't. I started to tear up and told him I'm either not paying or I'm getting a discount I'm paying you for your quality of service and quite frankly his was horrible. Very very ugly French tips. They used white nail extensions instead of painting the tip on. I had to make them cut them super short so the white wasn't 3/4 of my nail and then he rounded them so they just look like circles and still half of my nail is white. Terrible service, had my baby with me.... Asked if I could hold her and they said no. The edges are uneven...there's spots in the coloring....WAY OVERPRICED FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. And at one point the man was angrily filing away at my nail because my nail polish was warped and he had to redo it. I read some reviews but wanted to share years of experience. This is a great little nail salon. They are friendly and have lots of options to fit your needs. They do manicure, pedicure, waxing, gel, acrylic and probably more. They have never used a metal file on me. They clean and sanitize between each customer. They have nice massage chairs for the pedicures. They will do acrylic over your natural nail or do tips. They have white tips, regular, glitter, printed... and more. If you have a request, just ask. I've always been treated right. I love that I do not need an appointment. When I need a fill or pedicure I just go in. If there's a wait, and I don't have time, I just go back later or the next day. Man was rude and pushy tried to over charge me !! I wanted short tips and dip powder I happen to know it does not take long ! Unless your ignorant. They literally paint on a clear gel polish and dip your nails in powder and put your nails under a UV light for about 3 to 5 minutes and do this about three times so it should only take about 35 to 40 minutes to do this not only was he pushy and rude but the fact that he wanted to over charge would not recommend this place I see why they only have two stars they should not have a man being doing nails anyway he's way too aggressive and frankly I've heard bad I've heard stories of them doing incomplete work on nails read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! If I could give no stars I would. They said I had callouses so I would have to pay more. No problem. The she proceeded to clip my nail past the quick. I yelped and she acted surprised and said hurt? I'm like yes and please don't cut too short. She hurt two other toes. I was bleeding. Then she used a used pumus stone. I don't know if it was sanitized. Worst pedi I have ever had. My boyfriend got one too and his lady barely trimmed his nails. I will have to cut them again. Paid for the extra services. Didn't get the cooling gel that I saw others getting that came with even the cheapest option. Got back to the hotel after stopping to get hydrogen peroxide to soak my 3 bleeding toes. Came in with my daughter and got a pedicure. Paid as much for hers as I did mine. They didn't even give her a full pedicure. On mine they didn't even do anything with my nails or cuticles besides cut with finger nail clippers. Horrible chairs that don't even work. Horrible service and I won't ever go back. I went in for a fill and asked how long the wait was for Kim She told me to come back in an hour. I told her I would be back. I came back in an hour and she totally ignored me. She told another lady to go sit in her chair. I asked her how long it was going to be for me since I came back after the hour was up. She said I needed to wait until after that lady. After 30 minutes she told me to sit in chair two. A gentleman came over and was going to do my nails but I had said I wanted to see Kim. Disappointing. Overpriced. Poor service. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure for Christmas, I was looking forward to callous removal and foot massage. They charged me a lot, had no hot water bc they had so many pedicures they were taking and did NO MASSAGE when I got a 50$ pedicure. The Walmart on this side of town doesn't have a nail salon in it, but right across the parking lot is Number One. Run by your typical Vietnamese women, this salon is very bright, tidy, and professional. They have very reasonable rates for their services and always do a great job. If you need your scaly heels dealt with or an ingrown big toe, they can not only fix it but make it pretty afterwards. read more

They were a horrible place to go. They put on the tips then powder then cut the nails and filled the cracked tips with glue!! The glue They used burned so bad. The gel powder was invented and every where and the glue was all over my fingers. My nail set was rough and lifting within 3 days it was absolutely the worst nail place I have ever been!! read more

There prices are higher than the national average and their service is substandard. My request was simple...a full acrylic set, french, with gel clear coat...but I wanted them to be THIN and stay off the cuticle. I said that I wanted whomever was best at that and got the old, "We all best at that." routine. It was Monday morning at 10am, but they still work on rotation, regardless of your request. Kim did my nails. She used enough product for three sets. I had goop all over my fingertips, causing my skin to stick to the nails. She said it would be thin when she finished, but I know that just means she will file them with the dremel tool to remove the excess which can be uncomfortable and hard on your natural nail. An hour and a half later, as she used her own nail to dig in to separate my skin from the acrylic, I wished I would have gotten the lady in the second chair. The nails she did for a walk-in looked great! I know better...I should have had her do one nail first to see a sample. The place is dirty, cluttered, and outdated with 1980's tacky nail photos on the walls. There was NO WAY I was going to jeopardize my health by putting my feet in their dirty pedicure stations. The guy that works there was actually dusting the legs of the chairs with a nail brush!!! They turned out just okay but still way too thick and not evenly shaped. I will do better research when it is time for a fill in a place hopefully far away from Idaho. Three hours later (and $50 less in my pocket) and my nails still hurt. C'mon girls...four stars? My friends and I went and had our nails done and had a pedicure as well. The service was very poor and the people that work there were extremely rude. The gal that did my nails told me that I needed to take my entire set of acrylic nails off and start with new ones. As she was taking my old ones off, she was so rough that she tore part of my natural nail right down the middle. She did not sterilize the implements after using them when I was bleeding. I took my bridal party here to get our nails done before the big day. The ladies did a great job on all my girls, however, I had the man (whom I believe is the owner) and had a terrible experience. He wasn't paying attention while painting my toes and my massage was more like a light rub on my ankles. The polish was all over my toes and he didn't take the time to clean them up. After seeing the quality of work on my toes I tried to ask for one of the ladies to do my nails and he promptly told me to get in the chair so he could start on them. The shellac polish was clear up on my cuticles, awful. Thankfully, one of the ladies totally re-did my nails and I was very happy with the job she did. I was very disappointed with this place!! It is dirty and unkempt and you can see the grim that has built up over time. The technitions did a poor job and when I asked for a pre clear coat under the color on my toes I was told it wasn't necessary, in a disgusted voice. My daughter had to have gel removed and the women used that electric file and ground her toe nails down way too thin then she proceeded to cut her in two places until she bleed These people hate their jobs and aren't friendly They are overpriced for what they do as well We will not return!! read more

The guy that works here did an excellent job on my pedicure so I decided to go back to have a manicure! However not even a week after I got it done the gel polish started to peel off and she didn't even make sure to cover my whole nail with polish.
