Typically, you can get same day appointments or you can walk-in. The customer service is just ok. I prefer when places eagerly greet you when you arrive and thank you for coming when you leave. They also used to offer a discount card pre-Covid that after a number of stamps on your card you'd get a great discount. Unfortunately, they discontinued that offer. It's not a luxury spa, just a basic spot that gets what you need done pretty quickly.

I have to say, it doesn't look like much from the outside in the strip mall, but once you walk in and meet the people that work there you can see the genuine desire to provide great customer service and quality nail care. I am very picky with my dip manicures and I was hesitant to go anywhere new, but I really loved this experience and my nails look absolutely fantastic almost a week later. The price for a dip manicure was well within normal ranges, on the lower level end actually (~$40) compared to other local places. After a week, the thumb nail fell completely off after getting a dip manicure and pedicure spending over $100.00. I went in after an event and the manager, Tip fixed it. I was at an event when it fell off like a Walgreens press on nail! I didn't even know that could happen with a dip. Two days later the rest of the nails started falling off too. They all fell off except two. I still had holiday events to attend and had to go with my nails looking bad, it was so embarrassing! I called and spoke to the manager, Tip. He said to come in and that he would make it right. When I came in he refused because it was after the holidays on Jan 2nd. This was the 1st opportunity that I could come in because of the holidays. I have spent thousands of dollars there over the years, but will never return! While still bleeding she mentions she doesn't recommend no chip now since @she broke my nail. Continued to try and put my bleeding toe into a heated paraffin bag. Literally your license should be revoked. I'm still in shock I paid for losing half a toe. (Tip was cash) , quick still bleeds after walking or showering. We will never return just wanted warn people.
