We just finished our Nutmeg Uber Eats delivery and the Butter Chicken was delicious and perfectly cooked! The Tiki Marsala was amazing as well !! Thank you

I really went out of the way to, because this indian restaurant was a recommendation. First impressions, the buffet offerings were tiny and limited. The only dish that was noteworthy was the butter chicken. The chicken curry was eh, all the dishes were too salty for me. All restaurants make their dishes differently, the raita which I'm used to has some carrots in it which this place did not. The meatballs resembled meatballs that you would find at ikea. There were no lamb or goat dishes and goat is what I want in an Indian buffet.

Came to Nutmeg Indian Eatery for their lunch special, which is $15.99 per person from 11 am to 3 pm. It's a great price and the service was really good. The food was very good too. Our favorites were the butter chicken and the garlic naan. They also offer a punch card, so your sixth buffet is free!

I came in for the lunch buffet. I like how the buffet menu changes day to day with different selections to try! Great service, clean kitchen, great food. Nice owner. Encouraging you to try it too! Even has soup!

Once again an amazing experience. Food, service, and prices are awesome. Thank you.

We had the lunch buffet and everything was absolutely delicious! The vegetable curry was surprisingly good and the butter chicken was the best we have had! Both kinds of chutney went SO well with the samosas. Our server was very polite and helpful, even said we could get both garlic naan and buttered naan if we wanted. There was plenty of open seating with spacious booths. We will definitely be returning to get the Goan curry (our absolute FAVORITE dish that most restaurants don't serve).

People are nice here…read more Unfortunately each dish here was pretty much spicy (the day we came). Hard to enjoy any of it so can't say the food was good. Honestly wanted to leave and go somewhere else to eat but thankful this place was available- vegetarian and didn't use onion or garlic. Jain diet. Plenty of parking. Restroom available.

I thought…read morethe food was delicious so I always had it in the back of my mind that I would visit their restaurant one day. The day finally came, I wanted something healthy and vegan, and Govinda's Café popped into my mind. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind, he directed us into the direction of the buffet, honestly I don't know if they have a lunch menu to order from. While the food was very good, and there was a lot to choose from, I felt that transparency with regard to price per person was not clear. The young man who helped us brought fried spinach and potato dumplings, and some type of round bread. I don't eat a lot of Indian food and I'm not too familiar with the names. It's was certainly a very interesting restaurant with a charming venue for events. I would definitely come back to check out some of their weekend events in the future. The space was clean and simple and I felt as though I could have been visiting an Ashram in India or one of the many yoga retreats centers in the U.S. I would return, but I would definitely clarify pricing and ask for a menu to see if there are any other options.

Message received order ready early now just a 5 minute wait. Go in to pick up order and what, no order! She says " are you sure you are at the correct location? " I sat in the parking lot to place the order. Let's not analyze that, we all have reasons for doing things. Show her the order, she snaps a pic and heads to the kitchen. Comes back and says it will just be 10 minutes and she did offer a glass of water while I waited. Not sure what happened, but I got my food. Now, because of the mixup I'm not sure if the heat/spice level was noted, and if it was, the 5 level didn't have much punch. It was good for unaccustomed taste buds. I have been fortunate to have experienced Indian food in other countries and it just is on another taste level. The papadum was good, snacking on it today, as was the naan. I would go to this place again and would recommend it for good butter chicken. I want to try the family curry that is on the menu. Love a good curry. The place was clean, the young lady was cleaning when I went in, did a mid-afternoon order and there were two others in the restaurant. It is a small area for dining and they offer a lunch buffet. Also it is a locale family chain. So that's a plus. Again, I would recommend this location, there are 4 other locations.

We tried Chicken 65, ordered spicy, and OMG, that was my favorite! We did the buffet and also ordered a few items from the menu, which gave us a great chance to try different dishes. And I officially discovered today that I LIKE INDIAN FOOD! Oh! and don't forget dessert. You have to try it! The server was incredibly attentive that she never let my water glass get low (which I really appreciated, lol). The restaurant was clean and cozy, making it a perfect spot for a healthy weekend brunch. HAPPY SUNDAY! We will come back!

Grand opening was on February 24, 2025. Inside is clean and spacious with ample seating and soft music playing in the background. Happy Hour is everyday from 3pm to 6pm on selected temaki, sushi roll, appetizers, ramen, and drinks. Menu offers a nice selection of starters, vegan nigiri, a variety of sushi rolls, entrees, chef's specials, and desserts. For refreshments, they have hot tea, milk tea, smoothies, as well as beer, red wine, white wine, sake, including sweet & fruity for kizakura yuzu sparkling and mango, strawberry, yaegaku cloud nigori. I ordered Tropical Dragon Roll ($16), inside has jackfruit and vegan shrimp tempura which is konjac and carrots tempura, topped with avocado, sweet soy, mango sauce, and chopped mango, it's really good! My favorite is Crunchy California Roll ($13), these are excellent! Inside has jackfruit, cucumber, and avocado, the roll is amazingly unique, generously covered with delicate crispy rice noodle crunch and light sweet soy drizzle, it's very delicious! For desserts, they have chocolate molten cake, lemon bar, strawberry cheesecake, and black sesame cheesecake. I opted for one of their limited special which is Coconut Tapioca Pudding ($6.50), it's fantastic! Coconut pudding is smooth and creamy, topped with tiny tapioca pearls that's sweetened with palm sugar, super yummy and wonderfully delightful! Service from Maddy is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! She is so nice, courteous, polite, and very helpful in explaining the menu. Maddy also mentioned for a limited special with purchase of any entree, you can add Coconut Tapioca Pudding for $1, that's an awesome deal!
