(Even after I offered to pay full menu price) What confused me is that when I later ordered avocado toast, they had no problem customizing it and removing the tomatoes and other ingredients I didn't want. So I'm not sure why one menu item can be modified but another can't, especially when I wasn't asking for anything extra or expecting a discount. Then, when I received my avocado toast on pumpernickel bread, the bread was soggy. For me, the whole point of toast is that it should actually be toasted and have some crunch. Between the inconsistent customization policy and the soggy toast, this was definitely a thumbs down for me. I hope they reconsider how they handle simple modification requests because this could have been such an easy fix.

The tacos are a great size, packed with flavor, and there were so many different options that it was hard to pick a favorite. It's not often that I can order that many different tacos and be excited about pretty much every single one! The service was also super quick, which I appreciated because the place was packed when I went. The space has a really fun, casual vibe, and there's plenty of outdoor seating if you want to eat outside. There's also good parking, which is always a plus. It was SO hot when I visited though, so most people were definitely opting to stay inside. I'm just sad there isn't a Tacoterian in LA! Some of my favorites are the fish taco, the Gabacho, the bean and cheese, and the Dorado. Haven't tried the Vera yet but it looks really good and that will probably be the pick up on the next visit.
