A hearty shout-out to Eric, who took the time to check the back of the store to see if he could find an item which I needed to get the "But One get One for 50% off deal. He was super friendly and very eager to help me. What a nice man...and he found the item I was looking for! Checking out was also quite an enjoyable experience. Brittany was as friendly as they come and very upbeat during the entire checkout process. Her constant smile was quite infectious! We called the store and spoke to a manager. He said he would refund. We brought the unopened boxes back, paid with a credit card for a refund or replacement. An employee asked us to come back later when a manager would be there. Which we did. The manager refused to refund or replace said we should have returned the product before expiration. Calls and emails to corporate executives went unanswered. Talk about penny wise and pound foolish. They have lost our business for ever. AND WE CONTINUE TO SHARE THIS NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS!
