Enjoyed the food and the snacks but the user interface needs work. I was charged for 2 orders one week, I reached out and I was told I would receive a credit. I asked to freeze the subscription before their time cut off time so I could eat the 2 weeks worth of food, yet I was charged again. The customer service folks told me I would be reimbursed for the extra charges, I never received the reimbursement or the original credit. Followed up with them to get no response. I really wanted to love this service because it is very hyped and every review I see glorifies the meals. This was my first week & the food was definitely not worth nearly $200/week IMO. I received 5 different meals and some were extremely salty to the point where it gave me a headache, 2 had rubbery/hard chicken, the sweet potatoes in 2 of my meals were raw. They already charged me for next week's service so I hope those are better as I cannot pause my subscription just yet. tl;dr - I lost 20 lbs over a 3 month period on Nutrition Solutions, going from a heavy 198 down to a much leaner, healthier 178. This was back in 2020. I'm back on it after my second daughter was born because with my two gals, eating healthy is tough when I can barely think about food. Definitely not preparing it right now, so it's either this or overeating takeout. Services like this aren't going to be for everyone - don't expect to be just blown away like you're eating some 5-star meal. BUT - in my humble opinion, it's good enough, and actually quite good most of the time. I especially enjoy the breakfasts with my coffee in the morning - I find them truly tasty. Sometimes, if I have the time, I'll open up the meal and separately heat up the portions because some things require longer and others less, and that can also improve the quality. Without a doubt, it gets the job done. Customer service can be touch and go - I had an issue with my new account and called them, and their voicemail says they'll call back within 30 minutes which, in my case, was not true. I texted, and used Messenger and Instagram DMs over the course of a day or so before I got a response. Thankfully though, my issue was fixed and the folks I interacted with were great. We had the mango habanero filet tips and the meat was high quality but they did not have much flavor. There was one piece of mango and no heat. Nothing serious maybe just a personal preference. Worst tasting food ever ground meat is dry.......so many meals with cole slaw mix as a vegetable instead of great quality vegetables ,,,,elk mac cheese smelled like a gym locker room i could barely force it down. Very disappointed in the quality for as expensive as this was i tried it 3 weeks and it tore my stomach up with all the cabbage and sauerkraut and low quality vegetables meats were mediocre but generally the potatoes and sweet potatoes were good. Not sure why people are saying this is hands down the best food. Let me start out by saying that I was actually recommended to try it out. Why not, I said. What do i have to lose. May 20th was the first charge to my account and then they went ahead and made another charge on May 25th. Not even a whole week passed before they charged me a second time. They say its because they have to send the food every week so they have to charge for the next week. I mean i get that but how are they going to charge me a second time way before I even got the product. I didn't even get a chance to first try the product and see if I liked it. So yep I am now stuck with two boxes of food that I dislike. Just in case people are saying why i didn't just cancel right away, well: 1. Purchased on Saturday 20, charged Sunday 21 2. Didn't get product till Thursday 25th (Memorial Day weekend, I didn't even try the product till Tuesday 3. Tuesday I cancelled since they make sure you cancel before Wednesdays Then of course the passive aggressive "Pam" from Nutrition Solutions was no help. She pretty much pointed the finger telling me I should of been aware and I should know the policy blah blah. Its funny they had the time to call me when i first ordered to thank me. Yet when I really had a concern they just emailed and told me I should of been aware. But not only that, I told "Pam" that I was disappointed with the first box since it was all broken up and some of the plastic of the containers were broken inside the food. I looked forward to ordering from Nutrition Solutions for a long time and then finally did. I watched all the Youtube videos and followed on Instagram because I liked the the way Chris handled business and seemed so on top of everything. Finally I pulled the trigger and put In an order for the Greek god plan. First thing that happened was the code that Billy told me to use to save money on my first order didn't work. Then he told me he would handle it and credit my account back the difference and get back to me never happened ok it sucks but whatever. Then my food arrived and I was pumped to get stared with some proper nutrition to get in shape. Besides the breakfast and Mac and Cheese everything else was no good. The filet ends were dried out on the outside like they had sat out for too long the Honey BBQ chicken had no sauce and the pineapple chicken tenders were covered in a gross glue like coating that even an air fryer couldn't fix. I know these are premade meals and my my expectations were too high but for a company that claims to be so on top of their game and all about consistency and product that is not what I received for my nearly $400. This is just a 100% pure review on what I Received, and my disappointment in a product that I thought was gonna be so much better than what I had experienced with other companies. I haven't contacted them asking for money back. I haven't called them and thrown a tantrum. With the prepared food services being so plentiful and competitive I would stay far away from Nutrition Solutions. Their food is mediocre at best, overpriced, and overall, just not very good. The worst part is their atrocious customer service. They are disorganized and if you have a problem, they take "the customer is never right approach," and you will not hear back from them, even though they will tell you they "are escalating it to a supervisor." You can't pick you're meals either, so better pray you like what they send, because if you don't, it's tough and you are out the money. Very Good Service and some of the food is great, including the clean eatz donuts and protein bars. However, the cost was not worth it. Experimented with purchasing frozen meals from Target and Walmart and stayed on track and did break the bank. Over 200 dollars for 15 to 20 meals not including add ons, and some of the meals were not even worth touching taste wise and some were really good. Most of the time I was only using the meals for prep for work. Only spending 175 for the month using Target and Walmart, instead of 400 dollars. The big push is they deliver anywhere if you gone. Well theres a super market almost everywhere you go. Just was not worth the price and quality. Yes different meals every week but it was like playing Russian roulette with my money. I was introduced to this company through my son who is a student and lives off campus in San Francisco. He cooks for himself on weekends but with busy schedule he obviously does not have time to prepare enough meals for the week and he also works out. He loves the convenience of having ready to eat meals whenever he gets home from the gym or school. I started ordering about 2 weeks ago and I am happy with it. The fact that I need to eat every 3 hours and often I have no time Or the patience to cook it works out great for me. Foods are all good so far but I'm not fan of the vegetables since they generally don't taste good maybe because they are frozen?? I went on the 5 day meal plan not including breakfast and I receive about 25 meals for one weeks. I have not been able to keep up with eating enough of the food yet and so I decided to stop my order for a week and re start again. Pam was very kind and helpful she even offered to put the stop on my account but she said if you want to freeze the account for more than one week I could cancel my act all together and when I'm ready all I have to do is call them again and that is what I did. As long as you make any changes as far as stopping, canceling or removing an item from the weekly menu by 5 pm each Wednesday then your good to go and rest assured they do as you requested. There are variety of foods and portions are just enough for one meal and each meal has the perfect amount of protein in it. I'm glad when I get home from a heavy workout and I need to take in the right amount of protein it's ready for me and I don't have to miss a meal due to time or preparations. read more

I have tried this company on 2 separate occasions. The food is Ok. I had to throw out a couple of meals because I didn't like them. I think the meat they use is not high quality and I am pretty sure they use store bought frozen meatballs for dishes where they have meatballs in them. I came to the conclusion that I can save a lot of money and prepare my own meals with better quality ingredients the only thing it just costs me is some time. These meals are perfectly crafted and most importantly come in variety! Their clean cheatz doughnuts are to die for, I've never stayed so committed to a diet before and seen such amazing results. Also I save about 10 hours a week from not having to cook and clean the dishes. Also, when I worked out the amount I was spending eating out and on groceries (some of which rot in the fridge) it actually turned out being on the NS fat loss/shred plan w/breakfast is slightly cheaper and of way more quality! We've been customers for a very long time. Nutrition Solutions has really dropped in quality lately, and customer service has been very, very bad. Several of our recent orders have been delayed or simply wrong, and our most recent order, which would have arrived on July 4, was shipped early, but not early enough. This meant that it sat in a 100-degree warehouse until it was delivered on Thursday, July 5, and, upon arrival, it was entirely inedible. Normally we would chalk it up to a mistake, but after attempting to reach them on several occasions, they aren't returning our calls or emails. I'm not sure what is going on there, but this is extremely disappointing after a prior positive experience and, while the hand-written notes in boxes are a nice touch after the first screw up, they no longer have any meaning after numerous issues. read more

I read the reviews and tried the food for two weeks. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with the other reviews. Some of the food was good, some of it wasn't. You pick up the food on Saturdays. The vegetables aren't very palatable after a few days. My wife and I are in our late 50's and try to keep fit, but the daily emails from muscle-bound tattooed gym people became obnoxious. The price per meal on the starter plan is $6.90 per meal. It comes down to this: eat the right foods with smaller portions and you will lose the weight. If you're super busy or don't know how to cook for yourself, and you're into extreme workouts, this program may be for you. Just not for us. read more
