By far absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Several appointments were made repair a rock chip to be canceled for rescheduling on the day of an appointment. On the first visit they took payment for services not performed. Always the same excuse of not having epoxy to make the repair. This changed to where they wanted to replace my entire windshield. No refund nothing. Call several times to be passed on to someone else without follow through. Stay away from NuVision Auto Glass unless your into being abused and taken advantage of. read more

So I'm sorry to give this place a one star now. My very first interaction with this place was 100 percent. They were on top of everything. But the next time I message them to get a chip fixed under warranty for my new windshield, it took months and a lot of messages and calls to get them to do the repair .. it felt like a job just to get them to reply. In March I contacted them again because my other car had a large crack. It wasn't right away but I did get a reply to confirm my address. I sent the correct address and never heard back. A week later I replied again that I need this done soon. I never heard back. This Yelp message is now about two weeks asking for an appointment. I won't use them again. Not sure how a company goes from a 100 percent to a 0 but I got better things to do then use my free time messaging and calling with the hopes they will return my message. read more

They do a great job.. Fast and thorough but.... Don't expect them to pay up your S25 referral bonus. A few emails and a couple phone calls and I still have $0. That was even AFTER one of their people called to tell me she was verifying address to send the check. Never came. This company sucks! They installed my windshield and it was defective. The installer said someone would call me about installing another windshield. Additionally, the windshield glass is wavy and is difficult to see out of. I never heard back from the installer. I called the next day after work. The representative said someone from the warranty department would call me in one hour; no one called....(big shocker there) based on their reviews, this seems to be the norm with this company. What I surmise is they buy cheap glass, and dazzle you by giving you a rebate check and a dinner at Rodizio Steakhouse. I don't care about that, I'm vegan! I saw one of those ads for NuVision and though, "why not get some cash with my replacement, not like they can mess it up right?"  WRONG I used this company in November. As soon as they left my house my rear view mirror fell off and almost cracked. It took several calls, a couple of no show appointments before someone shows up to say that the windshield they installed was defective. Fast forward 2 months and several calls, several excuses and they still have not fixed the defective windshield with no rear view mirror that they installed. They blame the pandemic for the delay but that is just an excuse as I called as a new customer and they would fix my windshield within a couple of days. Had good service in the past but this time was horrible. I went back to these guys since they have a rebate, rodezios certificates, and used factory glass. Used them on a few of my vehicles and haven't had any issues. This time was different. I scheduled an appointment for the thanksgiving weekend since I was off. After the scheduled time came and gone, I called the office to see what's up. The first girl said she would find out and call back in ten mins. Never did. The second time I called they put me on hold and then hung up on me. The third time they finally got hold of the installer who said he was waiting at the glass warehouse but it was closed!! So I wasted my entire day off waiting for nothing. I rescheduled for the following weekend and the dispatch manager said he would give me an extra $10 and a free tint strip. The installer showed up and installed the glass. I noticed there was no tint strip and he said there wasn't any at the warehouse and that another guy would come put it on. He also didn't give me the extra $10 and told me to call the office. He also broke my aftermarket door stop on my passenger door although he denied it. I called the office again, and they ultimately told me that it was his word against mine and they would "zelle" me an extra $25 for my troubles. Well they did give me the $25 but so far no tint strip and now my door stop is broke. This is the last time I'm using their service. Their customer service is horrible. read more

Had my windshield replaced. Technician didn't install correctly. Weather stripping was sitting on my dash. Had someone come back out. He stuffed it back under the windshield with a screwdriver. That's not right and I called again. Last technician did a perfect job and all is well until I talk with my insurance agent. Apparently my insurance was charged over $1000 for a windshield replacement. Which is strange since the last time I used this company it wasn't nearly that much. I called and was supposed to get a call back from someone in another department but no one returns calls. Avoid the hassle and go anywhere else. read more

My windshield replacement saga began when I called Nuvision Auto Glass on Monday Aug 26th. I spoke with Richard and was given an appointment for Aug 29th 2024. The "deal" was to include my new windshield with a tint strip top edge, a free dinner, and a rebate. My car is older, and the glass is cheaper. There is also no technology calibration needed. Because of this, the rebate amount was very low and that is why the complimentary tint strip was offered. On Thursday Aug 29th the installer came to my work for the install. When I got to my car he explained that the glass was not the same as my original windshield comes with an attached rubber trim strip at the bottom that seats against another piece of rubber trim, but he should still be able to use it. I was less than impressed to be getting something other than my OEM glass. After a few moments he called me back out to inform me the glass had broken upon installation. There was a baseball sized shattered area in the upper driver side edge and a single crack from top to bottom. He said it was installed as broken and Nuvision would reach out to me to correct the problem. They immediately emailed me a receipt for the installation, my complementary dinner information AND BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY for the work they did not complete! During the week of September 2nd-6th. I had NO CONTACT from Nuvision. On Monday September 9th I reached out to them and expressed that a week had gone by and nobody bothered to contact me about my replacement yet you had been paid by my insurance company for work that is not even completed. I told them to me it sounded a little "fraudy". I mentioned that a week with zero contact was not acceptable and was not nearly meeting my expectations. I stated that I need the correction made immediately or I would be reaching out the BBB and insurance fraud hot line. A few hours later I received a call back about my "windshield warranty claim". The lady told me they were ordering the parts that day MONDAY September 9th. The week of September 19-23rd I made a few attempts to contact Nuvision but my emails went un answered and the phone hold times were too much for me to deal with while at work. The end result was I had no contact from them or with them the entire week. Then on Tuesday September 23rd I was left a voicemail to call them for my re-install. The re-install was scheduled for Friday September 27th (two days short of a month after they had billed my insurance for "completing the job ") On September 27th ( 4 weeks later ) the replacement was installed. No tint strip. No rebate. When I asked where my rebate and the strip were, the installer said he would have the office call me. I never received a call. Instead, I was texted that my car was too old to receive a rebate and that is why I was given a tint strip ( that my replacement glass DOES NOT HAVE )! Nuvision glass has TRASH customer service and follow through. Nuvision glass does not stand behind what they offer and pulled the old BAIT AND SWITCHED on me. Nuvision glass only cares about billing your insurance claim. If there is an issue help and service will be non-existent! read more

Called 03/29 to finalize an appt for 03/30 with the arrival window of 8am-12pm. I received an email confirmation as soon as we hung up the phone, but then received another email within seconds stating I needed to have an inspection done prior to getting the replacement, per my insurance requirements. We were all on a three way call(my insurance, Nuvision, and myself), and there was nothing mentioned of an inspection needing to occur. I responded back asking if that meant my appointment was cancelled. No response. 03/30- I call at 1:10PM asking if they rescheduled the appt or what was going on. She called the installer and said there was an issue with a previous install he will arrive in 30 minutes, and install will take one hour. I understand things happen, but maybe a simple 10 seconds phone would be sufficient. I told her if he can be there 2pm it was fine as I was needing to leave work at 3pm. 2:13pm called back to reschedule- they apologized and reschedule for 03/31- 8am-12pm. 2:30PM- Installer shows up. I told him I reschedule and needed to leave by 3PM unfortunately. Andre got my install completed within 30 minutes, clean install, extremely nice, and apologized for an issue that wasn't his fault. 3:23PM- Nuvision called to reschedule the booking. Seriously? STOP OVERBOOKING YOUR INSTALLERS. They are the ones that have to show up and deal with your booking issues. 3 Stars- for an amazing installer and getting me booked next day. -2 Stars because no one is scheduling department knows what is going on. read more

Just don't use them, unless you have time to constant call them and follow up. Every call was a different excuse. One month after my initial call, I finally cancelled the service because I was still getting the same run around. Either the insurance hadn't approved (which they did, twice) it was special order, no one was there to receive the order on the 31st because it was a holiday and now they are back to the insurance approval bit. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had. Contact AutoGlass 2020 for windshield replacement. Called AutoGlass 2020, they are installing my OEM windshield tomorrow. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. It's taken me 2 weeks to get a warranty issue fixed. First appt tech didn't show up. Next week the tech did nothing but claimed he did. When I called back several times I either got hung up on numerous times or was told I would get a call back and never did and still haven't. Asked for a supervisor or someone in charge and was denied. Not entirely sure how this company is still in business when no one answers the phone. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Run as far away as possible!!!! 2 months gone by and still waiting for them to fix their wrongs...Total joke of a place first installed wrong window after me wasting half a day they said would be here between 8 and 1 and they were here at 12 after getting done I don't know 35 to 40 minutes later went outside seen it was the wrong window installed they promised me the original window Mopar jeep window and it was not, and the tint looked like a five-year-old cut it jagged horrible. So he called and had them on speakerphone the guy said they would come out next week to put the correct window in and better tint, so I asked so you want me to waste another half a day for you guys to come out and install it again ? he told me that's not half a day. I'm sorry between eight and one is half a day, but whatever so they came back out they did install the correct window and installed tint again and it was horrible again. Call the company again mind you there's a number of different companies or company names they are using. I have to tell the whole story again be on hold be transferred and tell the whole story once again. I have so much time invested with this. they then tell me they're gonna call me back here nothing have to call back a week later cause I still haven't heard anything from them. Then give me a phone number I have to call to get my tint I leave a message don't hear back for a couple days then find out they can't come out for a couple weeks. That won't work for me I am leaving out of town for a while so I end up calling them back they say they're going to send me a check for my tint I should have it in a couple days week later I still don't have it have to call back they tell me they're sorry the checks in the mail they send me a text tell me it's in the mail week later still don't have it have to call back again they say it's in the mail nothing now it's another week I'm calling back tell him the story again and then they put me on hold hung up on then have to call back again tell the freaking story to one person then transfer to another and if corse have to tell it again story now he wants to call me back. I had used Safelite before for the same type of repair but they were a little pricey so I contacted NuVision Auto Glass this time around. I was able to schedule the repair without any issues, Briggit was very helpful. Eli the technician came and took care of the chip in a professional manner and was very friendly also. I saw alot of ads so I decided to go with nuvision, I set an appointment. Then decided to read the reviews. I saw the main problem was the reliability. I see some people waiting weeks with multiple reschedules. Kinda made me scared because what if they did my winsheild and messed it up, I can't work till they get back. ZERO STARS, Avoid NuVision at all costs. I have been waiting for MONTHS for this nightmare to end. Terrible customer service, been told over 5 times to expect a call back, no response. Started with them cancelling and me being forced to call them back to reschedule dealing with their ridiculous IVR and call center. Then the check for reimbursement was made out to the wrong person, another terrible interaction with their call center. Then 3 appts to calibrate the windshield cameras in my car calibrated. Had to pay 89 bucks to take it to the dealership myself (which I want reimbursed but I doubt they will do anything to help here) they told me that the glass itself is defective. Now I call them back and am told that they will have to order OEM glass but don't worry, they promised, you have to do nothing, WE WILL CALL YOU BACK, they promised up and down. That was in MAY and I receive no call back, i have to call back and was told that 'Raven' from warrantees will call me back and, of course, nothing. Now I'm trying to sell the car and I can't until this windshield is resolved. There is way too much competition out there for a service like this to survive. I'm disgusted at the incompetence of this business on all levels. This is still not resolved and I will be seeking financial retribution for costs incurred to me as a result of this transaction. Lies, lies, and more lies! I understand technicians might mess up or you have a bad employee but the company still needs to make things right. This seems to be NuVision's MO - something goes wrong, blame the tech to the point of telling customers they are getting fired, promise call back after call back, but never actually fix the issue. All the electronics on our rearview mirror still don't work and since they couldn't figure out how to fix it they decided to start blaming my husband instead of the tech. Their "great customer service" is all smoke and mirrors and really just a blame game while they hope their customers give up on their issues. read more

(They use outsourced India customer service centers) After multiple issues, My insurance company has flagged them. They are now not recommended. I have insurance that covers my windshield fully. I didn't know I could pick what company installed my windshield, though. I thought my insurance had to pick. I saw the offer for a gift card with NuVision so I thought, if I'm already getting it fixed, why not get a bonus? That was initially why I picked this company. But now, after my service, I will be using them for all of my glass needs. In my experience, from the first phone call, I was treated so kindly and my questions about how to work this out with my insurance was taken care of without any hassle. I live outside the valley in a little town near Casa Grande, so they offered me the option of going to Tempe to a location to have it fixed, which I didn't mind, or they had a mobile service but it only came out to my area on Wednesdays, so I had options based on how quickly I needed the windshield. I chose the option to have them come to my house, and it was so wonderful. They kept me informed the whole time. Even the day of the install, they gave a window of time they would be there, and I happened to have to make an emergency trip to the doctor. I called them and they said it was no problem, if I felt comfortable leaving the door of my car unlocked or leaving the keys somewhere, that's all the technician needed, or we could reschedule. I was on my way home when Eli the installer called me to say he was on his way, so it worked out perfectly. He was done in 20 minutes, my car looks great, and he was kind and professional. I even got a check and a dinner for a restaurant I haven't been to but would love to check out! And even though the dinner says it is for one meal, the restaurant said with this deal it's actually a BOGO, so you can bring one other person and they get the free meal too. Overall: customer service was amazing from start to finish. Got bonuses just for getting my windshield replaced at no cost to me, they came out to my home, and the windshield looks amazing and I have had no issues with it. My only suggestion to the company would be to change the program/app they use to send in pictures of the windshield or glass damage. That was the only frustrating part for me because it took me 45 minutes to get through the app and take the pictures per their requirements on the app. But, I kind of feel like that was the work I needed to do to basically get treated like a VIP! Thank you NuVision! You truly made the experience so easy and you were all so kind and accommodating. I will be back when I need glass repair, and I will be telling anyone I know who has glass damage to go with NuVision, truly!! read more

The whole outfit was a crap show. I contacted them per a recommendation of top dollar rebate, which I had done prior.and gave info. It started from the unpleasant gal answering the phone. She was rude, I felt I was bothering her answering the phone. She transferred the call .The next gal was abrasive and grilling me like a cheeseburger.I gave her the number I sent all required information too, which she confirmed but couldn't find . I resent it to another number, which she acknowledged and received. I then get a text about Thank and the best time to reach me the next day. I give the time and get a text for me to call them at same time . I work in Major Account Sales and have never told an account No You Call me after asking for time. The rebate or dinner wasn't worth the UNPROFESSIONALISM, what would have happened if they came to my home or place of business ? True the techs had nothing to do with that BUT, it's perception which started from a phone call me wanting to give them my business . I called another co, less rebate but it was never about rebate. I just wish they put money into call center training as much as the commercials . read more

I've had two windshields replaced with them. They do good work, but I have two recommendations. The van that shows up to work on the windshield was beat up with no logos or writing. Looks unprofessional. Also, the initial calls go to what sounds like a call center in India before they transfer you to someone local. I don't like this at all. read more

THE WORST EVER. PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR VEHICLE AND YOURSELF. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT. The technician came out to replace the front windshield for my mom's car and he damaged the passenger seat while he was inside the car (knife cut). We think the damage was done while he was taking off the rearview mirror before he replaced the front windshield, probably with a cutter knife in his pocket. He claims the damage was already present before he started working the car, meaning before he took off the rearview mirror. However, this is not true and a straight-up lie because first of all, the cut was never there before the replacement, AND, no one uses the passenger side of the car since she only uses it to commute by herself. I found the cut 3 days after the replacement because that's when I tried to sit on the passenger seat to go to a store with her. We brought this up to the company with photos that showed fresh knife cut on the seat, and they provided me the technician's "before" photos to argue the cut was there before he started working on the car. However, those photos turned out to be taken after he already took off the rear view mirror from inside the car, and you can clearly see the rear view mirror is off and in the cup holder as well as the old front shield still intact in the photo (attached photo). They tried to back up their claim by the time stamp of a photo which they never provided me with has the rearview mirror still intact at the time, but the time provided by them was actually later than the time stamp I provided them with the photo THEY sent me that shows the rear view mirror already has been taken off. When I let them know about this, they told me they'll give me a call back after they analyze the photos more. They never called me back that day, so I called them again to find everyone left work. Then, a representative reached out to Lori, who is the manager, who told the rep the issue was escalated to the owner of the company that they'll give me a call back the next day. I told them I won't be available since I will be on my vacation for the next two days so call me back on Monday. They still called me back the next day when I told them specifically not to call because I won't be able to answer and left a voice message saying they cannot do anything for me and my mom. I was the one who communicated back and forth with them directly the whole time and the final answer they gave me was that they talked to their technician (who's been lying this whole time!) and that they finalized that they cannot do anything for us. That was it. We now have a damaged car seat when all we were trying to do was to replace the front windshield of my mom's car. They need to fix this problem as soon as possible. I was expecting at least an apologetic manner from the company, but they only tried to avoid dealing with the problem by lying to their customers. This kind of business practice should never be allowed. They just lie even though the proof is very apparent and do not provide any customer service whatsoever.
