Had front window replaced, when installed tint strip had bubbles in it, after a month went to car wash and found out window leaks, second window replaced and tint strip had bubbles in it, called and they sent some one out to fix it and strip was replaced for a 3rd time and still had bubbles. I guess nuvision only has one company that they use to do tint. So after much complaining all they would do is offer me 40 .shity customer service shit service never use them again read more

Let me first off saying that the negative review is not for the work performed. The technician that came out and performed the work was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. My negative review is for the back office and their performance. Let me start off my saying the day of the installation the tech who was to complete the service broke his foot, they were able to get a different tech come out to complete the glass replacement. The initial tech who was to complete the work had my rebate check, the tech who did complete the work advised me of that and told me that the accounting department would Zelle me the rebate and if I didn't receive the rebate within 24 hours to contact the office. Fast forward one day I call the office and they tell me it can take up to 72 hours to receive the rebate and if I don't receive it on Monday to call. Friday I get a call from the billing department who spoke with accounting (you can never get accounting on the phone) telling me I should have the rebate on Monday. Monday comes I get a voicemail from the same person in billing telling me he spoke with accounting again and since the rebate check (please note I never received the initial tech has it) hasn't been received back they cannot issue my rebate. I call back (this now being my 3rd call) this time I got someone new who I had to explain I never had the rebate check. He tells me that he will have this resolved by the end of the day. I was about to lose my mind we are going on almost a week now with no rebate. I call back and try and get a hold of Josh Milton who was my sales rep (note he was very persistent to get my business with the amount of calls and text I received) who I cannot get a hold of now. I end up with the billing manager who told me that she will do everything in my power to get this resolved by COB. Bottom line here I am close to a week later with no resolution and over an hour on the phone. read more

They didn't glue the molding around my windshield properly and its been hanging off the side and scratching my passenger door window! NuVision is a scam! They advertise certain rebates and then do not actual pay out. Further, they forced me to pay a deductible when my insurance policy is full coverage and refuse to issue a refund of the deductible. Never use them. read more

I think every business has its moments. Was looking for windshield replacement from a solid company and in doing so, saw reviews both good/bad with NuVision. Bad being didn't follow through with appointment times. Good being spot on with timeliness and service. For me, my scheduled window was 8am-Noon but was mentioned it would be before 10am. Made a few calls after 10:30am to check and received no assurance but it was looking like noon. Called at 12:40pm and canceled as nobody could give me a time and said was waiting to hear back from installer. Was not going to wait all day since I couldn't even get a heads up at best saying "our team is running behind." 1:11pm comes around and installer calls to say they are on their way...really?!? Nobody from the office can communicate to their employees either. Go figure, right? Of anything in life, time is something we can never get back. Just communicate people. That's it, pick up and call letting customers know what's going on and don't set faulty timelines. read more

Not a preferred company for Allstate needed 3rd party approval pictures etc. after approval, they give you a number to call to schedule, 3 hours latter I have been number 1 in queue 15 times only to be hung up on. One star - zero if it was possible. I'm sorry, but today was the second appt I had scheduled to have my windshield replaced. Each appt made was on my only day off of the week. Today I waited 5 hours for the tech to show up, (my appt window was 10-2pm). When he arrived he said they sent him out with the wrong windshield AGAIN! Second week they didn't order the right type of windshield for my car. When I called THEM to set up my 2nd install, the customer service rep assured me 100% my type of windshield was ordered and in stock. I was disappointed they didn't call me after the first mistake was made and offered some kind of an apology or explanation. No, I had to call them to reschedule. The customer service reps are super friendly and helpful when you call, I'll give them the one-star review for that. I heard some good things about this company, and they offered a decent rebate and a dinner voucher. Which I thought was cool. My scheduled appointment came and went with no word from anyone. When I reached out to them to let them know of the missed appointment they couldn't have cared less. I wrote to the corporate office to let them know of the incident and unsurprisingly never got a response. When the installer came out to install my glass it was a terrible job. The broke the rear view mirror mount. Cracked the new glass in the process. Along with this the broke the trim around my rear view mirror and my exterior a pilar trims. I would defiantly not recommend the service from Nu vision. read more

I set up service to get my windshield replaced on my truck. The technician called 30 minutes before the schedule time saying that he couldn't make it and had to reschedule. I was offered $140 rebate and my check was only $125. The company did not want to fix the issue. Their customer service is outsourced from a different country and its a headache when you call them. I called back rescheduled it for Monday they said we are going to take care of it our self in house. Schedule set up for Monday 9 AM to 12. **Edit** I sent screen shots of my convo with the salesman backing up what he had promised me via text and of their FB page which said I could get both the rebate and the gift card for.the trip . Shortly after I sent them I received a call from Bridget letting me know they listened to the phone recording of my call with the salesman and that they would be putting a check in the mail today. Just a few issues: Was promised installation on Monday afternoon..... Didn't happen til Tuesday evening. Was promised a $100 check at time of installation.... Installer didn't know anything about it. When I called the office they said I had opted for the trip and they had used $50 of the rebate to go towards the deductible. When I had talked to the sales rep he said since I was scheduling with them and cancelling another company they would give me $150 to cover the rebate and the deductible. Never using them again. The installer came to first address I said I'd be at but unfortunately I had to leave for work before he showed up and when he did my daughter told him were I worked and he showed up after doing another install 30 miles away and did a wonderful job even parked my car in a shaded spot for the afternoon sun. Got my windshield replaced. Two guys showed up on time. I was told it should take 30 minutes to an hour. They called me up told me it was done. I got in my truck and my automatic running boards wouldn't come down. Called customer service and nobody was able to help me. I'm still waiting on a call from the "warranty department " that I'm sure doesn't exist. I have a 2023 ram 1500, so I know it's not anything wrong with the truck. This company is very DISHONEST and does not want your business or mine. They advertise all over the radio and their website offering multiple rebates if you're in AZ. Cash back AND a gift cert to a restaurant. I have a chip that is starting to crack and figured, I'd replace and use them for those reasons. I normally use Safelite and they have been fast, easy, and painless. I have full no ded coverage as almost all Arizonans do. Anyhow, contact this company and Dwayne texts me next day asking for all the info I already gave them. So I send him over all info needed again to make his job as easy as possible. He ends the text convo with, "I have everything needed, now we just need to get your insurance company approval." Ok, so I respond assuming he's doing that as most companies do. Apparently that wasn't what he had in mind. But he agreed to call me and immediately transfers me to a claims specialist who says she's calling my insurance. I asked about the rebate, and she puts in a message to Dwayne. She reads the message response to me. "I told her she wasn't eligible. If she can't handle that, end the call and cancel it." Interestingly, he didn't mention one word about me not being eligible. Him and I didn't even discuss it. He was completely lying. Quite easy to see they are playing the bait and switch game here and making the sweet apologetic girl do the dirty work. I tried to find out why I wasn't eligible and she said, "I'm sorry, Dwayne is not giving me that info." Nightmare diverted considering they apparently are a joke all the way around. My windshield had a big crack from top to bottom. The new vision tech came to my place, replaced my windshield and calibrated the radar/camera in one afternoon (eventhough they've said 2 days total). Everything is working beautifully. The job was done for half the price ($700 them vs. Satellite's $1,500). They took care of all my insurance paperwork, and gave me $75 towards my $200 deductible. And on top of that, they gave me a coupon for a meal at fancy restaurant. I don't know how they do it, but they did it. When I sent him a text more than 30 minutes later he immediately said it was no problem for him to come back within the hour. He came back and had no issue with me missing our original appointment. Check the one star reviews before using them! The company seems to have good reviews until you actually see many other customers' issues with this business. When the technician came out to replace the front windshield of my car, he left a knife cut on the passenger seat. The leather seat is damaged now and the company does not take the responsibility. They claim that they believe their technician's fraudulent claim and misreport that the cut was already there and will not try to work with the customer other than basically arguing that the customer's lying. I have already reported it to BBB and the company so far has not done anything. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I do not wish on anyone to go through the same thing as I did. the 3rd photo was taken by the technician. he says as you can see on the photo, the cut was there before he did any work done. but, if you see the cupholder as shown on the pic, he already pulled off the rearview mirror and put it there, which is when the damage was done. read more
