And special shout out to Kim who knows exactly how I like my nails, she is a rock star! She is such a joy to be around, I always have a great time with her!

I called on Monday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday and agreed to come at 12:00 because the morning was fully booked. When I arrived, the owner told me I had actually been scheduled for the following Wednesday and even claimed I had told him I had a doctor's appointment and couldn't come. I never said that. If there was any confusion about the appointment, it should have been clarified during the phone call instead of blaming me. I stayed anyway because I simply wanted my nails done. While removing my acrylic, he accidentally scraped a small area of my natural nail. That wasn't even my main concern. Accidents happen. I simply pointed it out so he would be careful with that area before applying the new acrylic. Instead of acknowledging my concern, he immediately blamed me, insisted I had damaged my own nail, became defensive, and told me that if I didn't like his work, I shouldn't come back. He then stopped my service, packed up his supplies, and refused to continue working on my nails. After being a loyal customer for so many years, I expected professionalism and respectful communication. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take responsibility, blaming the customer, and walking away in the middle of a service is unacceptable. For years, I continued coming to this salon because I genuinely appreciated John's work. Even after I moved and had to drive 35-40 minutes every three weeks, I still came back because I trusted the quality of his work. However, great work alone is not what keeps customers loyal. People also expect honesty, respect, professionalism, and the willingness to listen when a concern is raised. Those qualities are just as important as technical skill. I left with unfinished nails and had to go to another salon to have them finished. I am genuinely sad that after 10 years as a loyal customer, this is how our relationship ended. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will never return, and I cannot recommend this salon to others. I sincerely hope no other long-time customer is treated this way.

Reasonable prices with pedicures starting at $30! Ruby was my nail tech and was very gentle when removing ingrown toe nails. Her leg massage challenges most local reflexology massage salons.

With in hours the top coat and some of the yellow were gone. Dull and missing. I did call and they said to come in and they would fix it. While I appreciate they fixed I needed to find time and comeback and sit for another hour. It really was not really not a a courtesy, they were damaged after a few hours and there policy is if they break or don't stay on they will fix with in two week. I have also been told by technicians three week. Today I went in and saw yet another technicians. She wanted me to rub my nails on the paper towel in the acetone. Even told me I was not doing it correctly. After way too long in the actetone I told her no more soaking. I like my nails extremely short. She decided I needed them cut. She cut one too short and proceeded to search the black towel for a piece of my nail too glues it back with super glue. I have never ever seen this done. I told her that I needed my nails to be on the thicket side or else they chip and break. I asked for another coat and she said it would be fine. Thick enough. Not even a week later and one is chipped. And now 2 days later most are broken. The owner said my nails were thin and cracked. My nails are not cracked and if they are too thin this salon made them that way. I have not had nails since last year. I am all for people having fun and enjoy their work environment. However there were 7-8 technicians waiting for customers. They were extremely loud,'laughing squealing and talking. incredibly loud. As I said I am all for having a good time but, this is a nail salon not a party. I don't want to be that person but I also want to relax. I did speak with the owner who did not seem bothered nor cared. Then her computer and payment method had issues so I had to stand there for at least 5 minutes. I have been getting my mail done for close to 30 years. I know what the process is. All in all awful. I have had my nails done. For 30 years and I have NEVER had someone search for a piece of my nail to glue it back. That would be called a tip.
