My wife has used this service twice now and on each visit we had Vladimir come out and service one of our appliances. We selected NW Appliance Repair to fix our Kenmore washer/dryer combo. They called ahead when on the way and he went right to work. He showed me what was wrong. The motor speed sensor had been dislodged by pieces of plastic bag that had gotten caught in the motor. He could have easily added a replacement sensor to fatten the cost, but he cleaned the motor and remounted the sensor. He told me "Good news, we don't need parts". I needed a fridge repair and couldn't get an appointment scheduled until I connected with NW Appliance Repair. The first available was little over a week away but Lana said that if they had a cancellation they would put me in early. So they did get me in five days later which was better than 8! Had my Maytag dishwasher serviced by northwest appliance repair this last week. They were very quick to responding to my telephone message and then very prompt in getting me scheduled in a timely manner. The technician showed up on time, took a look at the job gave me very good feedback as to what he was doing as he was doing it. Turned out that some gunk got stuck and was causing the motor to siege up. Simple clean out was needed & after the service call fee the charge was a half hour of labor which I thought was super appropriate. I'll be using them if I ever have the need in the future read more

Called to have the leak in my fridge fixed. Came out and took 2 hours just trying to figure out how to get into the insides. Claimed he cleaned out a clogged line and fixed the problem. The leak was just as bad so called him back. He opened up the top inner lining and said it was a cracked line charged for an hour and left. By this time I had paid them $200 and no help with the problem. My son looked at it, we figured out it was the filter housing, went online, figured how to remove and replace the part for $58. If they has researched the problem, I gave them the model # in advance, I wouldn't have a chipped and gouged fridge and it would have been fixed. read more
