When I called after filing my claim the person who answered the phone said she knew she had seen it somewhere, USAA said they'd call me but am guessing that if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. I started looking on yelp for glass repair shops and Bill was the first one who replied and, in my opinion, the best one! I had another shop who replied but was only doing windshield replacements, and finally a third shop replied the day AFTER Bill fixed my windshield. Bill was extremely professional and skilled.
