I called ahead of time and asked how much it would cost for my phone repair. Upon arrival there seemed to have been a miscommunication as they said it would be about $6 more. Regardless, they were very kind enough to honor the price that was given to me over the phone. Evidently my phone seems be much more complex than it seemed initially. Despite this, they still did not falter in the price change. What I appreciated more than anything, was the honesty. It's very hard to find that.! Service took a bit longer than estimated initially but then again, that was due to the complexity. Both gentlemen were very very kind. Excellent customer service! He is very fair priced in sales and repairs and backs up his products. If he can't help you or if the item isn't worth fixing, he'll tell you, even if it means losing a sale. This is the second time I have had my phone repaired here, and was delighted with the quick service and very reasonable price. They fixed my screen while I waited, in under 30 minutes, and as a repeat customer offered me a discount on both the repair and a new, sturdier phone case. I have had phones repaired at another service in Manhattan, and found their repairs to be shoddy - the screen they installed died in front of my eyes in less than a day, and I had to make an unnecessary trip to get it re-fixed.
