I always had to initiate the communication to find out where things stood. Each time I was given a new completion date and each time it was missed. There was not a genuine apology or explanation. Just the generic blase attitude that is common in mediocre customer service. The final repair did not return my laptop to its prior state and still had one minor component that was a little loose. I took it to the store, left it for a few hours only to be told the "ribbon" was damaged by the "cracked screen". When i told them it was never cracked, they changed their reasoning to water damage. I was given attitude as I tried to reason. The service would be a 1star as I did not get the original screen which I was promised. The service is also a 1star as I was given attitude when I went in for discovering another damage which I was told prior that the water only damaged the screen.
